Greetings my dear Jungletamers, So a major surprise came when @MarsHydroLED contacted us and asked if would like to try out their new SP 3000 light. Being a fan of Mars Hydro for years, we of course accepted their offer. We are totally in love with this light. I was when I saw it in another grower's setup and was in awe of its output and results. So with much pride and thankfulness for the presents the Universe bestowed on us, in the form of MarsHydroLEDS offer and the bountiful harvest of the last grow, (which I am thoroughly enjoying btw, such a great weed to have grown ourselves) we start out on a new adventure that we can't wait to share with you. With many lessons learned from the previous grow, a mighty producing strain in the form of Expert Seeds Gorilla Glue #4, a.k.a Expert Gorilla's and a tweaked super soil mixture, we are setting out to hopefully get over a gram per watt, preferably 1.5. The Setup A 4.5 (140 cm) x 2(70) x 6.2 (200) grow tent, giving me a .98 m2 workspace. This space is customized to my needs. A standing fan will provide airflow through the whole grow, a top fan will help guide cooler air past my lights onto the grow. 3 56 ltr pots will be the home for the plants when they are 2 weeks old, up to then in smaller jars. The Light The leading role and star of the show will be played by the Mars Hydro SP-3000, so kindly provided by MarsHydroLED, which we will test and review here and I might say, endorse. I'm very careful with who I endorse and support these days, but a company with that many wins in design, I'm talking ever since their first range came out in 2009 these guys have been raising the bar for the whole industry, I did not hesitate to support this leading brand. If you want to compete with these guys, you better bring some quality AND affordable pricing. Why do I endorse the SP-3000 without ANY hesitation? It is seriously THE BEST light on the market in this price range and size group. It has an enormously effective output in U/Mol and with 30% less energy waste comparing to older LED lights. Prove me wrong! And with a company holding a considerable market share selling thousands of units every month, competing on price and quality, one would think that customer service would suffer. Of course, also Mars Hydro is not perfect, but check the sheer amount of people that not only praise the light but also the service received, should the light somehow not perform up to par. Because of the great results, we are going to use the same recipe, adjusted some more with some new ingredients that will complete the mix and give an even more sustained super soil buffer. 20% Atami Bi-grow (very similar to ocean forest) 20% Atami worm castings 20% Atami Coco Coir 10% Hydrocorn 10% Peat powder 1 cup Fossil seaweed chalk 1 cup bonemeal 1 cup bloodmeal 1 cup Microlife 3-4 teaspoons of epsom salt 3 cups of activated biochar (activated with our own permaculture tea) I just made layers, starting with hydro corn on the bottom to aid airflow/run-off. On this I started layering the coco coir, Bi-grow, peat, castings, and amendments in a way that the more mature the plants get, the more phosphorous and less nitrogen they will find. Every time I made three layers, I would mix them by hand. This way we simulate natural soil, which consists of humic layers, composting plant waste, fungal and microbial life, and nutrients from fossilized sources. The Nutrients I will start with just adding 6.4 PH water, although this soil should buffer ph itself and regulate, after 4 weeks, I'll slowly be adding: - Biobizz Grow - Plagron Alga Grow - Biobizz CalMag - Biobizz Flower - Plagron Alga Flower - Biobizz Topmax - Melasses The Tea Some of you might remember the permaculture tea from my previous grow, I have a short video in my harvest page showing how we make it), it will star again in this grow. - (Rain)water - Comfrey (whole plants) - Dandelion leaves - Roots and leaves from the earlier grow - Minor periwinkle (Finca minor) is a plant we have in our garden, it contains an alkaloid that is associated with increased brain function but also is a light toxin for wee beasties and other unwanted guests like gnats (who hate it). - When flowering I add some wood ash to this mix Thank you for checking in on one of my grows again! Just a little background on my current plants...

Hello friends! My favorite strain is Amnesia! I adore her! As you can see, he transplanted it into a 5 liter pot! I hope that she will like it in a spacious pot and grow up to be a tough girl! in about 2-3 weeks I will transfer it to a 40 liter pot .. where it will end its life))

Buds are thickening but i’m not sure if starting to flush or continue to fertilise, maybe I should continue to fertilise just a few days more and then flush. Any advice?

