Hey everyone! It's week 3 of flower for our Anesia Seeds phenohunt, and things are getting even more exciting in the garden! The plants are thriving, and we're seeing some beautiful development as they enter this crucial phase of their growth.
Nutrient Adjustments 🌱💧
This week, we've introduced Potassium (K) into our nutrient regimen. Potassium is essential during the flowering stage as it helps with the development of buds, enhancing their size, density, and overall quality. Here's the updated nutrient mix we're using:
Regulator: 0.15ml/L
CaMg Boost: 0.25ml/L
Top Booster: 0.3ml/L
P Boost: 0.4ml/L
K Boost: 0.3ml/L
With these adjustments, the TDS has gone up to 500 ppm, and the pH is set at 6.0. The temperature remains steady at 21°C, creating the perfect environment for our girls to flourish.
The Power of Potassium
Introducing K Boost is a game-changer. Potassium plays a vital role in regulating plant metabolism and promoting strong, healthy growth. It aids in:
Bud Development: Enhances the size and density of buds, leading to a more substantial yield.

The Garden Update
The Anesia girls are looking spectacular! Each strain is showing unique characteristics, and it's a joy to watch them evolve. Here's a quick update:
Future #1: Buds are swelling nicely, and the aroma is starting to intensify. This one's a beast in the making!
Zoomiez: Displaying some beautiful coloration and structure. The flowers are stacking up perfectly.
Apricot Oreo: This beauty is living up to its name with a fruity scent that's simply irresistible.
Red Banana Pudding: The solo survivor continues to shine, with impressive bud development and a delightful fragrance.
Maintaining optimal environmental conditions is key. With the Blue Lab Guardian monitor, we're ensuring precise control over the TDS, pH, and temperature. This tool is invaluable in keeping our garden thriving and healthy.
After adjusting the nutrients, we gave the girls a thorough watering. The sight of water droplets on the freshly topped plants is always a pleasure. It signifies hydration and health, ensuring the plants can absorb all the nutrients they need for robust growth.

Very easy to grow strain! It was a lot of fun growing it! I am very happy with the outcome and i cant wait to dry and cure it for further examination :) I am very happy with this grow and i would definitely recommend this masterpiece to everybody!

👉The final dry weight, which was 369g (13oz) is just buds, no trim or larf. Just Good big buds. Great plant overall. Had a phosphorus issue that lingered, it foxtailed at the end and in the last day hermie bitz appeared on almost every branch end cola. Sturdy branches, lots of food factories. Wonderful aroma that wasn't as stanky as most. Spend 4 hours trimming. Started at the bottom and worked my way up. I put the end cola of each branch on its own label clothes pin and hung on a rack. Each cola was weighed wet and cataloged. after 24 hrs I started putting each cola in a paper bag and the net buds in a larger bag. It took 5 days to reduce the dry weight to under 30%. When they hit this mark they went into the jars which were labeled according to their documented location. I figured the weigh reduction percentage by comparing weighs from the initial wet trimmed weight. In each jar I also added a hygrometer. Surprisingly the RH of almost ever jar was under 58%. None of the jars required any burping to remove excess humidity. At that point I added moisture 62% moisture packs and put the jars in the closet. I sampled bud J till this writing. It didn't start getting tasty till the 4 week mark.

WEEK 7 - Day 51 - 05/21/20
Rickey Cricket is thriving in his little garbage can grow! 😵
The training has allowed the lower branches to reach up during the flower stretch and should get a fat little stocky bud-ball of a plant out of it.
With the small amount of soil I can tell it's going to be a quick drinker.

Readjusted the LST and clipped some small 3-Finger leaves and anything bunching up the core of the plant. Nice and open now and need it for the small space of the grow.
Very glad I have two more seeds to drop in real pots in the future because I'm excited to see what this OG Auto Chem-Dawg could do not grown in a coffee can and purposefully mangled it to match a TV character conceptually 😂
Pistils are coming in now and the stretch is still going so I'd say stretch will be done by next week with the main sites starting to sprout 🙌

End of week 9 in bloom (day 62), so far so good. Buds starting to mature (except one Malawi plant), leaves are yellowing, trichomes are getting milky so i am waiting... Just 3 liters of water every 4 days. I think i have 1-2 weeks before harvest the first one. Will see

She is getting there. Buds slowly start to bulk up. But she still has a least 3 weeks in her pockets. What a long, fudging grow this is, especially for an autoflower plant. She is vigorous and enormous tho!
She got her first feeding since 4 days ago because the weather was bad for 2 days straight. Which means that she didn't drink as much as she normally does. I also kept her inside to not take any risks in flowering. By that I realised how much she reeeeeeeeeks. Like really, sometimes when you grow on the balcony you don't really get the stankyness from the plants since you have so many different smells ouside. But shit, when she was in my room for 2 days, she perfumed the whole apartment.
Otherwise, nothing really to share. Her progress is steady, it's simple cruising in this stage of cultivation.

I pumped up the bloom nutrients a little. As it’s my last week before I go into the flower stage. My lights will go 12/ 12 shortly.
I added a wooden support system because the plant was slanted a little bit.
I also removed clones yesterday. And the plant is healing very very well and fast. Lots of new baby nodes growing!
took out the strongest two plants to keep as mother plants. And I continued LST as the plant keeps growing steadily!

