Panted the seeds straight in their main pots and put a plastic bag over them to increase the humidity. Removed the plastic bags after the plants were 2 days out of the soil. Temp is around 20c and humidity around 50%. No added nutrients yet. Only using some ph minus to bring the pH levels down to arounbd 6,5. After each watering I am slowly increasing the light intensity. Started on 25% then to 50% of the capacity of the lamp. Noticed in the second week that I had set my timer wrong and the plants were on a 14-8 cycle instead of a intended 18-6.

Even though I made some big (rookie) mistakes, she's really forgiving and with the right care I'm sure she can grow out to be a proper monster. No bugs, mold, mildew or anything that was a reason for panic. I started flushing too soon and completely stopped her growth, a wise lesson. Because she was harvested a little too soon there is more of a head high instead of a body stone and depending on my mood I like it that way. She's supposed to be a heavy hitter but because of the early harvest she's a good companion during the day and will actually allow you to have a normal, fun conversation. So in conclusion, i'm pretty happy with 127 grams of harvest for a first proper grow using a self made 200W LED growlight and DWC setup. More plants will be grown, thats for sure. Gold Sativa has been growing good. Been focused on root pruning the last week. Something I should of been doing from the beginning. I increased her nutrition slightly. Likely 2 weeks till I change light schedule. Depending on how fast the roots recover. I am in no hurry really. Not much to say this week, they are thickening day to day, not as much as I wish they would but still more then happy with how my first grow is going so far. I increased their nutrients as they started into week 6 of flower. Thanks for your help with the potassium deficiency over the last week, appreciate everyone helping me out ☺️

Good morning growmies! I am finally back online after moving house and being without internet for weeks. These ladies took a battering and bruising in transit, and were left in the dark for 4 days, starved of water and food for 9 days TWICE inside 3 weeks. Still, can you believe the progress despite all that? Wowza, when RQS say these Epsilon F1s are fast they are NOT JOKING, and OH MY the smell is soooooooooooooooooo good. It's really a complex sweet and fruity scent with delicate notes of spice and sandalwood. I am super curious now. All five plants are within a couple of inches of each other, the tallest being 72cm currently (Dinah!). I am so very impressed with these plants that I am considering running a full tent of Epsilon F1s for my next grow! I wonder if I can get a bulk discount?! 😬😁 Day 54: Fertigated 10l Day 56: They are not slowing down. Ally, Normani, Lauren, and Dinah are all similar size, Camila is a bit smaller but in terms of development they are all very very close to each other. I am really impressed by the uniformity here, more impressed by the speed, and most impressed by the scent. They are not strong smelling, but if you get close or have a squeeze it wafts over you like an exquisite perfume. It is the most complex cannabis scent I have experienced yet. Really really interesting, I am really excited for the eventual smoke review so that I can properly understand the complexity at play here. The breeder and sponsor of this grow Royal Queen Seeds have offered to sponsor a full tent of this strain, if that works out then I will be doing another grow series right after this one. Fingers crossed!

02/03/25 Short facts: - 58cm high - Light is @80% but in a distance of 24 to 35cm - 600 to 740 ppfd - VPD increased to 1.0 but I only do get it up to 0.9 - Defoliated again --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- She has grown significantly again, becoming taller and producing more leaves. I had to defoliate her once more, but she has already regrown some leaves, so I'll probably have to defoliate her again this week. I'm really impressed, she's doing so well!

Week 7 begins for Mandarin dreams. Both ladies are looking good and healthy, bud sites continue to bulk up and frost up. The shirt smell from MD1 has gone away, it's current smell is a bit earthy. Harvested on day 66, overall very happy with how these ladies turned out & will definitely be growing them again! Wish all 3 could have put off buds like 1 of them did but the other 2 had some small issues & I feel like that’s why the didn’t produce as well! Not been a bad week and we’ve had some great weather, this weather is also predicted for next week too. Earlier on in the week I noticed some trails on the plants leaves so I had to ask you lovely lot what was going on. I have leaf miners, I have sorted the problem on after you told me what it was and I have had no problems since. I have decided to use nutrients this week using plant magic root stimulant and cal-mag I have been using this every other day with just plane water when not using nutes. I have noticed by doing this that my plants have really come on loads. Topping my plants last week caused no issues and in my opinion they never even noticed I had done it 😂 So all in all a very good week, let’s hope for another easy week next week.

Week 4 was actually pretty smooth. she was showing nitrogen and potassium deficiencies because she was being terribly underfed and because i had weened her off the veg nutes WAY too soon. I found the dyna gro nutrient schedule and ive been following that. i will definitely be following the schedule much better next round as i wasnt actually aware they had a schedule out. Shes currently week 5 day 1 and shes already fat af and super trichomey.s he still got at least 2 weeks left. she might be ready by week 7 honestly tho who knows guess well see. Ive been giving her 1 gal each time of dechlorinated tap water just straight water. it has been phd to 6.6 ph. runoff tested at 6.3 ph. will probably flush one last time before continuing the bloom feed.

This is more of an equipment gathering project-first grow so I want to keep it simple and budget friendly, I ordered autos for my first grow but Oregon Elite Seeds sent a free gorilla Girl from Sweet Seeds. Super psyched for my first grow! Day1. Soaked seeds for 4 hours in bottled water, used paper towel method with 100% sprouts within 18 hours inside dark tent at 80 degrees (heater and air purifier) and 40% humidity. Hoping to plant directly into prepared soil (6.9 ph currently) in 24 hours. Day 2. Planted Critical OG Kush and Blackberry Autos 1/4 directly into 8 gallon cloth pots (these are the wrong pots-they are wax lined but the pandemic made getting the aeration pots unavailable-I may have to transfer later). Very lightly watered. i prepared my soil mix and had it acclamated to the grow room. I opened the air vents at each end of the grow room and set heat to 78, placed a bowl of water for humidity and started oscillating fan for airflow. Planted Gorilla Girl in a tupperware dish till i can get something more suitable. I really need another light but shipping just isn't working out. Day 4: 1 OG Critical was culled do to lack of progress. Gorilla Girl hs been repotted and looks fine. The Blackberry are much leggier than the others at this point. I'm watering just enough to get to the roots with bottled spring water. Day5 : the girls just woke up-posted pics. 1 light and 6 plants is not ideal. I'm not sure if I should put the strain that is naturally shorter under the light directly or focus on the tall ones getting enough light to not stretch. Comments appreciated. Day 6: Ligthts off after a 20 hour on cycle. I was concerned that my light insn't adequate spacially. I dropped it down to 15 inches above the seedling and got it tropical in the tent. I also used a 6500k 15 watt shop light for added light color and they enjoyed it, except for 1 had a bit of yellow. I will post photos when they wake up to see how they look after this light/heat/water boost for 20 hours. My Gorilla Girl is the only one that isn't above 2 inches. That one was planted deeper (1 inch instead of1/4th like the others. I did have some "seed helmets" so next time I will go a little over 1/4 inch deep. Qweeby's roots grew like a wad instead of down. I've had to readjust her placement twice because the roots act like they want to be on the surface. I'm excited to see them in 4 hours. I may cull one and start a different seed. The Blackberry Kush is stretchy which seems nice for a new grower like me. I am trying to limit the stretch so they match the Critical OG height but they are hearty toddlers. Day 7: Added a 3000w LED off ebay. I didn't account for the rise in heat but it only got up to 84. Raised it from 18" to 20" and got more air flowing through. One plant has a little yellowing from the inside of the main leaves (inside to out) but it's barely there so I'm going to check PH meter and easy watering since yesterday I did water more then I have thus far-so it could be a little root lock from too much water.
