Einen wunderschönen guten Tag, liebe Grow-Community, und herzlich willkommen zur 14. Woche meines kleinen Outdoorprojekts! Diese letzte Woche ging es den Damen an den Kragen … Da die Kleinen in letzter Zeit doch ordentlich an Pflanzenmasse zugelegt hatten und das Wetter in Kombination mit zu dichtem Blattwerk ein erhöhtes Pilzrisiko birgt, habe ich mir die Schere geschnappt und die Pflänzchen ordentlich ausgedünnt. Ich bin hierbei relativ radikal vorgegangen (nach dem Prinzip „Viel hilft viel“). Das hat mehrere Gründe: Einerseits bin ich kein Fan von diesen ganzen Popcornnug-Geschichten (sowohl qualitativ als auch vom Trimaufwand her). Ich stelle die Qualität immer über die Quantität und so gewährleiste ich, dass die Haupttriebe die gesamte Energie erhalten und optimal performen können. Des Weiteren gewährte ich so eine deutlich bessere Luftzirkulation und vermeide ein unnötiges Überlappen der Blätter, welche wiederum Kondenswasser einfangen und somit ein optimales Klima für Pathogene bilden. Und last but not least darf ich ja eh nur meine 50 g/Person ernten.😇 Beim sogenannten „Lollipopping“ verwende ich eine frisch sterilisierte Schere, welche ich nach jeder Pflanze neu reinige, um eine mögliche Kreuzkontaminierung zu vermeiden. Vor diesem Eingriff habe ich den Pflanzen noch eine Stärkung verabreicht, um sie auf den kommenden abiotischen Stress (nicht durch Lebewesen erzeugter Stress) vorzubereiten. Hier kam wieder mein noch nicht so altbewährter Biostimulator ins Spiel. Dieses Mal allerdings in Kombination mit einem Komposttee. Dieser hat den Vorteil, dass er den Gasaustausch der Pflanze fördert (,,ein lebenswichtiger Prozess, bei dem Sauerstoff (O₂), Kohlenstoffdioxid (CO₂) und Wasserdampf mit der Umgebung ausgetauscht werden“), indem sich die Mikroorganismen um die Spaltöffnung (Stomata) ansiedeln und diese sich schneller öffnet und schließt. Wichtig ist hierbei noch zu erwähnen, dass sich die meisten Stomata auf der Blattunterseite befinden, diese also ebenfalls besprüht werden sollte. Und da wir Bakterien ausbringen, ist es von Bedeutung, mit großen Tropfen und wenig Druck zu arbeiten und die Pflanze möglichst nass zu machen. Jetzt hoffe ich nur noch, dass das Wetter wieder mitspielt und wir gesund und vital in die Blüte übergehen können. Und zum Schluss noch das altgewohnte Gequengel: Grow Diaries hat mir aus irgendwelchen Gründen meine Views gedrittelt (vielleicht wegen der Kritik im letzten Bericht)😁. Bisschen ärgerlich, aber ich mache es ja nicht für den Fame.😂 Das war’s für diese Woche. Euch noch einen schönen Restsonntag. Peace

Approximately day 72 since seed touched soil. Such a relief is this part of garden. All girls will be harvested next friday, only one weakest Trainwreck is about a month behind, but she was looking sad and weak all the time, catches up others, still underdeveloped and small buds. Other two Trainwrecks are very nice, one is forming huge top, fat, sparkling, did few photos of her even. Both cheeses run nice too, rainbow smells so sweet, should be lovely smoke. We had huge rains , almost like summons, no signs of bud rot, but bottom branches are covered in soil and sand, will have to wash them before hanging. Sun was still raising, i was blinded by it, so quality of photos is very poor. They sparkle !!! and smell is around the forest, really sweet and i cant wait to try them out !!! Last 10 days or so left till chop. Happy Growing !!!!!

I have little to add that I haven't already said. These plants in particular grew from start to finish in 0.50l pots, produced nearly a pound of wet grass and about 30 dry grass overall. Not much, but it was as I expected, the smaller the pot, the lower the yield.

Still lookin happy, water only around 6.5 ph. I will start some LST next week 👍🏼 I will also give a 1/4 dose of advanced nutrients sensi cal mag next week because that's one issue I've ran into, usually nearing flower and I feel weekly small doses helps negate any issues. LED lights seem to increase the need for cal mag at least in my environment. The auxiliary shoots off the main are interesting! It's definitely going to be more of a bushy structure and fun to LST! ✌️🏼 ♥️

First off I believe the strain name is wrong. It should be just FF03 but I’ll need to check with fastbuds. These are photo period test genetics from fastbuds and the FF stands for fast flower. They are supposed to be done in 50-60 days of flowering. I’m going to let them do their thing for a minimum of 40 days just to be sure they don’t have ruderalis. This is a brand new setup I built with floraflex 6” pot pro using coco and I’ll be testing their nutrients out as well. That being said they are about 10 days old but I’ve been so busy I haven’t had time to get the diary going. Thanks for looking :)

like my previous experience, easy plant, the Fast Eddy grows almost alone, a real pleasure. a little disappointed by the wet harvested weight, but nice big nuggets. let's go for the dry

Growing up in a 2.3x2.3. Peat light mix. LED: 3000K Citizen CLU048-1212 3000K powered by Meanwell ELG-200-36 Strange plant. No matter what, the branches grow totally vertically! Every branch required training since day 1. Also, before maturity when the plant made symmetrical nodes, only one of each set of shoots would develop into a proper branch. The other one would stay very small, no exceptions. But it smells absolutely amazing when the stem is rubbed! So I'm giving this one to the 2x2. Let's see it flower. Soon. No fuss veg - will update weekly in flower. There's a bit of burnage due to the lights being to close for a shorter companion plant. That plant has been thrown out... it might make a return some day 😏 Not many diaries of this one around. So give a shoutout if bubba kush saved your life or got you back with your ex wife. Was another good week, had mostly sun and only two days of rain, one of them being today. No vertical growth again this week but she is really filling in. Back on nutrients 3 days a week but cut water back to 6L in morning and an extra 4L in afternoon (only when very hot and soil dries faster). Did a good defoliation on day 2 of the week, removed any branches growing inwards and cleaned up all around. No shock next day and by end of week almost filled back in again. Will give it time to grow through net but for sure 1-2 more defoliation in the future. Gotta keep good airflow through the middle to avoid problems down the road. So originally I had planned on just using the garden stakes, but that's just not going to cut it so McGivered a good support system. 2x2x12 screwed into the corners of the skids (fit perfectly in existing holes) and horizontal supports to strengthen it up. Netting around and two rows up near the top. Ready to take on the weight that this girl is going to put on. I would think that should start flower in next week? 🤞 end of July but they're still getting 12hours direct sun + 3-4 hours a day of sun filtered through tree canopy. If she don't start soon it's gonna be a late finish!
