End of week 8! Took the girls off their nutes and starting the flush. Lowered the light intensity for 2 reasons. 1. It’s hot as balls and 90+ with no Silca could be an issue. They actually seem to be much happier already with only being a few degrees lower. 2. I want to see if less intense light/heat could replicate the end of the season sun if they were growing au natural 🤷‍♂️🏻

Hi everyone 😎. Everything is going great 🤗 You look very healthy and feel very comfortable. This week I trimmed everything underneath and cleaned everything :-) All spare parts were replaced, as after a while from using the aero tool all the screw threads were bruised. At the same time, the entire tank was emptied, cleaned, and freshly filled this time with flower fertilizer :-) this week the stretch will decrease and the energy will be put into the flower production. I have with clean up take the chance right away, and take photos of the root carpet ich At the moment I am considering getting a CO2 system for the Aero tent, because I used to have one, but it had to be given when the boxes were not moving :-( Otherwise I wish everyone a nice weekend, and health for you and your families in this scheis corona time 😷 Let it grow 😎

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. This Purple Punch didn't break soil until 4 days from getting wet. I ended up with a slightly mutated Purple Punch Seedling as she has 3 Cotyledons instead of 2. I have friends who have had this and they told me they turned out just fine yield and terp wise just really based more on the phenotype than the fact that it was genetically mutated. She is in a Solo Cup in ProMix/Perlite under the Spectrum X at 30% Power which is 230 Watts in V1 or Veg Mode. Very happy so far with the light as it is keeping all nodes tight and all leafs green and pointed upwards. I will also this Purple Punch's roots to fill the solo cup and then I will transplant her into a final 3.4 gallon airpot and hook her up to an auto feeding halo coming from a reservoir. When a plants roots are just fertigated in soil they are lacking in oxygen until some drying takes place. In Coco Coir, they have the perfect ratio of H20/Oxygen just after watering and as long as the Coir stays somewhat saturated. This is why high frequency fertigation pays off in coco coir. My plan is to top her one time by day 28 or so at the latest, or at least before she starts flowering, so whatever node that will be depends on her growth between now and then. Hola tod@s, pues aquí tenéis las RQS North Thunderfuck Como podéis ver en las imagenes están a tope, el resultado de las podas no puede haber sido mejor, plantas compactas con 3 - 4 colas principales, pues al hacer la poda apical las ramas inferiores han alcanzado la altura de las principales. Al final no las trasplante a 11l, no quería que se hiciesen demasiado grandes para que tuviesen más espacio entre ellas y así fomentar la circulación de aire para evitar el oidio, en los últimos días ha estado lloviendo y como os he comentado en otras entradas, a no ser que tengas una sala de cultivo con opticlimate o te hallas gastado mucho dinero en aislamientos y equipo, el clima de fuera afecta al interior también. Lo mejor es usar preventivos, así se evitan las sorpresas indeseadas. Pronto empezarán a asomar los primeros pistilos blancos, iré subiendo la EC poco a poco, en esta ocasión creo que podré subir un poco más, esta variedad es una comilona de cuidado, así que llegaré a los 1.9 - 2.0 de EC. Hace tiempo que buscaba una variedad que reaccionase así a las podas, al tener las ramas casi todas a la misma altura recibiran mucha más luz y más tratandose de iluminación LED que penetra menos que otro tipo de iluminaciones, lo cuál debe traducirse en una mejor producción. he realizado una última poda de bajos, ya no podré hacer más, para estimular el crecimiento de las ramas superiores, aparte en estas variedades de hoja tan ancha hay que quitar bastante, sin miedo, por la misma razón que comentaba antes de la penetración de luz. Espero que todo siga así y pronto empezarán a tener las primeras flores, saludos!!! 😃

Esta semana tuve dudas con el riego, como en casi toda la etapa de la planta, pero al fin, la veo super bien. Le doy 1 Litro de agua cada 3 dias, y parece que le encanta! Las ramas principales miden entre 70-80 cm, la mas grande llego a los 90 cm ! Ya no hay lugar para que siga creciendo mas alto, ya que no puedo subir mas la luz. Excepto ese asunto, todo va de 10 puntos! Ya estoy saboreando mis primeras cookies. Paz!

ok so the critical mass x 3 and white widdow x big bud x2 have really exploaded in the last week i can see such a big differnce in just a week of growth. so i decided to do the plants first toppings from 4th node with great results applied this technique along with some light lst training cant wait to see hows these plants progress through the veg cycle im lil worried i may end up having space issues whixh is why im thinking of moving the barnys farm lsd clones outside soon

