Hey Diary! Just wrapped up week 5 of my green project, and we're fully in the blooming stage now! 🌸 Out plant has stretched up beautifully. It seems to be enjoying life just as much as I am. Here's the weekly rundown: Automated Watering: This is cool! I've set up an automated watering system that I can control through a Telegram bot. Hello, technology! 🤖💧 Defoliation: Last week, we did some defoliation, trimming off the unnecessary leaves. This helped the plant focus more on flowering. Sometimes less is more, right? with this I start my first grow in 2021 and based on the success of gorilla glue from fastbud, I have chosen to start the year with a team auto flower. And the choice has fallen on gorilla glue 4 pcs. Wedding cake 3 pcs and 3 pcs glueberry, with a plan to have them ready in mid-March. so the tent is free to start the outdoor projects up in the beginning of April in the tent, so they are ready when the heat has entered the ground :) the growmediet consists of 40% peat from the last grow (cocos choir with root system) 40% compost from own garden, 10% Bio Bizz Premix, 4% perlite and 6% Vermiculite. (the peat already contained a little perlite / vermiculite) I have deliberately chosen to add compost that was between 80 and 100% composted, as I think it will contribute CO2 together with the coco peat and so far it looks like my thesis seems to hold water and I expect to be able to wait to add more CO2 to the flowering period. (Co2 is currently high around 1200 ppm and I ventilate regularly during the day as Co2 rises during the day) the temperature is around 23-25 ​​degrees during the day and between 20 and 21 degrees at night. I have chosen to set the light to 19/5 and raise it enough to 20/4 when the sprouts have come up. I reckon that will try to make some LST on the GGs and probably also on the 2 new varieties. The light only in this phase only at 50%, as there is no reason to run full exhaust, as long as I can keep the temp. in the tent and the sprouts have not come up yet. update 04-01. so far 5 out of 10 have come up, 5 days after they were sown and I am preparing to sow tomorrow, if no more have come up. it surprises me that no more GGs have come up, in the last grow, they were the fastest to germinate and there was 100% germination, but as I said I choose to take one more day and see if it does not make a difference .😀 if anyone should wonder. then of course I do not give them fertilizer until at the earliest after 14-16 days update 05-01 I have today, sown 1 gorilla glue and 2 glueberry, where the others did not come up, so the goal is still 4 GG, 3GB and 3 WC for this grow😀

Last day of veg ( 18/11 ) all plants had a few leaves snipped here and there, plants looking the healthiest I’ve ever seen them, responding very well to the HST given throughout the week, all ready to switch 12/12 tomorrow morning!

White Widow is not doing so good. I did a solution change 2 days ago when she started showing issues. Not sure it it fixed it yet. Day 29. All goes well and easy, now i know size of pot, its around 720 ml . Girl is stretching, but not so bad, was thinking to take off few bottom branches - but i will leave her untrained i think. In few days i will water her, but generally she drinks almost nothing, compared to girls grown in tents with good air, light and humidity .... Stem went still nice even without any fan, she is stiff ... Found my first Liberties, wonderful mushroom trip ;)))) Day 30. She is healthy green and i think if i will need to add anything - it will be potassium in middle of flower, maybe even nothing ... Girl started to drink faster. Think tomorrow is watering day again .... Day 31. 70 ml of 6.3 ph water in. Before it sprinkled 1g. of BioSys. Day 34. 150ml in !!! Had some run off and collected it. Think it will be enough for 3-4 days, girl is drinking a lot recently ;) Happy Growing !!!!

She's still growing up and producing new leaves and her flowers are getting bigger too. I'm really worried though, because some of her leaves are turning yellow and shows burn signs. I thought it was because of the hot weather, but her leaves should have been all bent down (this is what I read on the internet). Since the plant is overall healthy, I hope it's nothing to worry about.. I found out that it also might be caused by a potassium deficiency, so I'll try and give her some. All been said, I'm still really happy with the results and I love how she's doing

I did not top this girl, yet. Her top lowers started catching up to the top so I didn’t want to stop her yet lol. But all in all she’s looking healthy.

