D49 - Today is the first day in the seventh week of veg for #2 and the sixth for #1. It has been a week since I topped the first girl, so I went ahead and topped her for the third and final time. #2 is thriving, and I'm using LST to spread her out while keeping her flat. With the toppings now done, I can install the scrog net soon-ish. As for the thrips, I haven't noticed any additional damage, and hopefully, the mites are doing their thing. I realized, though, that I had one extra package of mites. Instead of waiting for slow release, I went full Rambo by cutting up the package and sprinkling the mites/sawdust all over the girls and soil. I also redirected the airflow to not blow directly on the plants. I'll leave the sawdust there until tomorrow and then brush it off. The slow-release bags are still on the plants, so there isn't much to lose with additional shock-and-awe tactics. DIE THRIPS!!! Finally, I started a compost tea heavy with neem meal, which should help create an inhospitable environment for the thrips. Worst case, I have neem oil, but I don't want to go down that route unless I have to. D53 - I did some additional LST to both girls and removed a few leaves and branches on the underside of #2. I also cut back the cover crop and gave each girl 2.5-liters of water @ pH 6.3. D55 - I gave both girls around 2.5-liters of compost tea @ pH 6.5. The first girl has bounced back strong after her final topping, and in a few days, it will be time to flip, but I need to do one last defoliation before that. Sorry about the porn-light pics. I was a bit late, and my lights had already gone into sunset mode.

Leaves starting to brown. First thought was over fertilizing but guessing calcium. Did add powdered oyster shells to dirt mix but needing alot more.

Not much to say this week , she’s doing really well, last week I noticed which seemed to be nute burn she didn’t like the 1/2 dose of bites so I’ll go back to 1/4 dose on next feed but last feed I just gave her plain water which was on the 8th, She’s due a feed tomorrow going by the soil and the days since last water , I have also done some defoliation today , removed some of the larger fan leaves which was blocking the lower foliage, I only removed four leaves don’t want to stress her to much , Will up date next Sunday !

12/15: Some plants are taking too long to transition and stretching beyond my space constraints, so I dialed the photoperiod back to 12/12. 12/16: Fed today and rotated edge plants. Added another 150w of 3000k below the canopy. Sucrose Overdose and Muscadine Wines are still stretching...raised lights again. 12/17: Worked on ventilation...no A/C necessary now, as I'm using another AC Infinity 6" fan to intake outdoor air into the closet whenever temps reach 75f..and it's been cold as hell outside.👍 The final trick will be to replace the 6" exhaust fan with an 8" so as to be able to fully exchange the closet air faster ...but that's gonna have to wait til next season. 12/18: Supercropped a Muscie... again... now she's doing the "letter 'S' thang. I'll force the curves tighter over the new few days if she keeps stretching.

Day 69 (March 6th) Just gave everyone their last watering. I’m going to harvest and wash everything tomorrow night on day 70. I‘m not going to do that whole 48 hours of darkness thing because I didn’t see a difference last time I did it. In fact, it made my plant under watered before drying which caused it to dry too fast. Slurricane and cheese will be washed with h2o2 and the rest will just be rinsed off in warm RO water and hung up. Before and after washing I’m going to go over each branch with a flashlight and make sure there is no dog hair or debris in or on the buds. I will be drying in my spare bathroom (that no one uses!) from hangers. Aiming to keep it around 60-62F and 50-60 RH. Hoping for that 10-12 day dry. I wanted to do a full plant hang but the tent got pretty dirty and I would feel more comfortable just cutting and rinsing everything off branch by branch. I’m going to try my best to keep the full plant intact. Got my humidifier hooked up and running RO water because with tap water it deposits calcium and lime all over the buds and walls. For air flow I’m just indirectly running a small usb fan. I’m not worried about air flow in the bathroom honestly. It stays nice and breezy down there anyway. Got the food grade peroxide and RO water to wash up the slurricane and cheese. Everything except for the cheese and garlic#1 is looking more than done. Trichomes all look pretty well done. Some of them have even burst open. Smells are all super ripe and mature too. Can’t wait to smell each individually in jars. Next week I will recap what went wrong and what I will do differently next time to keep it from happening again. (Day 70F) Just got everything chopped, washed and hanging. The vast majority of the PM was washed out but I can still see very small amounts. When they dry out I can shake the branches a bit to get the rest off. At very least it’s sterile now. There is no question I lost some potency while washing but the amount is negligible for a much cleaner product. I could see lots of dirt and other debris float to the surface of the water after being washed. And no those are not trichomes, those sink to the bottom. I could put that nasty water through a bubble bag and wouldn’t get all that much. Although it probably does remove a lot of the actual trichomes heads. I’ll have to check with the microscope. Everything is rigged up for a nice slow dry. Temp is sitting at 64 and RH is at a nice 60%.

