Week 6 Veg Report – Runtz We Meet Again! Another week, another step forward in our Eternity Grow Cup 2025 journey, and oh boy, do we have a lot to unpack! These Runtz girls are showing their potential, and we’re dialing in every little detail to ensure they thrive. Let’s dive deep into everything that happened this week! Cal-Mag Deficiency Adjustment – Pheno #5’s Special Needs This week started with a close inspection of our phenos, and we noticed that Pheno #5 was showing early signs of a calcium/magnesium deficiency. Whether it was slightly off VPD levels or this particular plant being more demanding, we decided to correct it by increasing the dose of RO Water Conditioner. Now, while this isn’t a direct substitute for Cal-Mag, it does contain trace amounts that can help stabilize the situation. 🔬 Understanding Cal-Mag Deficiency: Calcium and magnesium are essential secondary nutrients. Calcium strengthens cell walls, preventing issues like tip burn and weak stems, while magnesium plays a critical role in chlorophyll production, allowing plants to efficiently absorb light energy. 💡 Signs of Deficiency: • Yellowing between veins (Magnesium) • Rust spots on leaves (Calcium) • Slow growth and weak stems ⚡ How We Address It: • Slightly increasing RO Water Conditioner to see if trace minerals help • Keeping an eye on overall nutrient uptake to ensure no lockout • Monitoring VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) closely to optimize nutrient absorption Let’s see how she reacts next week! Branching Development – Pheno #2 Leading the Race All five phenos are thriving, but Pheno #2 is showing the most aggressive branching, pushing outward faster than her sisters. However, overall, we’re seeing very uniform growth, which speaks volumes about the stability of these genetics. 🌱 What is Branching & Why It Matters? Branching is the plant’s way of expanding its canopy, increasing surface area for photosynthesis, and maximizing potential bud sites. Well-structured branches allow better airflow, light penetration, and more even growth—key for a successful high-yield harvest. ⚖️ Topping vs. Leaf Bending – The Training Choice Instead of topping, I’ve decided to go with leaf bending for now. This method allows for gentle manipulation of the plant’s growth without causing major stress. Once we introduce the SCROG (Screen of Green) net, this training will help maximize the canopy spread. Moving to the TrolMaster Ecosystem – A Game Changer Big move this week—our Runtz girls officially transitioned into the TrolMaster Ecosystem, and let me tell you, they are absolutely loving it! Veg week two. Everything seems to be ok at this point.

Rolling along and she is blowing up. Starting to see some pistils at a few of the nodes, so Im waiting for the stretch to begin. Once I can single out the dominant tops, I'll strip some of the lower bud sites to focus her resources on making big flowers, reducing the larfy sites and also improving airflow through the plant...every little bit helps. She still has a couple really crinkly leaves that are slower growing, which has me a little baffled, but either way, I'll continue to push her to the limits with this MegaCrop medley and I'll hit the bloom switch on the light so she can go all in for the next 50 days or so. Tell me who does more with a one gallon DWC in a 16"x16" tent... Top level savagery with these Groloponics!

Her sister is catching up... Start lst tomorow I feel these may preflower very early on I see stress in the environment atm... I will resolve this over the next week with new equipment

So she got the chop 2 weeks prior to what I wanted, but I did not lollipop enough doing this Scrog and suffered high humidity, lack of airflow and as a result lost 4 tops... Out of 16 big ones. But I have harvest, wet trimmed and left to hang dry in a room on clothes drier. Room circulation fan on low, and temp is 22c with 51% humidity. Aiming for a 10day dry it maybe sooner. Added some potassium sulfate and they seemed to bounce back but now they want calcium and I’m pretty sure the potassium I put in is antagonistic to calcium. I might harvest early to prevent any trichome degradation due to photosynthesis being halted, trichomes are looking milky too.

Trained hard AF this week. Couldnt have done it without the help of my man apollo creed and rocky's face. The real credit belongs to the montage though. Without it we would still be watching rocky II wondering who was gonna win.

Hemos terminado hoy de transplantar a la que va a ser su maceta definitiva y hoy se ha encendido por primera vez el armario aunque ayer ya teníamos transplantadas unas cuántas debido a la bombilla que utilizábamos (Se fundió :( ), de todas formas ha sido cambiada a una AUVL así que muy contento y con ganas de empezar a ver resultados.

Hi guys So into week 4 now for these 10 autos under the marshydro tsl2000. Some are bigger than others but all looking healthy. I ran out of pegs for my lst so I put up a scrog net. I wont keep it on full time only u till the plants have developed and stretched enough for me to remove it. By the end of the week they should be nice and stretched and ill just keep tucking them lol

Another good week removed leaves covering bud sites the stretch is over!