Today marks the beginning of the last week of flowering for my cannabis plant. After months of care and patience, I can finally see the first amber trichomes starting to form. It's a sign that the plant is nearing the perfect time for harvest. The buds are dense and frosty, and the shift in trichome color is telling me that the plant is at its peak potency. In a couple of days, I'll move the plant out of the tent and into complete darkness for 48 hours. This process is supposed to help boost resin production and make the final buds even better. After that, it’ll be time to cut her down. It's exciting to be so close to the end, and I can't wait to see how the final product turns out!🌱🌱

Hey guys! Getting close to the finish line here. NL1, Mimosa and GSC are ready to start flushing NL 2 just keeps on streching and it's seems to be a bit slower flowering, maybe a pheno more sativa leaning. She's about a week behind the others so will feed for a week more and see where she stands. The smells is really getting strong, and even I have a carbon filter my house has a slight delicious aroma of pine tree ( from NL1) and cheesecake with some sourness ( from MC). They are all getting very frosty. See you next week!

All 18 CANNALOPE HAZE plants from DNA-GENETICS are developping FANTASTICALLY! They love the BIOTABS-nutrients and start to show first signs of fading, now that we are coming closer to the end of flowering. The main COLAS are HUGE and glisten with trichomes, the plants are SUPER STICKY now, I love it. The smell is a earthy and mildly sweet aroma, which is getting stronger by the day, its MOUTHWATERING! As you can see in the overview-video above, the plants on the right side under the LUMATEK ZEUS 600W PRO are less uniform than the plants on the left under the SANlight Q6W-Gen.2 LED-lamps. Some are taller and some are shorter there, which is bad under a spider-system, since I cannot adjust the height for the smaller plants. The smaller plants will get too little light and produce less buds. The trichome production seems on par between the two sides, but the buds on the SANlight-side seem to be compacter than on the Lumatek side. I am VERY CURIOUS how the end result on the scales will be...

Here we go for the first session. Hope it will be as easy as the first one was... finger crossed ! As I love sativas strains, Chocolate Haze seems a perfect choice to me. The grow tent in tall (2m) so the girls can grow till 1.6m more or less. With some training and topping, it should be ok. Germination day 5 : 2/3. I decided to put a 4th Chocolate seed. If it germinates, it will be just 5 days younger. Nothing I can't deal with ! If it doesn't, never mind. Let's give it a try ! Germination day 9 : 4/4 ! Now it means that I have to deal with 7 pure sativas in 1m2…. I love chalenges 😁😅 Germination day 12 : The litle girls are growing gently. The second pair of leaves is coming, and I thing I'll turn diary into "week 1" on saturday with their first repotting. The 4th Chocolate haze is a bit small for repotting as she's 5 days late compared to the others. But, she grows fast and strong (maybe faster than the 3 others) and I think she'll make it ! We'll see.

I liked the taste, loved that the sugar leaves are filled with trichomes but it's just too little of a harvest for the effort. BTW, math is all wrong on the g/watt The Bestva 2000w doesn't use 1400w it uses around 390w Also, I put 25m2 because that's the total size of the tent that I used, it doesn't mean that 1 m2 would need 4 of those lamps. Also, it draws half of that when only veg is turned on. So, the correct math would be - 185w * 56 days of veg (18h) - 390w * 70 days of flower (12h) - 10g dry material - Total space around 25% of the tent Veg cycle: 185w / 1000 = 0.185 kW/h 0.185 kWh x 18 hours per day = 3.33 kW per day 3.3 kW per day x 56 day veg cycle = 186.48 kW per veg cycle for the whole tent 186.48 * 0.25 = 46kW for the area covered by the plant Flower cycle: 390w / 1000 = 0.39 kW/h 0.39 kWh x 12 hours per day = 4.68 kW per day 4.68 kW per day x 70 day flower cycle = 327.6 kW per flower cycle for the whole tent 327.6 * 0.25 = 81.9kW for the area covered by the plant Total: 46 kW (veg) + 81.9 kWh (flower) = 127.9 kW per entire cycle for the area covered by the plant 10 grams dried / 127.9 kWh = 0.08 grams per kW --- Total Harvest Total Harvest = 11g Choco + 66g KDA + 46g BC = 123g Total kW = 186.48 + 327.6 = 514.08 123g / 514.08 = 0.23 grams per kw

April 22nd No changes to nut's, temp, or humidity, but we did have to raise the lights with the growth. I may have mixed up a couple of my Green Crack grow's images but I did the exact same with both grows with amazing results both times, so if you see three then four plants it is due to my well intentioned intent to post each of these as I did them but forgot. LOL