11/17 Week 8 Man I will be glad when this grow is over, if making mistakes promotes learning well... Im a fricking PHD ... Ok progress on Maggie the yellow is limited to the very top as buds are building in particular those a couple inches from the top. Thinking another root drench is in order, cant hurt and letting her dry a bit as a prep. Looks like tomorrow Layla doing ok she exhibits far fewer problems but the same issue are present she is just a hell of plant along with the Runtz which she shares the tent. Thinking about the feeding tomorrow will decide what to do then. They have plenty of time to finish up, had some issues on germination on the grow following so looks like it may be delayed a week from the scheduled 2 weeks. Maggie may need it. 11/19 Have stumbled onto to something it seems. The further I move the lights out, they are now at twice the "ideal" placement of 14" at 28" and the yellowing is disappearing to a great extent. Problem with this of course is not enough light at bud sites not on the canopy which lets face it is most of your bud. It is absolutely something that makes the plants insanely susceptible to light burn. New one for me but maybe some of yall know so making a question of it. Pics at lights out only and I missed today so new pics later if I get back in time. Update : Defoliated and tightened training on all three to spread things out from the center and open up the light and air paths. Raising the lights is working just wish I knew why as lights are higher than crap with little room for more than a few more inches. Would drop the watts to 450 but need the heat to keep the grow room level as our temps here swing 40 degrees all the time. Something I learned with the help of a carbon filter. If things normalize will begin dropping lights to see what happens. 11/20 Setting the lights at 24" as I am not risking yield any further than that on Layla and the Runtz, Have the canopy as level as it can be with Brandy getting the least light being on a coco coir block (heh) for height, which she is responding well to since I opened up the plant and no longer worried over mold issues in that main bud. Have Layla on a milk crate to bring her into decent light as well as the Runtz. She is just a lovely thing building those white crystalline buds. Maggie has turned into a beast at least I know her root ball is huge from the growth above. Seriously defoliated her removing several small lower branches and leaves blocking light and air paths. Next feed will be continuing what seems to be working, Epsom salt and bloom nuets (no calmag with epsom salt) with a foliar feed after lights out which may well be with calmag. Foliar feeding today at lights out, one quart sprayer with 1ml CaliMagic and 0.5ml wetting agent un-PH warmed to 75 F before spraying (our tap water comes out at @50F so...), just trying to hit hard and effective * New Pics after foliar Update Folks its taken 8 weeks and a final piece of the puzzle provided by Grey_wolf resulted in a near full strength cal-mag foliar feeding and the last def bites the dust. See what happens from here but its the first time I have felt good about this grow since the bad time germing at week one. *big sigh of relief* Have a whole list of things I will never do again in soil more about that at harvest. Right now I need to work on why calcium is blocked at the roots but thats another day right now I just wanna look at em. 😁 11/22 Another foliar feed same as before just diluted 30% and all three got it today JIC Cannot find a pale leaf or top and hairs are standing up on the top buds for once and buds building nice on the lower ares the defs were cleared up first. Going to stop the foliars for a few days see what happens but will resume at first sign of need. Maggie has potential even after all this and we going to help her be all she can :D 11/22 Feeding day - Bio-Bloom 7ml - calmag 4ml - Recharge .5tsp / gal at 6.5PH to all three. No foliar today 11/23 The thickness of the hair growth on Layla is amazing! Will try and get pics at lights out of it if my crappy camera will catch it. Never seen anything like it, once again THIS this is what we intended by growing Stardawg :) Update: Pics and vid hope it comes through well enough as for the green in that tent and the dense hairs on Layla

