Hey now, hope everyone is having a safe weekend. I currently have the Spectrum X running at 100% power and have upped the time on the UV/IR bars to 90 minutes just prior to lights off. I am super happy with this light so far, she puts out impressive PAR, and runs fairly cool. The only thing I would change is to have individual timers for the different spectrums. I did hear from another grower that Medic Grow does sell a controller that has this feature for $300. Not much to do this week other than keep the reservoir full and in the correct PH range. The tomatoes outside are absolutely loving the runoff from these autos, as that is all they have had to drink since they were about 3 weeks old. 2/2 Week 4 flowering. Just changed her over to bloom nutes. I love that this is a different pheno than the chocolope in my other grow. And they look totally different. They both smell like cantaloupes though! What I am loving about coco; I can give the plants exactly what they need. I've so long loved living soil, but it's always hit or miss. Ok... I went by the directions on the label. But I had to up each one by one to get the EC about where I wanted it. I am doing this to preserve the NER. No imbalances. She's been on it for almost 3 days and looking good so far. I was having issues with the EC spiking so I increased flo after a flush. I brought her down to 1.9 and the EC now is 2.3.. input is 1.8. so.. still having some issues but it's early. I'm going to give her a few days and see if she bounces back. If not I'll try something else. Shit, worse case scenario, I'll flush her once per week. I'm thinking it's all to do with previous channelling. I think I'm already seeing a difference in flower size. This plant is stacked really tight. Each little bud has 2 tiny leaves and they must be a thousand of them. Lol. It makes me worry some for bud rot. I run a tight ship but you can't always be perfect. It's something to be hyper aware of. I'll be pulling her out daily from here on in! 2/7 3 days since last reset and the EC went up to 6.3. it's got to be due to the size of the cup. I will just do a manual reset every 3 days down to 1.9 if I have to. But being that I am not experienced with coco. I'm guessing. I'm already pushing extra through it to wash away excess but it ain't working. Hopefully flushing so often will not harm her. I turned her around to get some sun on the other side. I'll leave her for a week then return. More to come...

Just another week of vegging and feeding, waiting to make sure the last remaining plant I have is female. I think the male parts would have shown already if it was male, but you never really know until flip time. I’m planning on up-planting the remaining plant I have to a 7 gallon fabric pot and flipping it to 12-12 because I don’t have tent space for a massive beast of a photoperiod. Excited to see if this one is female (which I really think it is fingers crossed!).

Week 7 is going smoothly so far. The flooding issue has subsided and the clones seem to be really taking off now. I'm excited to get back from vacation and really see my girls and my reservoir conditions after a 2 week hiatus.

Week 5 of flower completed This week the plants fully entered the bulking phase, with light intensity progressively increased until the canopy exceeded 1000 PPFD in the main zones, while maintaining a strong overall plant response and no major signs of light stress. Several irrigation adjustments were made to match the increased water consumption and nutrient demand. EC was gradually raised to around ~1300 µS, slowly reducing Bio-Grow while increasing Bio-Bloom, Top-Max, and finally introducing Bud Candy and PK 13/14. Microbes were also added to support root activity during this high metabolic phase. The plants started drying the pots much faster, a clear sign of increased transpiration and photosynthetic activity under the stronger lighting conditions. Irrigation strategy was adjusted toward more frequent and more even feedings to keep the root zone stable and avoid excessive fluctuations. One of the highlights of this week was resin production. Even before pushing PK harder or running higher Bud Candy doses, the flowers were already showing a heavy layer of trichomes on calyxes and sugar leaves, especially on the upper canopy. Aroma intensity also increased noticeably. Although the canopy was not completely full and some empty spaces remained, the more open structure improved light penetration and individual flower development, prioritizing flower quality, structure, and uniformity over an overly aggressive yield-focused approach. At this point the crop looks stable, responding well to the increase in nutrients and PPFD, now entering the key weeks for flower density and final maturation.

Some leaves are alredy yellowing indicating harvest time is nearing. I also shock stress the plant by reducing nutes to avoid harshness from my smoke. Just banana compost tea+plain water. Since this grow is in a supersoil, dropping the BigBud nute off in last 3 weeks to allow the microbes do its work. In 2weeks once trichomes are ready, i will chop one of the plant. Them colors on the strawberry is magical. Cant wait to dry them and cure to see the effects.

1/28/25 She has a very strong berry smell to her. Very different from her sisters 1/31/25 kinda late but i lollipopped a bunch of lower branches 2/3/25 downloaded the photone app and noticed the levels of par are very displaced and was able to raise the lights to get a better reading.

The strain handled all my mistakes as a new grower great and is one of the reasons why I chose these strains. Just to name, bad Ph, over watering, over feeding was giving full dose instead of half, not watering to run off, not checking ppms and flushing right before harvest instead of weeks prior. I was not expecting the trichomes to look like diamonds as the video doesn’t do any justice. They really sparkle.

This lady has been Transplanted on day 39 since she was planted and she will be grown with the complete biotabs organic line, I have applied for this 50L pot: 25g of startrex for every 5L of soil so I've used 250g of startrex in total, then I've dropped a spoon of mycotrex in the planting hole and when I finished I finally added 5 slow release tabs for this 50L pot, and then I watered right after the transplant with 1g of bactrex per liter of water and 1ml/L of orgatrex, this is gonna be a fun season, stay tuned everybody!!

Week 4 is now Here and running into some issue with bug spray really did a number on my girls. The XL Haze plant bounced back quick, Thank God for good gene. This week I will also raise the light a bit to get the girls to stretch a bit more. This week will also be the first day the girls get a some actual nuts
