Day 28 and all is going strong for the Mulberry. She has great shape and thick branches that reach the same height as the main trunk. Have removed the bare minimum in foliage but plan on more in the next two days and then it’s time to watch her stretch. She is in the first stages of pre flower with pistils at every node. She is pretty to look at, strong and commanding. The reason I trust Daz, and all the folks at Night Owl Seeds! Thank you, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year Day 30 Water day. Week 10: This will be the final update before Harvest: I will update post harvest after the dry and weigh. Day 64-66: Hmm these 4AM are a strange bunch lol. I seemed to have been wrong about 4AM#3 getting better in last week's update, after reviewing the pictures. After realizing this I decided to continue feeding the plants till the end albeit only Calmg and Boost(micro). I decided to give 4AM#3 a 125% dose of Calmg on Day 66. I was worried about root rot because even though she was a bigger plant she drank noticeably less water than the rest. I actually forgot to mention I have had a few fungus gnats during the grow starting at around day 35. I always let the plants completely dry out even until some leaves were really drooping from thirst, so I though I had them under control. I never noticed more than 1 or 2 at a time, which is also why I thought I had it out of control. Maybe they have something to do with 4AM#3's state, but I doubt it. Anyway, 4AM#1 and #2 are doing well. #1 has fully ripened with almost 95% cloudy trichomes, and some amber. #2 on the other hand could still use 7-10 days extra, but regretfully I cannot harvest then... #3 is at about the same stage as #2. Day 67-70: Sadly I noticed too late, but that extra strong dose of Calmg seemed to confirm my suspisions... 4AM#3 had a heavy calmg deficiency... It really is noticeably improving this time! Leaves are regaining some slight saturation! And she drank her water very quickly this time! So bummed about having to harvest this weekend... Day 73... Oh well next time I will be able to harvest more freely and at different times for each plant if needed. She still has a good bit of cloudy trichomes on her calyxes though, around 40-60%, and very very few ambers, but her sugar leaves are already full of them. As for 4AM#1, looking great! gona be the smallest buds but definately the most dank! 4#2's massive buds are still having trouble staying upright, but looking forward to those for sure! RED ALERT: Shiiiit... So as I was watering 4AM#3 on day 69, I noticed, what I'm pretty sure is, BUD ROT! Damn, I'll have a picture as part of this update. I had very bad experience with bud rot last fall(planted my autos too late in the summer, lost over half my plants and had to harvest early), but that was with 10C temps and 80%+ RH. I have FOUR fucking fans in this damn tent, and it's always over 20C! But I'll be honest, I knew if it was going to happen, it would be THAT part of the plant positioned closest to that oscillating fan I have on the peace of wood... The bud closest to it(in the corner) is in it's blind spot, doesn't get direct breeze on it. And that's the bud, and the ONLY bud that seems to have been affected. Strangely though, this bud rot feels different to the touch than the one I had last summer. Very dry, and like I said, very isolated to that ONE little part. I cut it out and have the rest of the bud drying as a tester in my room. And my entire room STINKS. I seemed to have been wrong about that last week also; The 4AM smells so much stronger than the White Cracks. See you after the Harvest!! ;) It's been awesome and a fun learning experience!

Blütewoche 9. Dies wird vielleicht die letzte Woche ihres Lebenszyklus. Viele Narben sind schon braun gefärbt. Die Trichome sind fast alle komplett milchig. Doch Bernsteinfarbene Trichome muss man leider noch suchen. Den Einen oder Anderen findet man dann doch ab und zu. Ich denke in 5 Tagen werde ich sehen, ob ich mit der Ernte beginnen kann. Tag 59: Die Schimmelgefahr ist mir etwas zu groß. 2Buds hat es schon erwischt. Die Dame wird jetzt geerntet. 😈

I feel like I didn’t put enough fertiliser in the soil of the Morello Cherries Auto. It’s starting to show early signs of autumn colours and nutrient deficiencies. However, it has a very distinctive sweet odour.

Ich musste mich etwas nach dem Wetter richten. Der Sommer hat sich etwas Zeit gelassen. Wir hatten hier noch einige kalte Nächte wo man die Damen dann zu viel hin und her räumen müsste. Dazu auch nicht so viel Sonne wie man sich wünscht. Das soll sich aber in der nächsten Zeit ändern. Um den werdenden Ladys bestmögliche Bedingungen im Outdoor-Bereich zu bieten muss man sich leider etwas nach dem Wetter richten. Daher werden die Seeds kommenden Mittwoch in ein Glas Wasser mit Seedbooster Plus von Plagron für 15/16 Stunden eingelegt bevor es zum keimen in die Anzuchttöpfe geht. Wenn alles nach Plan läuft, erblicken die Ladys spätestens Sonntag das Licht der Welt. Dann werden sie für die erste Woche kontrolliert im kleinen Anzuchtzelt angezogen. Spätestens den Sonntag darauf an Tag 7 kommen die jungen Damen in jeweils 11L Stofftöpfe. Die drei Ladys werden dann bis zu den ersten Blüteanzeichen in einem kleinen Gewächshaus Platz finden. 3 Seeds Auto Candy Bubatz XL von DutchPassion wurden in ein Glas mit Wasser und 2 Tropfen Seedbooster von Plagron für ca 15 Stunden eingelegt. Danach ging es für die Seeds in kleine Anzuchttöpfe. Mit einer kleinen Heizmatte unter den Anzuchttöpfen und den Kuppeln auf den Töpfen wird für das warm/feuchte Klima gesorgt, das die Seeds anfangs benötigen um zu keimen. Am Tag an dem die Ladys das Licht der Welt erblicken, kommen die Kuppeln ab und die Ladys spüren dann auch ihre ersten Luftzüge. Nach 3 Tagen in den Anzuchttöpfen hat eine Lady und nach 4 Tagen haben auch die beiden anderen Ladys das Licht der Welt erblickt. Das Substratgemisch besteht aus ca 75% BioBizz Lightmix und ca 25% Cocos mit Perliten. Auf das fertige Substratgemisch kommen dann noch ca 5% Megaworm von Plagron. Angegossen wurde mit 1g/L BioEnhancer und 1ml/L PowerRoots. Der ph-Wert wurde vor dem gießen auf 6.0 korrigiert. Jede Lady bekam für den Anfang ca 30ml in die Anzuchttöpfe. Möge der Grow beginnen.

