Transplanted in the afternoon of 10/23 because they were rooting out of the pucks. Got some humidity dome cups coming tomorrow and another inline fan to handle intake to try to dial in things a bit more. Growing well as the week ends, #1 is the big guy so far, growing really well. 09 May 2021 Today starts the 15th week of my grow, and the 6th week of flower. Just over a month till the scheduled harvest, and today the nutrient amounts change according to my feeding chart. So today feeding went like this: CALiMAGic 5ml, FloraMicro 7.5ml, FloraBloom 15ml. Today we aren’t using any of the FloraGro, and won’t be for the rest of the grow. I chilled the water again, but not as long this time and the temperature of the solution was 56.3 degrees F. I thought it odd that the website doesn’t allow for entries lower than 50 degrees in that block, but oh well. The initial pH was 5.89, and I added pH UP 2.5ml which adjusted the pH to 6.53. The runoff pH was 5.63. Lower than I want, but still within range for a healthy plant. Temperature in the tent was 81 degrees F, and humidity was at 53%. The plant looks great, and is maturing quite nicely. 11 May 2021 Today was a busy day! My DarkStar Kush is doing very well! The smell is starting to get stronger and the buds are fattening up as well. I’ve noticed some mild nutrient burn on some of my leaf tips, but nothing terrible. I’ll keep an eye on it to make sure that they don’t get worse. I haven’t really made any adjustments to the nutrients lately with the exception of increasing the FloraBloom by 2.5ml’s, and stopped using the FloraGro in accordance with my feed chart. Feeding today went as follows: CALiMAGic 5ml, FloraMicro 7.5ml, and FloraBloom at 15ml. The initial pH was 5.85, so I added 3ml of pH UP to increase the pH to 6.52. The runoff pH was 5.65. I finally received my TDS meter today, so the TDS reading was 1070 ppm. My feed chart says that the ppm range in looking for is 1050-1400 ppm, so 1070 puts me in that range. I chilled the water again today, and it was 46 degrees F. The temperature in the grow tent was 81 degrees F, and humidity was 40%. So far so good, and I’m starting two new diaries today for some clones I was gifted by Buddabud, so check them out. 13 May 2021 Just when I thought I was on cruise control with my baby here, she throws me a slow curve. The question is; will I hit it, or miss it? The light nutrient burn that I noticed in my last entry on the 11th has gotten just a small tad worse, but nothing terrible. I believe it’s not from the feeding, but the build up of nutrients in the soil. I finally got my TDS monitor as I noted the other day, so I tested the ppm in the runoff and it was over 4000. Then, as I was shaking the excess water off the end, the end cap for the battery came off and the whole monitor plunged back into the water completely submerging for a moment before I could get a hand free to grab it. It’s been sitting in a bowl of rice since yesterday. I just hope it dries out and keeps working. I need to see what the TDS of the soil at this stage is supposed to be and then either keep going and damn the burn, or maybe feed with pH’ed plain water for a feeding or two and then see how it reacts. I’m still deciding, but will research first before making my decision. For today I kept to the feed chart. I gave the following: CALiMAGic 5ml, FloraMicro 7.5ml, and FloraBloom 15ml. The initial pH was 5.92, so I added 2.5ml of pH UP which raised the pH to 6.47. That is what I fed the plant. The TDS reading of the feed solution was 1036 ppm. Runoff pH was 5.63. Tent temperature was 79 degrees F, and humidity was 40%. I have just about 4 weeks left in this grow till the scheduled harvest. 15 May 2021 Today is the last day of the 6th week of flower, and I’m going to try and arrest my mild nutrient burn on my baby. I’ve decided to just give water and CALiMAGic today properly pH’ed to see if it does anything to improve the situation. I wanted to have a significant amount of runoff today so I fed 1.5 gallons of water with 7.5ml of CALiMAGic. The initial pH was 7.60, but adding the pH DOWN is much different than adding pH UP! I initially added just 0.5ml to the gallon of water which lowered the pH from 7.60 to 4.9. I was like, “DAMN!” 😳 so I had to pour it all out and start over again. I learned through research never to mix pH UP and DOWN in the same solution. If it’s wrong, you need to start over;!so I did. After 3 tries and lots of wasted CALiMAGic, I finally got it right by only adding 5 drops (gtts) of pH DOWN to get it to 6.64. The TDS meter dried out and still works, so the TDS going in was only 403ppm. Like I said, I wanted a lot of runoff to try and clear out some of the nutrient buildup in the soil. The runoff pH was 5.58, and runoff TDS was 3803 ppm. Daytime temp was high today at 86 degrees F, and humidity was 31%. She looks good. She smells good. I hope she stays good! A few weeks left till harvest!