Hi guys! For this run i got some nice looking clones. Really looking forward for this one. 11x Gelato Sorbet (Dna Genetics) left side in the box 13x Cookies&Cream (Exotic Genetics) middle of the box 8x French Macarron (T.H. Seeds) right side of the box My setup got a nice update with the Sanlight Evo 5 100 with 320w. Aim to upgrade all of my S1 Q6w soon. All together with 985watt now. I use Biobizz-Lightmix and started to add Nutrients at week 3 after i planted it in the 8l pots. For this run ill use Hesi Nutrients because i use them for years and worked most of the time pretty well for me. I fimmed some plants and trained most of them with LST-Training. I will send them into flower in the middle of week 5 ---‐------------------------- Week 4: Plants are looking ok. I wanted a higher humidity and tried to increase it with a humidifier. Week 5: The fimming worked quite well on the plants i used it on and i got a nice increase in height and strength Aiming to send them into flower in the next few days. :) Week 6: Day 3 of Flowering plants look nice and healthy. Some gelato sorbets had issues from stress but they catched up ok. Week 7: End of week 2 of flowering plants look ok most of them. After i saw some nice results at tents from friends and had some own nice experience with the terpinator i start giving "purpinator" this run a go and start mixing it into my feeding schedule every watering Week 8: it looks ok so far but i would be a bit more satisfied if the plants would be a little taller... :) Hope u like the diarie and follow with this run!

Hi guys, as we are in isolation I thought it would be a good time to try and grow my own weed so got my self a 1.2 x1.2x2 tent 600w hps light and all the shogun nutrients I’ll need. Also running a 4” carbon filter system. I did some research on the best way to start autos and I went with just planting them straight into there final pots on 18/4/20 the medium I am using is already charged so using just 6.8 ph water with the light been on 24hrs. All 3 seeds Sprouted in 72hrs. Going to keep the light on 24hrs for another 4 days then will switch to 18/6 in week 2. Was struggling with low humidity a couple of days in, so purchased a humidifier which seems to have helped bring it up to between 60- 75%. Also adapted the clean air intake to my tent so it’s bringing in cool out side air. Can’t help but keep on checking on them like a kid in a sweet shop 😂.

Week 8 Hi everyone 😀 I am so delighted with this little grow. Finally upper growth slowed down and buds are getting structure and weight. Have adjusted nutrients and increased watering to approx. 2 liters every 2 days. The aroma inside this cabinet it's very strong. It's smells a little bit fruity. 2 kg active carbon filters doing the job perfectly and nothing is coming out. Will update progress of this week every couple days. 12/09 Day 51 Buds on 2 most developed girls are getting frosty and gaining weight. Due to extreme fast flowering time on this strain decided to start applying final nutrient - Green Sensation from Plagron. Today only 0.5ml per liter but will increase to 1ml on next watering. 14/09 Day 53 Girls got so bushy again and decided to apply selective defoliation and tied some branches to netting. Not easy task if you have only frontal access and can't remove pots out 😅 17/09 day 56 Its the end of week 8 Everything is going well, buds and leaves are covered with lovely frost now. Thankfully have no major issues accept the humidity which can't be dropped below 50%. Stay tuned for upcoming updates. Peace and love ✌️

Bien aquí esta el día esperado la cosecha, es mi primer cultivo y considero que lo logre. En muchos medios de lectura y en especial en vídeos mencionan que no puedes esperar mucho es tu primer cultivo. En mi caso es falso y lo demuestro ya que si aprendes, investigas por cuenta y lees lo suficiente, obtendrás un alto porcentaje de que los resultados se den. Muy contento con mi plantas y sus tonos morados. Puntos a mejorar tener una carpa de cultivo y por su puesto un extractor de humedad para que baje la humedad preferiblemente a 45 grados Vendrán mejores contenidos y cosechas mas abundantes. Starting week 3, the ladies look good as far as I can tell 😉 The slight problems in week 2 turned out to be a Cal Mag problem. I have a value of 5.25 to 1 in the irrigation water, I have this value with bitter salt balanced out that a 3 to 1 value is created and also foliar fertilization was carried out, this seems to be good for the ladies. As an information, the Cherry Cola Auto already has a very strong smell so it is not recommended without an activated carbon filter. I hope the aroma becomes even more intense when it blooms 😋 Week 3 Day 6 it appears the Cherry Cola Auto is now in pre-flowering I will adjust the fertilizer next week for pre-flowering. The Gorilla Cookies Auto shows no signs of pre-flowering yet.

