🌱 Week 3 Grow Update! 🚨 Well, it’s week 3 and so far it’s been smooth sailing! ⛵️ The girls are looking happy and healthy — no issues to report! 💪💚 🌡️ Temps have been running high — between 89°F to 100°F 😅🔥 But surprisingly, the heat hasn’t slowed them down at all. Growth is still on point! 📈🌿

10/27 - Today is technically day 28 since germination. I would normally wait three more days before doing this update, but enough has changed, I figured it warranted documenting it early. Today I did a solution change to half-strength week 3 guidelines per the Dyna-Gro feed schedule from their website. This gave me a ppm of 740 total, including 170 ppm tap (measured using Hanna Primo .5 conversion). This gives me 570ppm (1.14ec) of nutrients. The solution was changed about four hours prior to their nap time (of four hours in length). Shortly after the lights came back on I noticed this discoloration on her roots (as shown above in picture and video). Both ladies in the video were given the exact same solution at the same time and now show noticeably different ppms (Sour Diesel Auto - 770ppm; Amnesia XXL Auto - 720ppm). I'm not sure why they are exhibiting different reactions to the same solution. She doesn't seem to be showing any other negative effects at this point. Root growth is phenomenal and her vegetation has only accelerated since being topped. Just slightly concerned about what to do with the root issue. I have thought about adding Botanicare Hydroguard since the smaller buckets will run slightly warmer in temp. Once they start drinking more, I will bump them up to 5 gallon buckets, but that's not needed at this time. Any advice, questions, or observations are very welcome. This is my first DWC run and first run with Dyna-Gro. Edit: 10/29 - Added 2ml/gal Botanicare Hydroguard as a precaution regarding her potential root issue. Res temps are mid-seventies, so I'd say it's a safe move and some relatively cheap insurance. Edit: 10/31 - PPMs kept increasing up close to 800 from the original 740. Added pH'd water to dilute right close to 700ppm. Would have diluted more, but that was touching the bottom of the net pot. Removed two main fan leaves that were actively shading new growth nodes. Added second Mars Hydro SP150 and raised both to 18" above canopy.

Erdmischung: 50l Torf freier light mix, 6l Wurmhumus, 3l Aktivkohle, 4-5l Perlite. bevor alles vermischt wurde habe ich 5x0,5l Töpfe mit dem light mix befühlt. Für die Autos kommt 0,5l vom light mix oben in einen 11l Teku, der Rest wird mit der Erdmischung befühlt, da die Autos nicht umgetopft werden sollen. Die Photoperiodische Kmintz kommt vom 0,5l light mix dann in 3,5l - 11l - 20l mit der oben genannten Erdmischung.💛🏼

The girl is looking good, though it could have been much larger by this time. I wish I gave it more light and more nuts in the previous weeks. Well, it will have to spend more time in veg. It got topped this week, at the 6th node, and I will do it once more before flipping them, so in total there will be 10 lower branches + 4 tops. I also started misting with CalMag just in case.

I missed last week's diary but I did get these lady's transplanted last week and got the grow room all set up. I'm supper excited to start the training.

she has grown very well so far, beautiful leaves and large branches especially the thunder. Now at the beginning of flowering it is a little worrying us because it seems a little faded and we would not like to have done something wrong but I'm not sure.

Plants were watered on day 4 of week 9, as follows: Lucy: 1 gallon water, pH: 6.27, Height: 22 in. Herbert: 1.25 gallons water, pH: 5.77, Height: 24.5 in. ***Both fed nutrients - 5 ml/.5 gal BioVega (3% N, 1% Phosphate, 5% Soluble Potash), 7 ml/.5 gal BioBoost (1% Phosphate), and 1 ml/.5 gal BioRhizotonic (0.6% Soluble Potash) Plants were watered on day 5 of week 9, as follows: Thin Mint Sr: 1 gallon water, pH: 6.76, Height: 20 in. Thin Mint Jr: 1 gallon water, pH: 6.50, Height: 19.5 in Notes: Thin Mint Jr has nutrient burn and so was NOT fed nutrients today. Alweer een week voorbij, je ziet niets meer van de snoei beurt van begin vorige week! Het is pas het begin van de derde week bloei en de toppen beginnen zich al een paar dagen goed te vormen. Ik geef de dames (vooral de Runtz!) een laatste snoei beurt voor de bloei echt start, en ik gooi de e.c omhoog van 1.6 naar 1.8. Ze kunnen wel wat hebben zo te zien. Ook ga ik de uitschieters weer onder het net terugsteken waar dat nog kan, ook de stammetjes zin al best dik inmiddels!

Day 76. Last two weakest plants - Strawberry Banana and Orange still going outside. Weed is very resilient plant. I think I will have half ounce from each easy ! Still something ;)))) Stems looks still terrible and dead, hope it won't transform into bud rot. I am leaving for holiday and hope to chop them or bud rot in a month ;)))) If it will be any harvest - I'll do an upload , if not - it's my last record here. Day 83. Tried to chop them asap some bugs started to attack. Found few larvas and then found this - hard as f@ck , radioactive , neon light pulsing alien EGGS ;))))) Not bad end of growing career ;)))) Thanks all companies and wonderful platform ! Hi liebe Community and Welcome back! 💚 Nach dem Trichomcheck, war es Zeit die DMO Grapefruit zu ernten. Die Pflanze hat jetzt genau acht Wochen Blütezeit hinter sich. So wie es auch gewünscht ist. In dieser Zeit hat sie einen enormen Sprint an Blütenentwicklung hin gelegt, welche allerdings so nicht gut beobachtbar war. Eine sehr imposante Pflanze! Sie zeigt unter ihrem Blätterwerk ein riesiges und ausgeprägtes Blütenvorkommen. Absolut im XL Bereich. Es lässt sich beobachten, dass die Blütenbildung im mittleren Bereich der Colas stark ausgebreitet hat und die Pflanze Richtung Spitze eher etwas dünner wird. Sie bildet die Blüten sehr vielseitig aus, von dünner kompakt bis hin zur breiten dichteren stellen. Ihr Geruch ist nun sehr stark ausgeprägt und eine Grapefruit Note zeichnet sich als markante Hauptnote ab. Beim Schneiden waren nun auch dann Gasige und etwas Lakritzähnliche Note mit etwas süsslichem Wahrnehmbar. Decent grow. A lil disappointed that I fucked the left most plant. It didn’t go completely to waste, gave it to a friend who wants to make hash from it. The other buds were quite nice though. Like I said, decent for the price.
