Week 4 the girls are really growing and stretching i gave them a defolation and light misting started Lst to all my plants. These plants are showing a lot of new bud sites

doing great just having issues with humidity. Been slacking on maintaing them and some main colas ended up getting covered by fan leaves.

I fill a reservoir with 25 liters rainwater Then i add 10ml ph up Then i add 25ml calmag Then i add 30grams drypart bloom This way the ph is perfect and the plants have all they need. This scedule also works for soil, just add 15ml ph up instead of 10. *if my kids ever need help with growing and im gone: The scedule above is what i use from start to finish on all my plants, autoflowers and photoperiods (ofcourse half strength first 2 weeks)

26-09-2021: 3rd week of veg-stage. Great. Will the be the last week or am I going to let them grow another week. I am switching to 12/12 as soon as the containers are not visible anymore. Then I also put the light on 100% power (75 right now). I sprayed the leaves with Hy-Pro Spraymix. Also topped the Runtz Muffin to slow her down a bit. Ladies almost touching the SCROG-net so probably next week starting to SCROG. I like that period on soil. Had no succes on hydro jet so I am curious how this will go. 27-09-2021: Ok.. The growth is good now, it's nice to see how they get a boost as soon as the roots hit the water. 5 cm in 1 night is really no exception. In the meantime, the first Gelato has just tapped it, so topped it right away. Now in doubt... The EC is at 1.1 and as you can see in the diagram below, the EC decreases slightly over a period of 3 days and the PH increases slightly. In fact, this indicates that the EC set is now almost perfect. (In a perfect situation the values ​​remain the same and only the water level drops). So I can go up slightly with the EC and the system is set up in such a way that as soon as the clock turns the EC goes to 1.4. However, I still assume that I am 3 weeks of pre-growth (that is now 11 days) and that means that the EC is still on the low side for 11 days. She is really starting to take shape now growth rate has slowed down but not stopped. Bud sites forming nicely. Having had a problem consistently for the last couple weeks every time I check on her more aphids! Few days ago I noticed a small spider had made home under a fan leave and had 2 aphids trapped and another previous meals shell used as camo I presume to capture another meal. Now with 3 odd weeks left, maybe more as I've read outdoor autos can take up to 2 weeks longer than indoors.(not sure if true yet) I impulsively brought some nutes for the flowering stage. Bio Bizz Bio Bloom 1ml/1l Fed once at lowest feed as don't want to jump the gun and nute burn her. Will feed her next watering in next 2-3 days.

On day 1 I changed out my reservoir. I lowered my nutes to 650 ppm(25% reduction). I adjusted the PH down to 6.1. My left plant has some burnt tips from either PH shift or over fertilization. My hope is that the lower ppm will help to resolve the issue before it spreads. On day 2 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 6.3 to 5.9. On day 3 the reservoirs PH is 6.0. I installed my new 200 watt HLG Rspec. I adjusted PPFD readings to 700-1300 PPFD on all tops. On day 4 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 5.8 to 6.2. On day 5 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 6.4 to 6.0. I diluted my nutrients in my reservoir by removing one gallon of nutrients from the rez and and adding 2 gallons of straight tap water to the rez. This brought the nute concentration from 770 ppm to 540 ppm as the plants will be entering the ripening stage in a few days and they have too much nitrogen judging by the extremely dark green leaves and burnt leaf tips on some branches of the left side plant. The buds seem slightly smaller then my last run which may be due to an excess of nitrogen and maybe not enough light as some of my tops are taller then the others making proper PPFD challenging. All in all the girls are coming along nice and I look forward to the final weeks of flowering 😀 On day 6 I adjusted the reservoirs PH from 5.9 to 6.2. I think I have halted the nute burn as I haven't seen it progressing any more on the leaves. I will continue to monitor closely during these final weeks. The trichome production is increasing with some trichs on top of colas starting to go cloudy. The pistils are turning brown with roughly 40-50% are turning brown all signs I'm getting closer to the harvest window 😆. I dimmed my light to give 600-1000 PPFD to tops. On day 7 I reduced my temps to 75 during the day and 68 at night. I adjusted the PH of the reservoir from 6.6 to 6.1. My reservoirs ppm was too high so I diluted the rez with 2 gal of tap water. This brought it down to 480ppm. The average ppfd to all 14 tops is 604 with no top receiving more than 1000 ppfd

7/22/2023 - Day 18 Veg: she is definitely small for her age. She looks healthy, so I'm assuming it must be a watering issue. My environment has been dialed in with an averge VPD og .85, so the plants should be growing well. The cover crop is doing great. I've only been watering every 3 or 4 days, so I'm going to try watering more often, but with less water. Not too worried about it as long as she stays healthy. I had the light pretty high, so I dropped it today, bringing the PPFD up to just over 500. I was at about 300, so that should get her going. The shore fly issue seems to be getting better, but it comes in waves, so I'm not sure if I've been totally successful yet. 7/23/2023: foiler fed today with Pure Protein Dry, BuildASoil Big 6 Micro Nutrients, calmag, silica, and ThermX-70. Also did a light watering with the same mix. 7/24/2023: it looks like she like the foiler feeding yesterday. 7/25/2023: today is veg day 21, so officially the three week point. Watered today, mixed with silica, calmag, Rootwise Bio-Catalyst, and Yah-Whey Thrive. 7/26/2023: Time to chop and drop the earth box today.

Both green Gelato plants are down now. Will post totals soon. Haven't got many pics of one of them, all went very quick lol. Gorilla is a strange one. Still no signs of amber, but it's very Sativa looking. Might chop soon regardless.

Loving the way this strain is bushy but yet so compact. I plan on vegging her for atleast another month or so before I throw her into flower. I definitely recommend this strain especially if your looking for explosive vegetative growth.

Such Bittersweet Joy Added this week as ‘Flowering’ although technically should be harvested as I but I haven’t had a chance to weigh or anything. I will do that next week once trimmed etc. So finally cut them down on D89, it was a beautiful day outside and it just felt right. Although when it came to the deed itself I felt sadder than I thought I would for my girls and the time we had together. All 6 (I’m growing another 3 different strains but not included on this diary) are now hanging to dry in the tent. Temp -18 C; Humidity-60% seems to be holding steady with no tinkering thankfully. After the 3 days they have all dried noticeably, perhaps 4/5 more before trimming / curing. I’ve had quite a close look at most of the harvest and as far as this noob can tell, there doesn’t seem to be any issues with mould / bud rot. Fingers remain crossed. I did have one very profound moment this week... It happened as I was surveying the harvest hanging up for the first time. I could feel my mindset change suddenly from the constant paranoia over their health and overcoming my impatience to “I actually have a crap load of weed”. It was beautiful beautiful moment... shortest plant is 50cm tallest being 95cm. They are all doing wonderfully, most of autos are budding nicely and all of the photoperiods are ready to flower. looking very promising. i am changing my light schedule to 14-10 to kick these girls into flower.. this will give the plants an extra 17% (or so) a day under the lights.rather than 12-12. i cant be fussy as i only have one grow space but if my research is correct these should grow beautifully! the autos are well ahead so shouldnt affect my harvest weight too much. like i say i cant be fussy! thanks for looking
