Our weather has been rather cool and damp, with showers on and off every 2-3 days which has taken care of my watering chores. 5/12- I top dressed the Wedding Cheesecake FF today with 2 cups of Gaia Green 4-4-4 All Purpose and 1/2g of worm castings. After top dressing and working the amendmants into the soil, I watered it in via garden hose with well water. 5/14- Today I decided to begin training the Wedding Cheesecake FF through the trellis net. After being topped previously, the two shoots are approximately 8" long now and when I went to spread them apart to feed them through the trellis squares I inadvertently broke one of them almost completely off where it joined the main stem. I immediately taped it back in place and also secured it to the trellis net to give it an extra measure of stability. Fingers crossed 🤞I'll know by tomorrow if my tape job was a success, or if I am going to lose part of the plant. 5/16- Well, my tape job was a shining success!🤩 The Wedding Cheesecake FF exhibited zero stress from the injury and the broken branches leaves are all up and 'praying'! Seven weeks on the books for this lady and the fun has yet to begin... More Incredible Developments this week! I started adding General Hydroponics Bud on the first watering of the third week of flower - it has resulted in some surprisingly big and fast growth over the past week. You can see from going to the previous week and this one, the bud sites seem to just getting fatter and searching out for their neighbors above and below them with the white pistils - I know I keep saying this but as a lifetime cannabis user, this is the first time I have had the opportunity to watch my own garden closely through the entire plants development and life cycle, and so far this is VERY exciting and entertaining to see the developments each day. The topping and LST techniques I used (no experience, only watching videos and researching) have resulted in my plants taking on almost a bowl or basket shape, where the outside branches have reached far far above the middle canopy during their "final stretch" or first week or two of flowering. Now, the middle of all of my plants have numerous smaller bud sites that are developing - I am looking forward to how the lower canopy buds develop! I am currently watering them every other day - 8 cups of water each. This past week I increased their water intake from 6 cups to 8 cups - So far I am seeing no sign of stress in any way shape or form - only VERY happy plants working on bulking up on their flowers. I plan on letting them do their thing and working on maintaining their environment so it stays consistent. Definitely a big increase in smell this week - the Cherry Gorilla x Sol Sonic seem to be moving along and bulking up a little more than the GMO. When picking leaves off the GMO, I can already start to smell and recognize hints of the tremendous gas garlic stank I have been looking forward to - Appreciate the Likes and Follows! Just germinated - waiting to go into pots! 22/04/20 - Germinated 2 Purple Punch seeds - soaked in water with a drop of seaweed. All germinated fine. 24/04/20 - Added to rooters 28/04/20 - Putting them in their starter pots today to see which out of the two is the strongest. Starter medium will be soil - Biobiz light & pro with a tiny amount of worm castings and perlite. i really don't have a clue if this is going to be too hot for them but we'll see. Less is more. Lesson learned. Without training these plants, having the fifth plant has really cramped the tent. Because I have limited space for the tent, access into the sides isn't possible. I have only the front entrance. Next time I think I will stick yo maybe three strains that have been positive and try and find the time to train more. The WOS-Northern/Skunk has grown out so nicely into a Xmas tree type of posture. She is making her really good friends with her neighbours, perhaps to their detriment. Seedsman Blueberry continues to be solid and unphased by anything. This is the first time I have smelled a plant that has such a fruity aroma. It really took me aback in surprise. Very cool. HiFi 4G needs support. Did a McGyver solution for the time being. Doesn't appear to have bulked up much this week. Jack is about the same. A bit of bulk up but not expecting this one to be a big yielder. Appears healthy overall so I'm happy. CBD+ bulked up for sure on the main cola's. I'm skeptical she will be done at 60 days at this point....but have to trust what Dinafem are telling me. Be safe folks.

Been a good week no signs of shock at all. I have only been watering them with Mills Vitilize silica supplement , i think ive been doing 1 mls per gallon, slowly increasing the dosage. topped 2 plants in here , now am i wishing i did it for some of the others . Day 1 for all of these was the 03-08-24

The smell is really starting to increase going into week 6 of flower. The buds look like they are in starting to fatten up daily but I have seen a few signs of what looks like could be nutrient burn mainly on the Girl Scout cookies possibly caused by using too much PK 13/14. Some light defoliation again this week along with rotating the pots for better light coverage. Light still set at 90% power. ✌️

She is fattening up real nice. I made the mistake of not adding a filter and omg this girl smells loud asf. Skunky with a hint of sweet really cannot wait to harvest her. We are almost at that point. She get her last feed this week and then it’s off to flush. 4gs of full tilt per gallon at an ph of 6.0 to finish her off. Thank you all for watching you all are the real mvps thanks you.

🌱 Day 8 — Veg Nutrient strength kept light (≈180 ppm) for root development. Water level just below net pots; bubbles lightly mist the bottoms. Reservoir and pH stable throughout the week. No visible roots yet. Will transfer the 4 best plants into the alien aero system when: Roots are long, white, and branching — at least 4–6 inches hanging freely into the SuperPonics reservoir. Root tips are firm and bright (not soft or brown). The plants have at least 3–4 sets of true leaves and are starting to accelerate growth. 🌱 Day 10 — Veg Roots have finally reached the water. Will look to transplant in the next 5 days or so.

This week was the first feeding I did 1 tbsp of 444, 1/4 tsp of molasses, 1 tsp fish and seaweed extract, then 1/4 tsp Epsom salt . One if my plants is still looking rough but I’m trying to learn how to grow so having one sick plant can help with learning how to fix specific issues in the future. Since EC is the most accurate way to measure the nutrient concentration in a solution, I will now be measuring and reporting EC readings rather than PPM.
