Ok so I put a significant amount of time into this grow. Learned a ton (everything lol) as it was my first. After the final week, I decided to harvest when the trichs were milky and clear. Few amber here and there but time constraints meant I had to chop a bit earlier than I’d have preferred. I do prefer a more uplifting cerebral effect yet realize with an indica leaning strain, having all cloudy and maybe 25% amber would have been 👌🏼. My drying process began by chopping a plant at a time, I washed the buds to get the PM or traces off (also grime from outdoor city air). I used a big bucket and did hydrogen peroxide. In heindsight I would have used baking soda as well and did a two step wash. After washing them, I hung to dry with a fan until they stopped dripping then into the tent they went for drying at roughly 68 degrees and 55% humidity. I staggered the harvest and wet trimmed about 70% of the time with the latter 30% dry trimmed. This was done for convenience and to try both ways. I dried everything for about 12-13 days until the smallest stems snapped and the larger ones were borderline cracking. I started jarring everything with humidity meters, about a half oz per smaller widemiuth jam jar. The smell was never hay-like but did vary in strength and scent from plant to plant. Almost no seeds which was pretty great to see. One of the outdoor plants had quite a few seeds so I kept that separate. It ironically had the stinkiest floral smell. So what’s the total!! After curing in jars for about a month, I weighted everything and came out with 10.5oz of cured trimmed flower and about 2 oz of sugar leaf trim which I am making canna butter with and cooking. Made some reduculously strong cookies: 11 cookies from about 10 grams of trim. Ate two and was medicated for about 24hrs 😂. Some of the buds were super dense and cured down to 58 RH easily. There were a few of the large big buds that had mass but less density and fewer trichomes. These were more red-hair visually than the others. The smoke: surprisingly smooth. The effect is energizing and uplifting at first, with a nice sedative body feeling on the second half of things. Overall, I’m super happy with the result. Learned a TON and will be modifying my approach a bit next go-around this spring. Stay tuned!!!

changed to 450w led and added more calmag to the solution because she was showing magnesium deficiencies. seeing some amber trics finally! smelling very citrusy berry and earth

Transplant during week 3 was a success! All 4 plants made it from their original solo cup containers into their 5 gallon fabric pots. Once in their larger pots, each plant was watered with 1 gallon of water/plant (no nutrient). Lighting was also brought back up to 30% this week as the leaf curling that was observed previously has subsided.

😃 Pretty excited. This is my 2nd attempt. Last time seedlings were placed in a window and I think the A/C was too much for them. I also used miracle grow potting soil in the yellow bag. This round will be in a full controlled environment in the basement. Ambient room temp is 73 degrees, 50%-60% humidity, and I am using MG moisture control potting soil in the blue bag. So far so good!

Every thing is looking great. I didn’t get rid of all the nats but I got most I’ve been bottom watering and been replacing the sticky pad every couple days and it’s been working well. Thank god my wife talked me into these pots at the dollar tree. I can’t wait to see what’s next

The week is progressing wonderfully, it's been 8 or 9 days since I flipped them and they have completed the transition and are really starting to stretch. CF#1 is 24 inches, CF#2 is 32 inches CF#3 is 25 inches and CF#4 is 27 inches. #2 by far has been the biggest and quickest developer of the 4. I wonder if the fact that it is directly under the CO2 bag?? I fed them 1.5 tsp of the g.h. flora series this week, called myself stepping it up a notch. The second feeding I fed them plain tap water p.h.'d to 6.6 ish. I upped the amount of water to 3 liters for one feeding (the one with the nutes) it created alot of run off, which the plant eventually sucked up. I was a bit surprised because I thought for sure a 10 gallon pot would take atleast 2 gallons of water or more to see runoff. In this case it appears a little over 2 liters until the first signs of runoff. This is the first grow where my plants have made it this far without showing nute burns at the tips, they seem to be loving my feeding cycle. I plan on adding another trellis net in about a week or two, once they stop stretching, I know from experience with this strain the buds are going to grow nice and dense and cause the branch to sag over without the extra support.