Right then 7 weeks of flower complete. I'll dive right in to the juicy bits as this week has been predominantly about deciding weather to chop or keep one of my girls going. In the end I chose to do both! As the photos and videos show the plant wasn't recovering so I checked the trichomes and it was actually pretty ripe. A few Amber's on the upper buds. Lowers still undeveloped so I decided to take the biggest and leave the smallest for another week or while ever the plant is healthy. I estimate I've taken around 7oz once dry. Depending how they swell up I'm hoping for a further 5oz of solid bag worthy nugs. Looking nice and frosty, smell is that typical sweet haze with some sour diesel/fruit kick in there. You can see how the photos progress my hands getting covered in resin. Got to give my other 3 some love as they are getting healthier and fatter. I'm thinking another week on one of them and 2 on the others. I'll more than likely stagger the harvest like tonight if it proves worth while. I will update mid week.

Grape Ape Cake ! Lineage; Hotcakes (Katsu Bubba Kush X Burnt Toast (from Raw Genetics) X Grape Ape An Exciting New Collab from Katsu Bluebird ! Welcome back, & or Thanks for Joining me ! Week 15, & the End of 9 weeks of flowering (65 Days of 12/12) Well Here we are, the last flower entry.. only one more entry the HARVEST of these Gorgeously Dank Flowers from Katsu. We are Seven Days into the flush & thus far everyone is holding steady ! Only 3-7 more day's for the group ! As your can see plants One & Five are the quickest of the Pheno's, they received their last watering today & once they dry back 50% of todays water they'll be into 24-48 hours darkness before the chop. As for Plants Two & Four are they Longest running of the Pheno's they will likely receive another watering, & run another 7 days. Plant Three is the one i'm watching closest ! this plant is SHOWSTOPPING... Grape Candies Dipped in Gasoline floods the floor, the moment I open the tent.. This particular pheno may go 7 more days maybe not.. Its very close to the finish line either way... I'm Drooling. The most exciting part about starting to pull plants is the ability for my to take some better isolated Bud Shot photo's ! :)I wish I had the funds to keep upgrading my photography gear but its an expensive hobby...maybe ONE DAY lol!💪 The Boys Club saw a little bit of action this week as well.. a long over due hand job for the jizz monster. I am very excited to cross this guy back with a cut of Pheno 3.. & maybe something else but I need to find it first.. any thoughts ? Grapes &...? This process used to be SO damn time consuming.. until the Trim Bin.. The recommendation is to use 1/10 ratio of baking flower as a natural absorbent to keep the moisture away from your pollen.. as you can see I dumped a bunch out after the first photo lol I cant wait to Share coming weeks as the Wonderful Harvest is almost here ! Thanks for Reading 🙌 If you have a question or a comment leave it down below otherwise, I Hope You Check in Next Week, Stay Safe out there & Happy Gardening Cariboo

Lst went well. She is the smallest girl out of the bunch but excited to she how she holds up. Gave her a top feeding of ecothrive charge for the intense training in the next few weeks. She bounced back from lst the next day and I topped her for the first time on the 5th node. It was a bit daunting as this is my first time topping. Looking forward to the next few weeks with all the girls. Seeing them grow into thick lush women. I am considering scrogging all these girls. It will be my first time doing this so any advice would be really appreciated. Also I will be super cropping them as I have never done that either. You can’t really do many things with autos, apart from watch them and lst. Photos are way more forgiving and I think I will be doing this type of growing from now on. On another note, I will be taking cuttings a week before flipping to 12/12. If anyone has good advice in that department, then I would be very grateful if you can give me any advice. Happy growing xxx