The plants are large enough for low stress training I also decided to add advanced nutrients three-component fertilizer ph perfect As you can see in the photo Strawberry Gorilla develops better lower branches than Gorilla Zkitllez probably wasn't a greenhouse so dirty or maybe better genetics I noticed that some plants are small and undeveloped, and I saw holes and moles It was clear that something was eating the roots of the plant from below While working on low stress training, a mole ran out of the hole and started burrowing to another plant I really like animals, but I had to quickly decide what to do with the mole I pinned him to the ground with my foot and stuck a stick behind his head :( that I have as a support for low stress training I'm very sorry for the mole, I've never killed such a big animal... May mother earth forgive me... The next day I saw a vole crawling into a hole near a plant, so I decided to buy a mouse trap I put a carrot in the trap and the hunt was successful I am the alpha predator in my garden... At the same time, while digging holes, I saved about 20 caterpillars that fell down and could not climb out It turned out that caterpillars are a very rare butterfly that almost never occurs I really like butterflies, when I take a picture of them on my plants I attach a photo from last season

And the first week of flower is amongst us, I’m not sure if it’s the fast bud genetics, the living soil, or a mixture of both, but I think the videos say it all, the deep green throughout, day 41 and just look😍. Everything’s been sitting nicely 24/7 Humidity 49~56%, temps 23~26c This week they all received there last top feed, along with a slight bit of defoliation, some massive fan leaves! slightly over watered as you will notice in one of the videos, but I won’t be surprised if they’ve grew another few inches over night.

The flowering of my TRICHOME WONDERS continues through week 12 and they have grown to an AMAZING size now. The main branches form HUGE colas and some of the plants have started their fade (=the leaves start to get yellow and/or purple), which shows they are getting ripe now and that the BIO-Tabs nutrients in the soil are almost used up. Perfect timing until the end of the cycle. The amount of TRICHOMES on some of my babies is FLABBERGASTING! 😱😍 The topbuds are ENCRUSTED with a WHITE LAYER of trichomes and the plants are GLISTENING now. Especially the Mr. Big Candy from Mr. Hide Seeds is a VERY BEAUTIFUL specimen...she has hues of purple and red in the buds and is FULL OF CRYSTALS! The aroma is a sweet candy like smell, which makes my mouth water every time. The biggest colas are formed on the Mr. Jekyll Kush from Mr. Hide Seeds, she is HUGE! Unfortunately one of the HUGE top-buds has developed bud-rot, therefore I ha to cut off the invested top part of the plant. (see in pics) The SANlight EVO5-150 and Q5W-Gen.2 LED-lamps are doing an OUTSTANDING JOB, they are hanging at appr. 80 cm from the top of the plants and running at 100% (=not dimmed) now. The intensity and spectrum of the LEDs is perfectly designed for the development of Cannabis plants and the results speak for themselves. THOSE LEDs WORK MUCH BETTER THAN HPS-LIGHTS!!! 👍😃 I LOVE THEM!

This week we had to go on a destination wedding and had to have friends house sit. Again 😔 I hate having to do that, but this time everything went very smoothly. We didnt lose any plants lol. Before we left I was able to get #2 transplanted in a 7x7 nursery pot. Man was she ready too! I've decided since I am only growing 2 Choc Mknt OGs that i will be training one(both high and low stress) and this plant(#2) I will be leaving completely alone to do her own thing 🤞 Watering has went smoothly this week. Both plants only wanting water once in this 7 day stretch. I think because the transplant soil was already very moist. #1 has rooted and already started taking off from her transplant last week. Tent update: Our ES300 by the green sunshine company arrived this week!!! I was able to get it I'll installed before leaving. So now in my Vivosun 2x4 tent I have 1 es300. I moved the viparspectra to my large flower tent. The Choc mint seem to absolutely love this light. I started it at 70% power(its a dimmable light fixture) and am slowly moving it up over the course of a week. Day 12: my friend reported great growth on #2!! So she is rooted as well and doing good. Also, the heat in my 2x4 is in the low 80° getting up to 85° even 90°(for a few minutes) I'm mostly running Sativas which love the heat, but I have noticed Choc Mint OG prefers it a little cooler. She's got beautiful orange hairs very very beautiful orange pistils,and she's got a great resin production,very sticky, very powerful aroma,she looks super mature,I'm gonna give her a couple more watering and she'll be done,amazin strain to grow,beutiful flower producer. 🤤🌱💚

The plants are doing really good! I made a first light defoliation beginning of the week and continued the LST day by day. So far I broke no branch. I planned to switch to 12h/12h schedule beginning of next week but the plants grew too big already so I decided to switch a bit earlier. Plants heights at the end of the week : ------------------------------------------- Gorilla Cookies : 40cm Purple Lemonade : 32cm Wedding Cheesecake : 44cm

Using advanced nutrients 3/4 strength Switched to general hydroponics full strength on day 40. So this strain is also known as Cookie Monster Auto, and although the flowering times is listed as 55-63 days, the only full grow i can find the guy says it took 90 days and he got a huge yield from one plant. These three girls are prolly going to outgrow this tent, but that's not a bad thing :)

Only issue was I didn't grow enough!

💩Holy Crap💩 That was so much fun , it's full on winter where I am and it kept me busy , and come on there's nothing like growing your own stuff. I had a blast as it's been at least over 10 years since my last indoor grow , and it was fun , I had used all of my old techniques and equipment and it worked out just fine , so I was glad I had a ruff idea of what to expect...... Final thoughts Gonna be honest about that grow , it should me just how far Genetics have come, 10 plus years ago before I stopped growing indoors , all we had was like lowrider auto and greenomatic auto and maybe few others but they were horrible...... but this auto produced quite well as expected it should with the size of my medium and my soil base and very little nutrients, which is what I had hoped for from the start , cause I didn't really know where to start in terms of Genetics as I have been out the game for awhile but I'm super glad with the results and some gratitude needs to be sent to CanukSeeds , they came through as it always starts and ends with elite Genetics👌 ........... I can't wait to start my next grow diary, so keep an eye out , there's gonna be more to come , I'm going to try some really interesting cultivars........ PS.