Get out the way she’s about to blow 💢💣💥 it’s been a hot week this week I’ve had to dim the lights a bit a take the drivers out the tent to cool it down a bit. Might be a good thing she seem to be fading a little so hopefully diming the lights will slow down the rate she’s using nutes. I fed the worms some banana within a couple of days the turned it into fresh casting she seems to have started her swell too. Until next week let’s get it 💪🏽

Germination (4-6 to 16-6) White Widow - Green House Seeds Co. Genetics: Brazilian x South Indian. 25.76% THC, 60% Indica, 40% Sativa. Flowering time: 8 weeks. I chose this strain because i bought it alot in the coffeeshop in 2018, nowadays the White Widow tastes nothing like how i remember it to be. So i decided to grow it my self. I read somewere that Green House has the most original genetics and its the seedbank where i am the most familiar with so thats an easy choice! 4-6 Today i put 2 White Widow seeds into a wet coffee filter to germinate. 6-6 After 48 hours the 2 seeds are ready to be put into a 0.5L pot filled with some Plagron Lightmix. The lightmix has some nutes for the first 3 weeks or so, i will feed nutes when i transplant them into 18L AutoPots with 70/30 Coco-Perlite. I made a feed with 0.5 gr Calcium and 0.2 ml Rootstimulator per liter. EC: 0.4 PH: 5.8, and watered the pot a bit. I let them stay in the dark untill i see them above the soil. 7-6 After 24 hours they are above the ground and i removed the plastic foil covering the pots. 8-6 Temperature: 19.5 to 24.1 degrees Humidity: 41% to 70% Watering: 20 ml. 9-6 Temperature: 18.8 to 23.4 degrees Humidity: 62% to 74% 10-6 Temperature: 19.4 to 23.9 degrees Humidity: 60% to 74% 11-6 Temperature: 19.4 to 25.2 degrees Humidity: 43% to 71% Watering: 25 ml. 12-6 Temperature: 21.2 to 25.4 degrees Humidity: 44% to 60% 13-6 Temperature: 22.2 to 25.9 degrees Humidity: 44% to 71% Watering: 15 ml. 14-6 Watering: 60 ml. A week later and today is the last day of the germination phase. They are starting to grow faster from now on.

Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great weekend, it was a good week for the ladies in the 5X5, they are all starting to stack flowers and really starting to distinguish their own smells. The Bubble Runtz has the most indica dominant looking colas and smells absolutely amazing. The Sundae Driver is looking like she is gonna have the fattest colas and be the biggest producer. I am really hoping I get the red phenotype of the Red Hot Cookies, and both the Green Crack and Durban Nights are showing the most Sativa characteristics and looking great. I now have the Medic Grow Light cranked up to 100% in F1 mode and am also using the UV/IR for 30 minutes per day prior to lights out. I am running a 12/12 cycle and feeding the same mix of GH nutrients which include Silica, CalMag, MaxiBloom, and Bloom Booster, with additional food grade Hydrogen Peroxide in the reservoir to keep algea growth to a minimum. I mix one 5 gallon bucket of nutes per day and clean my reservoir once per week. My pump is set to auto feed the plants every 5 hours after lights on, and I have a gravity self draining runoff setup I built. Not much to do from here on out, just keep the reservoir clean and full, a little defoliation, and 5 minutes per day to mix a bucket of nutes.I hope they get fat in the next few weeks and then I have about 7 people lined up to help me trim, I will throw everyone two zips for the help. hoping to do the wet trim in a day. Summer Solstice Perfect weather this week, Cookies is grown a lot and now shows giant fan leaves. LTS started with a little of difficulties because of very short internode length. From today the worse heat wave of european history will put a strain on my Cookies for 15 days at least, must be very careful she don't like heat. Watered with rain or Ph controlled water. Plants start to smell. OT Maleb is in alternate grow, very little time to preflowering. I bet she is a girl.
