Week 6 At the beginning of the week I simply finger pressed the new node growth to begin separation and branch direction. 3 days after the last topping, I set up the tomato rings and attempted to tie down train the branches. In retrospect I should have given another day of growth before trying to tie to the new nodes. One plant made the LST training without issues(green tomato ring), however I snapped 2 center colas on the second plant(orange tomato ring). From experience I know that these will not produce tall colas since it happened so late in Veg, so I decided to completely remove them and will monitor for any new growth on those nodes to remove it. So now Im growing an 8set Mainline And a 6/4 set Manifold: Mainline : is a planned topping and defoliation of every cola that makes all topped splits have roughly the same distance to the roots for water ways by removing all other growth along at the same point on any cola. Ideally this helps generate mostly equal buds along the whole cola after each topped split and then the whole plant without having to use scrog nets and just local support ties instead. In a Mainline you remove any other growth that would otherwise need those water ways to grow as well, so Manifold: is the same thing as Mainline but in Manifold you leave a few branches to grow from a lower start point on any cola and then remove everything else. Ideally this gives mostly the same benefit as Mainline but if planned correctly allows you to be finished topping in just 2 separate topping days rather than 3 separate topping days. (I am using it here to correct this late veg mistake in my breaks) The tie downs are positioning 6 of the colas to grow out flat until it can reach the outer bend of the tomato rings where I will allow them to stretch straight up in bloom. 2 cof the colas will have the lowest node of braches growing up in the middle for a total of 4 branches. However in the 8 cola plant I am also training 6 to the outer ring and 2 colas to grow up in the center of the ring. Feed this week was again an auto pot reservoir feed at 400ppm total before add-ins. I used 360ppm Veg concentrate mix (recipe week 2) and 40ppm Bloom concentrate mix (recipe above). However, I also added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) to all feeds and ph balance this week was for 6.3. Next week will consist of more LST training with a simple move of the wires as needed. Feed will increase in total ppm and bloom mix and I plan to reduce ph to the 5.8 range slowly, so about 6.1 this week and 5.9 next before flip on week 9.

Well I found out what happened to the plant. Took forever to get the footage but I finally did. Windy Day + Forgot To Water = Plants Blown Over The Edge I also moved the other plant inside to see if it will do any better vs outside in the cold wet weather, stringed up some other lights and will update this soon. Just wanted to get the main pic of the missing plant up and my disappointment for the side by side contest. Given the outcome of the Dynomyco contest I will not be giving them credit for anything and will remove all branding in this contest. They have picked a diary that did not adhere to the rules they set in place then they arbitrarily changed the rules.... Sick of this shit from companies and grow diaries. The diary they picked as #1 is a joke, it does not showcase the product at all. Its a good looking plant but it does not tick any of the boxes for the contest. From the contest page. The selected growers are required to do the following: post updates of their plants to the forum – GROW JOURNAL SECTION - twice a week and tag "DYNOMYCO SHOW US WHAT YOU GOT " Upload your side-by-side photos includes: Your application of DYNOMYCO into your growing mediums At every transplant, you MUST snap root pics, General pictures of your plants (stem, leaves, and plant health) At harvest time we want to see those rootballs!! A minimum of 2 plants For your side-by-side you must use cuttings from the same strain Not once did the "winner" tag Dynomyco show us what you got as requested in the rules in the diary or any comment on the diary. Nor did they mention this was a comparative grow using Dynomyco. They called the diary side by side and that's it no other communication. They did not document every transplant, and the one they did do was one single photo. "pics" as in plural as per contest rules. They did not use clones/cuttings from the same strain as was the contest requirements, Over all a complete shit show and I would not recommend using this product if you use any form of phosphorous fertilizer It will not add anything for your grow. Zero application outside of soil based grows in the earth, not a pot. I realy love this amazing purple strain, amazing smell of strawberries...Strawberry Fields Forever xD=)) I got 21 grams because use 2 gal pot, and in outdoor daylight is 12-11.8 hours. I will grow indoor too.

On veg the temperature is so high ≈32-35Cº.

All plants that I didn't know the sex of are female. I have six female plants in total, I know there are too many for my grow which measures 60x60x140, but I'm sorry to discard them. I'll keep doing SoG, to learn about it. But i have one question about defoliation, do you think I should do it or leave it as it is? Thanks guys

Everything seems to be going alright, one of my plants has extremely shiny leaves almost like oily, and some odd shaped leafs but I’m very curious to see how things go when I switch to flowering considering these are all random bag seeds! Have been trying to look for signs of sex but still can’t see anything yet!

Forbidden Runtz has taken a bit longer than expected. She is showing some amber not much the trycomes a getting milky. She will go a few more days and then she will be cut.

Brought them inside this week and borrowed a Dehumidifyer. I’ve been able to get RH , 45-55 now and the resin production has already started increasing

Loved the strawberry pie, it smells sooo fruity and delicious and it smokes amazing definitely will have to grow this strain again !! Thank you fastbuds

Feeding nutes based on chart, water in (sameday) ..... clean compost brewer and brew new batch (sameday) ..... use compost tea once wk (nextday, water in lil) and discard and clean for next week.... defoliation a lil daily..... HENCE ... becoming more of a chore or should I say we have a great relationship right now. A coexistence, a sudden need for one another. They are my sheep and I am there shephard! Now lets harvest some cotton!

Flower day 17 - All the ladies are looking great, starting to see a lot of bud sights & the smell is definitely getting stronger everyday I open the tent! Thanks for following & happy growing friends!🌱✌️🏼 Flower day 19- Got a bigger dehumidifier because I was having problems on days I would water the humidity would go through the roof at night so to prevent mold I bought a bigger dehumidifier but now it is throwing off so much heat the tent is pushing 90 degrees F at some points throughout the day so I’m not exactly sure how to fix the issue! Will definitely not be running so many plants in the next run for the 5x5! Hopefully things get better!😅😅

Seit 2 tagen gibt es nur noch Wasser aus dem Wasser Hahn Ohne Chlor aber mit Sauerstoff mit PH 7,8 Wasser aus Rohr Leitungen enthält weniger Sauerstoff als beispielsweise Regenwasser. Ich habe den Ph wert aber seit 3 Wochen nicht gemessen Weil ich vermutlich einen zu niedrigen PH Wert hatte durch meine Dünger Mischung BioBiZz wie oben angegeben. Ich habe noch nie PH up benutzt oder benötigt bis jetzt.