Started in shot glass with 6.0 150ppm achieved using superthrive and a drop of calmag.
Soaked 24hrs, then placed on damp paper towel in Tupperware on a heat pad.
Following morning, taproot had formed so transferred to rockwool. With same 6.0 solution.
Following morning, they had broken ground.
Update, they have developed their first true leaves and were starting to stretch under 7k, so I turned the lights up to 13k then 15k lux and they seem to be loving it.
The rdwc has been running for days and no leaks or malfunctions so far. Once I harvest my 4x8 I will be building a similar system in it, but with 2, 2 site totes with the intention of vegging in this 2x4 for 4-5 weeks then taking the entire lid with the plants and putting in the 4x8 tote for flower. Then immediately start 2 more in the veg tent. Keep 3 sets of 2 in 4-5 week rotation and potentially harvest every 1.5 months, depending on how long it takes em to finish of course.

Here is the second Fruit Punch Automatic, the main lining has given it a very beautiful shape and high quality flowers.
** We remind all users that we grow two plants per variety, one worked with techniques and the other left to grow freely and beautifully to preserve its speed.
Description // This plant has undergone the first cut and then we went to create the Mainfold at the second internode. In autoflowering plants I choose to cut very early to lengthen the vegetative phase as much as possible and give the plant a lot to make as much cannabis as possible.
She is a plant with a low internodal distance so she remained low but the quality believe me is high.
I can't let you smell it, smoke it, vaporize it, put it under a press but I can show it to you, take a look at how juicy it is.
The flowers are big, large, very hard like Carrara marble and very very full. Really excellent quality of buds.
Do I do it with techniques or let the plant grow? They are really two beautiful plants with excellent quality flowers. Maybe this one has a little more quality of flower and the other a little more production, however they are both around 50gr clean, without stakes and no residue, only dry buds.
Trichomes and maturation // We carried out a careful observation under the microscope at 10x (and 10x x 1.6) and we noticed a good percentage of amber trichomes, mostly milky and a few transparent; for us it is a great time for harvest. I do a lot of daytime use, so I do not want to over-mature the plants, oxidize the THC and make them relaxing. Even the best sativa matured on the palate becomes more indica. I have to monitor the effect of daytime use a lot.

Day 96, 15th of December 2020:
Wao and wao... this is what I can say.
A bit late I was on holiday I usually start the week with the first day but now with the last one.
So let's start with the "black sheep" of this group as she is alone here RQS Wedding Gelato.
Easy growing issue free little bushy lady. Absolutely great choice of grow. Pretty much ready for Christmas but she can be cut even now lol....
And now let's speak about the Original Sensible Seeds' girls...
Well Black Ghost OG similarly to RQS Wedding Gelato is calm little bushy and issue free lady.... no problem all good ready for Christmas....
Runtz Gum the thick chick with heavy big buds and excellent appearance is really amazing. I placed a stick there and fixed her to look better... It was not necessarily but i have done it.
She needs more time pretty much done ny Christmas or a bit after....
Gelato from Original Sensible Seeds is similar in terms of acting such as streching and all that ...
The same situation applies not much to really say we wait ;)
I am really happy to have these ladies....
Well, Do-Si-Dos OG is the craziest one ever... lol.... not only due her crazy kind of streching style but the trichome developement that comes along to the fan leaf "holder" stem is pretty crazy....
Those buds are like a diamonds sticky and she would be ready to harvest but need to wait because I need to go....
I really had to fix her by placing a stick there I broke one stem but fixed as it did not come off... so crazy especially now because of the weight of the buds... now she looks even more beautiful...
I think she is the most challenging grow ever.
Original Sensible Seeds genetics is unique really high quality just look at them.
Royal Queen Seeds as well but this is my second grow from them my first was a Green Gelato which is the same calm littlw bushy plant. Amazing very good for newbies ;)
I am going on holiday again and back on 28th of December so after harvest starts.
Girls will be cut after.
The 7th weeks starts with tomorrow 16th of December....
Only flushing and no more nutritient will be used.
Soon full report comes. Lamp is the same 11 hours on and 13 off....
The last 4 days they will get 4 days darkness and only ventilation will be working no even more water ;)

Overall, I am extremely happy with the genetics of the Auto Euforia and the general success of the grow. I always like to reflect on mistakes I have made, so let me lay them out here:
I overlit the plant during veg, contributing to it's bushy nature. It grew well but this would be a waste of electricity if I was growing more commercially.
During the last week of flower, my region of Ontario was hit with tons of rain and humidity. I took some steps to increase circulation of dehumidified air, but lowering 95rh to 65-70rh is still insufficient and I lost some control of the environment. The awful result was the start of mold in some select areas, particularly in the fattest buds and where leaves were cut away and petioles remained. This issue is not due to Dutch Passions great genetics, and is entirely due to a combination of an unseasonable environment and my own overconfidence.
This mold was never clearly apparent on the outside of the buds, but I found it will trichomes scouting under magnification. This forced me to speed up the harvest and drying process. It also means that I have had to carefully grade the buds into those safe for smoking and vaping, those mold free but needing a second examination (will be rosin pressed), and those close enough to spots of mold to be only for for edibles. Any moldy bud was of course cut away and will be disposed of.
Nevertheless, I have many ounces of fantastic buds, and will be making some nice pressed rosin based 510 cartridges. I will edit the harvest post with more information after the cure, and showing the various processing I will be doing.

1 plant was very ripe, 1 plant was almost perfect to harvest and the 3rd could take another 1-2 weeks...but it was end of 10th week of flower and i had to go on vacation, so i perhaps choped 1 plant abit too early....still awesome result!