Adjustments will be based on plant observations. Performed one long misting session (3 minutes). Environmental Conditions: Outside temperatures going down, today is raining but this week is lower in temperatures Smallest Wedding Cheesecake: Great bud development, already buds are hard and juicy. Exceptional odors Tropicana Cookies: Phenomenal strain; One girl is going to finish before 8 weeks Purple Lemonade: Tall plants, think ist finish flowering the last Lighting Parameters: PAR Map: Maximum PPFD is 850, minimum PPFD is 600. VPD: Ranges from -1.2 to -1.3. Daytime Temperature (DT): 24-25°C. Nighttime Temperature (NT): 20-21°C. Leaf Temperature: 22-23°C. Light Distance: 45-55 cm from the plants. CO2 Levels: 700+ ppm. HLG Scorpion Diablo: Set at 60%, positioned at a 45-55 cm distance. Daytime: ON for 70 seconds, followed by 25 minutes OFF. Nighttime: OFF for 70 seconds, followed by 35 minutes OFF. Nutrient Tank (NT): pH: Maintained between 5.90 and 6.10. EC: 1.20. Temperature: 20-21°C 18.04.2024 Mixed a 15-liter solution with 20+30ml AN Connoisseur AB . The liquid temperature is 18.8°C. Replaced all filters in the system and cleaned them The outside temperature getting lower this days. Its help a lot to maintain temps in grow box I hope, as per the forecast, temperature will remain low during the upcoming week. The ladies are looking fantastic. Purple Lemonade is slowest on flowering but i think it will be rewarding to wait Tropicana Cookies are racing toward harvest; . Lighting Parameters: PAR Map: Maximum PPFD is 900, minimum PPFD is 650. VPD: Ranges from -1.2 to -1.3. Daytime Temperature (DT): 23-24°C. Nighttime Temperature (NT): 20°C. Leaf Temperature: 22°C. Light Distance: 45-55 cm from the plants. CO2 Levels: 700+ ppm. Nighttime: OFF for 70 seconds, followed by 35 minutes OFF. Nutrient Tank (NT): pH: Maintained between 5.90 and 6.10. EC: 1.1. Temperature: 20-21°C 20.04.2024 Today, we had a storm accompanied by a power outage. Nothing serious, just a few hours. The temperature and humidity remained within appropriate values. Upon the return of power, the DH48-S relay timer, which controls irrigation, failed again. This has happened for the third time in the last 4 months. Unfortunately, I couldn’t react immediately, so the ladies were without water again for a few hours. I’ve ordered a TrolMaster program device and additional sensors AMP-3 for pH, EC and humidity, and temperature control. No more messing around! Water consumption is gradually decreasing, and electrical conductivity of the water is slowly rising. I’m starting to reduce the strength of the nutrient solution. Each subsequent tank refill will be at approximately 1.0EC. The outdoor temperature is still cooler; let’s hope it stays that way for another week or two! 🌱❄️ Mixed a 15-liter solution with 25+25ml AN Connoisseur AB . The liquid temperature is 18.8°C. Misting Schedule: Daytime: ON for 70 seconds, followed by 25 minutes OFF. Nighttime: OFF for 70 seconds, followed by 35 minutes OFF. Nutrient Tank (NT): pH: Maintained between 5.90 and 6.10. EC: 1.12 Temperature: 20-21°C 22.04.2024 Tropicana Cookies is the only one that got scars in the form of slightly burnt leaf tips. It’s not too severe; due to the lack of water, some mineral residue remained directly at the root. All in all, it could have been worse. I hope the timer won’t deceive me again until my TrolMaster program device arrives. One Tropicana Cookies and one Wedding Cheesecake will finish during the next week, so I’ll slowly start preparing them for harvest. Purple Lemonade and one Wedding Cheesecake will continue flowering into the ninth week, but they’ll be the largest ladies in this batch. All the ladies look and smell fantastic, and the buds are already firm to the touch, especially the Wedding Cheesecake. Starting tomorrow, I’ll gradually reduce the nutrient strength and light intensity. I’ll make an effort to keep the temperature around 23-24°C. Lighting Parameters: PAR Map: Maximum PPFD is 900, minimum PPFD is 650. VPD: Ranges from -1.2 - 1.25 Daytime Temperature (DT): 23-24°C. Nighttime Temperature (NT): 20°C. Leaf Temperature: 21°C.
