Day 02 - Tuesday - 09/23/25 - Total Days: 163 ----------------------------------- Daily Averages ~[+01:00] - Temps: 86.0°F [30.0°C] - Humidity: 78.4% - VPD: 0.92 kPa - Soil %: [49, 41, 34, 53, 43, 40, 43, 45] ----------------------------------- - [13:03]: Time to start prepping for my first attempt at tissue culture! --- Ordered and received the AC Infinity PH Meter PRO [AC-PHM7] --- Since this is a brand new unit, the probe sensor needs to be cleaned and conditioned for calibration. --- For proper storage and conditioning, the meter includes a bottle of KCL (Potassium Chloride) storage solution. --- For a basic 2-point calibration, the pH meter also includes 7.00 pH [Mid] and 4.00 pH [Low] calibration solution. --- The pen does support a 3-point calibration, but does not include the 10.1 pH [High] calibration solution. For growing, the pH should never get that high anyways. The ideal averages are all below 7.00 pH [Mid to Low Points]. --- The meter also includes solutions for conductivity calibration, but don’t need these for tissue culture. --- Okay let's go! - [13:09]: Took the cap off of the unit and examined the new sensor probe. --- There was a tiny bit of condensation and a micro drops of the KCL storage solution in the cap. --- The glass sensor was clean, but the seal for the cap had a bit of mineral build-up. This is apparently normal for new meters. --- Swirled the probe in distilled water for a bit making sure to fully saturate the sensor and to rinse off the old KCL solution. --- Wiped the mineral deposits off with a clean paper towel. Made sure to be gentle around the glass probe and tried not to touch it much. --- Also cleaned and rinsed the cap with distilled water and dried with a paper towel. - [13:16]: Opened and poured about 3/4 of the KCL solution into the cap. --- Placed and probe cap back on making sure the sensor is fully soaking in the storage solution. --- Done! - [13:19]: The unit should be ready for a first-time calibration after a 30-minute soak, but going to be soaking for a lot longer. --- The probe needs to stay stored in this KCL solution and will top off with more as needed. --- Plan to calibrate the meter right before checking and adjusting the pH for the establishment media. --- Compared to my last pH meter (cheap Amazon pen), this one is a huge upgrade in both accuracy and complexity. --- Will need to do a bit of research on how to calibrate and use this meter properly. - [16:36]: Evening check on the 3x3 veg tent. --- With the recent TKO disaster in the main tent, glad that everything is looking healthy in the veg garden! --- All mothers (including TKO) are looking green and getting bigger! --- Now that the watering system is working again, the Heady OG mother is looking a lot better and she is starting to perk up. Entering week 10 and she is still pretty fluffy pistils wise. Gradually fattening up and looks like she has a good two weeks left. Seeds developing nice. Noticed the pollinated bud produced trichome's shortly after being pollinated, quicker then the surrounding buds. Waiting for the other buds to ripen up. They are still filling in and getting bigger. Still easy couple weeks out.

Week five in flower and not much change. The buds are starting to bulk up and get fat. I have noticed a color shift in the bud as well. They are developing a pink/purple hue with a gray undertone. It’s an unusual color because it’s very pastel looking. Frost production is still on high, these things are coated like crazy already. Magnesium issue has now stopped, I’ve been adding 1/16 teaspoon of magnesium sulfate to the water every time to keep up with the demand for this large plant. Smell is very strong and hits you hard when you open the tent. When rubbing the bud I pick up a fruity pebbles smell. So far watering every other day and she is sucking down about a gallon a day of water. Run off pH was reading 6.5 which has been spot on this entire grow so far.

hello there it is the last straight line before harvesting I think harvesting in 1 week or a few days depending on the color of the trichomes. I rinsed very abundantly to have the best final taste. my heads are very dense and hard I am very very happy, the Tropicana Banana are a sure value 👌👌👌👌👍😘👍

Starting week 4 and everything is looking good, buds are forming now time for them to fatten up. There is trichrome coverage starting around the budsites and on some fan leaves. The plants are starting to put off that pungent gg4 smell with earthy undertones. I did a pretty aggressive defoliation on day 21 (11/9/18) and cleaned up the lowers with a light lollipopping. The plants stretched more than I wanted so I may have to add 1 more layer of trellis it just depends if they can hold themselves up once they start putting on the weight going to have to wait and see. The plants seem to look happy and are moving right along. Thanks for looking and happy growing!

Week 13 : Six Shooter So i've been looking into these plants' trichomes daily, sometimes twice daily, they're all really really cloudy, like full white, completely curled in. Some have a slight beige tint to them, so i'm guessing that's the first few ambers ! That means it's time for the chop ! these wrapped up their second week of flush with three x additive flush. To flush you water until run off then add 20% which is just about 4 pints for me. Now i'm at the end of the grow i can say that the full tent is a good idea, but it does get crowded and that will surely affect my yield as there are a fair few colas that are totally f-ed in the sense they are thin, skinny, a tiny bit of flower with just a few pistills... so those are useless and they're going into my bubble hash project, so let's see, maybe i can extract value out of the trim , the popcorn buds, and the rest of the plant ! The fourth week of growth has begun, and our FBA 2503 from 42Fast Buds is thriving. After the transplant into a 10-liter pot, the plant has adapted well and continues to develop strong and healthy. Despite being an autoflower, we're experimenting with a 12/12 light cycle, and so far, the results look promising. The temperature remains stable, reaching up to 30°C during the day, with an average of 27°C–28°C. Humidity is maintained between 60% and 65%, providing optimal conditions for growth. The plant has grown noticeably, now standing between 20 and 25 cm, with well-developed foliage. We've started applying low-stress training (LST) to shape its structure, encouraging better light penetration and maximizing potential yields. Additionally, we continue to feed our beauty with Xpert Nutrients, and the results are already visible—strong, vibrant growth and lush green leaves. Everything is on track, and we’re excited to see how our experiment unfolds in the coming weeks!

This week I've been pulling the top fan leaves to stop the plant growing taller and to allow the side branches to catch up. I also started feeding them. I will probably repot and switch to flower next week now they've all outgrown their mutations.