A couple days before chopping. Spotted budrot at 2 spots in the New 2. So almost time to cut before it get worse. The rest is doing fine, New 1 and Strawberry are gonna be the first ones to get chopped together,branches are under load and some are bending down

*** RESULTS ARE IN *** Final results are in! Updated with pics of dry-trim and weigh-in :) Total yield was 228g of bud + 45g trim to be used for tincture. Total weight 273g / 9.75oz This was way beyond what I was expecting! Was hoping to get around 6oz from this grow, so the final result has absolutely blown my mind. But more importantly, it's a !!REALLY!! good smoke :) I've taken half oz off the top and put the rest into mason jars for curing, but even without a cure, the taste is good - sweet and creamy. The smell has come on LOTS through the drying process. When I chopped, the smell was fragrant, but not too strong. Now, you can smell it across the house and no mistake. It packs a punch too, very potent high - Can't wait to share with a few friends :) ********** Well, this has been an awesome experience for my first grow. Thankfully, these girls were super strong - they took a LOT of abuse in terms of high temps (up to 38C some days) and survived me being an idiot in the early days and not really knowing what I was doing. But here we are! Almost didn't want to chop them down..... but I got over that pretty quick. Total wet weight from both was 1339g (47.8 oz), of which about 150g is popcorn / larf. Super impressed with the yield :) My aim is to be self sufficient, in terms of yield being able to last long enough for another grow cycle to complete. With a rough estimate of 3 months per cycle, and based on my current usage of approx half oz a week, I would need this to result in about 6oz when dried, and I think this could be achievable. I will update the dry weight in due course. Can't speak to the quality yet. As tempting as it is to quick dry a test nug for a cheeky toke, I'll wait for it to dry properly, so I can really appreciate it. I've waited this long to harvest, another couple of weeks won't kill me. Also, I still have some of my current stash (hopefully the last weed I'll ever have to buy!). It's really difficult to be patient though, because DAMN it looks good. I'll give the buds a good manicure and dry trim when they're ready. It smells really good too! The smell is not overly powerful, it doesn't slap you in the face like some weed does, but it's delicious! Fresh, bursting oranges, with just an undertone of that unmistakable weed smell......It's like The Man from Del Monte is stood behind you in a queue, and he has an eighth of dank in his pocket that he doesn't think anyone else can smell. If I had to say I've learned anything along this journey, it's that it's better to be prepared. Research things that COULD happen and have necessary stuff on hand when you need it. Don't wait until that deficiency shows before ordering what you need and finding out it'll take 2 weeks to ship (fuck you, covid-19). And there we have it.... will report back once dried for the final weigh-in and smoke report. Stay safe, stay high :)

Well hello there 👋 thanks for stopping by and joining this journey of my White Widow grow! 💯 So to begin the week I was thinking....should I screw with this lovely girl or shouldn't I....?!?!?! Weeelllllllllll..... I just could not resist and dove right in lmao!!! Now in the new pictures for the week I really hope I've done my research and try and look for documentation about "LEAF LINING" and I am pretty sure there has been no terminology about it so I'm sure there will be critics and I look forward to your knowledge towards this training method for similarities....💯 MOVING ON 🤦‍♂️ Alright here we go.... so the beginning of the week I measured her at 8inchs. She grew a good 2.5 inches in 5 days so I had to top this girl because of height issues in the tent. I ultimately feel this was the absolute best thing for my height and the plant! 💯 and I 100% do not want to kick her early!!!! Now she's grown an 1inch since topping her 2 days ago and the prizes inside are flourishing and are growing like wild fire 🔥 🔥🔥 What until you see them 🤯 So what I have done to the inside this week is what I like to call "LEAF LINING" I basically pin the shoots created by the fan leaves to the actual fan leaf itself!!!! I know right 🤯 This has proven to be very effective which you can see the length of the shoots themselves. (some are 3.5inchs long) The stock of the fan leaves provide a straight path for growth outward! Its truly fascinating! (PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF THIS HAS TERMINOLOGY OR NOT) Ok so I have introduced a new idea to the grow! Adding a Ring of 4 rows of wire that are attached in a circle to the top of the self-wick pot. I have fastened it using Zip ties as I did for the "LEAF LINING" 👈🤪 This was introduced for when those shoots grow out with the fan leaves as the fan leaf can no longer be of support at some point. Cant wait for that to happen. This is going be a wild ride growmies and growmettes!!!!