Der Düngeplan bleibt unverändert. * Zustand der Pflanze: Enorm kräftiger Blütestretch, Stiele kaum zu kontrollieren * Wichtige Ereignisse: Anhebung des DLI. * Düngung & Messwerte: * Gießwasser: pH ca. 6,3. Leitwert 1,4 bis 2 S. * Drain: Wir stellen sicher, dass der pH-Wert nicht unter 5,5 und nicht über 6,8 liegt und der Leitwert die +/- 500 S Abweichung einhält. * Anpassungen: Einsatz von Haltestangen, Einbau einer zweiten GCX9 zur besseren Ausleuchtung und Inbetriebnahme eines GC Signal zur Sonnen Auf- und Untergangssimulaion Blütewoche 9 bzw 10 Letzte Woche/n vor der Ernte: Das große Finale Das große Finale naht! Rohstoffe also spricht aus unserer Sicht nichts dagegen. Die Trichome werden genau beobachtet, um den perfekten Erntezeitpunkt zu bestimmen. * Zustand der Pflanze: Ernte rückt näher. Die Trichome sind langsam zum großen Teil milchig. * Wichtige Ereignisse: Beginn der Spülung. * Düngung & Messwerte: Es wird nur noch mit reinem Osmosewasser gespült. * Anpassungen: Zur gleichmäßigeren Ausleuchtung wurde eine zweite Lampe installiert jedoch sind dabei an dieser Pflanze einge Köpfe gerollt. Collateralschäden sind bei umbaumaßnahmen leider nicht selten. 🙄

theres a total of 8 branches all same length exept the 2 in the middle. 10weeks from seed here This is by far the best strain i ever grown. Not just because of the legendary Og Kush x Bluberry x Gorilla Glue #4 cross. The smell, the leaves, the branches, and the space between every node and how big everything is. This is just insane the smell is legendary. This strain deserves so much more awards

Tutto va per il meglio, questa settimana si inizia a vedere la resina e ora si inizieranno a formare le cime, per questo aggiungo Sugar Shot di @xpertnutrients vedremo l'evoluzione settimana prossima. Odore intenso, non presenta carenze e spinge veramente forte. Sono molto soddisfatto di aver provato questa bellezza, vedremo cosa ci riserva la fine della fioritura. Hi guys, At the end of the story, I am very happy with the whole cycle and finally the outcome, since I almost killed everything in there 😂 Fat Banana is a very nice fruity-kush strain ,with a genetic background tracing back to OG Kush x Chiquita Banana. It is a heritage with a lot of power behind it, this can be seen in the potency of Fat Banana’s bud, which can reach up to 25%+ THC in just 9 weeks! When grown with an expert hand (NOT MINE😅). The potential here is great! I did have problems throughout the cycle overfertilizing the plant. This is one of the strain that did notice more my mistake, can be clearly seen on the final product. Infact, a good part of the flowers, went for bubble hash, I kept a bit to try it out because the smell its amazing. I topped her and then, because of an accidents I mainlined her, first to try the Mainlining training and 2nd as it was the only one I had, I wanted to grow her. Probably If I wouldnt have messed up with the ferilizer I would have had a much better final product, this time, talking about quantity and quality. The whole plants were dried for 18 days after which they were finished in jars for another 6 weeks, if I dont fell sooner. Gonna grow this strain again 80% I would like to thank Grow Diaries for this amazingly-organized community they have created, where we all can learn a lot, and share something we really love. Thanks to everyone who stopped by and looked at the diary, squeezed the like button or comment the diary. 13/12 I'VE MADE MY FIRST RUN OF BUBBLE HASH! Very very happy with the end result, did not weight anything yet because is still wet big time, I lightly squeezed it a bit, before let it drying on parchment on a cardboard. The smell it's just absolutely crazy. I can smell strong citrus notes in the 120µm but the 90µm and 73µm explodes with crazy-sweet note. While the 25µm (did not use the 43µm) where I did collect most of the hash, smell like good and sweet hash, nothing crazy like the previous ones but a very buttery like consistency that makes me want to eat it like this...dont ask me why...even though I know you all probably felt this way too... Anyway, the paper sheet says it all about timing, washes and µm used for the extractions, but just in case I'll explain it down here. I have done 3 wash with different timing. 1º wash: 5 min only to get the most brittle trichome heads 2º wash: 10 min stardard 3º wash: 30 min to stock up a bit 😅 I could have done an extra wash for sure and get more out, but I was running out of time so...I will update with the dry weight, it was not the only wash I've done, that were just too many grades to weight up..so I chose to do it once all dry!