Very good week so far will be going over to small pots soon then will move to 5 gallon

Pheno #1 is getting fatter and fatter by the day although she is starting to fade out a bit. It’s a shame I had to tie her down because I swear her main cola would have been a foot long 😂She is also sensitive to light and has received slight amounts of burn and bleaching. She is the largest of the three but she has the least amount of resin and terpenes which is a bit unfortunate... She smells earthy, no banana scent or fruit terps like pheno #2. I still have about another 4+ weeks to go so that could easily change but we will see. I will try to be optimistic! Pheno #2 is a frost monster. She is completely covered in resin and trichromes. Her smell is out of this world, definitely has that banana fruity type smell. I don’t think I have smelt another strain quite like this so I’m very excited to see how she continues develop. Pheno #3 is a bit funky. She is stretching and getting bushier but she is extremely slow to flower. She has tons of shoots and bud sites. Almost every popcorn type branch at the very bottom raced to the top of the canopy. I feel like she hasn’t changed in the past couple weeks but maybe that’s just me being impatient. She is developing some interesting deficiencies but only on a couple leaves here and there. She is also somewhat lackluster compared to the other two. In my opinion she is a little dull looking... It’s odd to see how all three pheno’s are expressing different traits regardless of being grown in identical substrates with identical feeding schedules. It’s hard to say if it’s the genetics, substrate or the nutrients but I have a strong feeling it has more to do with the medium not being properly balanced. I normally would never grow with such a light substrate but DP grew theirs in a similar medium so I thought for the first time around I’d try to grow similar to their style. Next round I’m definitely going to switch it up and use the NFG or a custom soil blend I’ve been developing for auto flowers. It should be nice to see how a commercial soil compares to a homemade organic soil tailored for auto flowers. I’ll most likely run that experiment within a month or so once I get my new grow space setup. This week I’m going to lay off the nutrients and feed with some compost teas and microbes instead. In the video you can see my smaller brewing bucket. This is a mini-Microbulator along with an air stone. This allows for maximum dissolved oxygen saturation and also helps with preventing anaerobic spots in the brew. Set up a new space for future grows. Onwards and upwards my friends. Another solid week of growing, spreading, training and topping. I'm thinking these outdoor ladies are gonna be pretty nice.

10/16 So the girls are doing well. They have been watered twice now and #1 just had what looked like a tiny bit of nute burn but took much better to the second watering. They are absolutely exploding veg wise and raising the light was necessary as #1 was much to short, will be updating with transplant soon! 10/18 Ok so transplant happened today. They were growing so quick we needed to move them as soon as they were water ready! They got transplanted into 5g fabric style pots. Did 2/3 Fox Farms "ocean forest" and 1/3 perlite mix. Used same nute mix for watering on the transplant, will change that up soon. See pics and video for more info! 10/22 There seems to be a nitrogen lockout. I'm guessing it was the unneeded cal mag add. Learned our lesson! Upped our grow big and giving the first water in big pots. Other than that they are growing amazing!

What’s up guys? So.. entering week 8!! What was a dream is now entering in the final stage, from now on only plain water. I reckon I still have about 2 weeks to harvest so I’ve started to feed only water since last friday The lady’s are all going great, still fatting up and they’re looking good and healthy The smell is kinda strong in all of them but the critical + 2.0 is definitely the winner. Smells really citric, and it’s pretty intense The development of trichomes is more evident every day too I’ve also added a new light that I won in a giveaway (lucky bastard) so let’s hope that will help in this final stretch 😎 I’m thinking I could get around 50/60g per plant, what do you guys think? Clockwise bottom right gluesniffer, strawberrysorbet, Seems to have worked. One hindsight and gg4 self topped kind of. Today i foliar hit half the double plants SS and hindsight with my krebs cycle booster (no pgrs, mostly special organic acids and best type of K...) at final of over 2000ppm...we'll see if we get no Change, burn, or stretch with growth...

Preparation is key so I’m getting ready to start laying down my trellis net to SCROG from here out. In preparation for a flip 12-12.
