So yeah just grow an auto. It takes the same amount of time but you get a much greater yield/quality of bud. Oh yeah... dont buy from msnl... horrible customer service, I have never had a problem germinating seeds until I ordered from them. I couldn't germ 10 ww I bought from them and when I contacted them they were more then useless trying to get a refund or more seeds. I will never buy from them again. Besides that I would like to see a good diary of how a non 12-12 of this strain would go. I'm glad for it to finally be over but am excited to start another grow soon. Topped and installed the scrog net this week, they took a bit to recover from topping and also defoliated 48 hours after. Changed out the nutrient solution and upped the nutes. I was hoping for more growth at this point but overall I think I'm only about a week behind. Being my first grow, I didnt know what to expect.

Thanks to the folks on here for the tips on HST to deal with the vigorous growth and the plant tops getting too close to the light! Watched a couple of YT vidz that explained it well and the HST I did to bend the stems away from the light so i could use the SCROG net worked well and the bendy stems firmed back up in no time. Very subtle smell so far, the leaves I'm pruning from the base of the plant smell great when ripped apart between the fingers. I might stick to Autos for subsequent grows as I just don't have the tent space to deal with tall Photo-period plants. Watering/Feeding about twice a week, growing really well and really strong plants.

The plants keep on thriving with three rounds of defoliation, the growth is noticeable daily. As they entered preflowering i gave them the first round of delta 9 from cannabiogen, the plants responded great as usual. I highly recommend this product. 700PPFD 50DLI

1/14: This morning, I did a foliar application of big bloom and fulvic acid, then about 5 hours later I watered them with about a half-gallon of rainwater each and added armor si, humic acid, endoboost myco/tricho, liquid molasses, and a bunch of cal-mag. Today, I also I wired up and mounted my new samsung sun board strips (660nm/730nm) and my Solacure FlowerPower UVB fixture. I'm running the deep red/far red bud boosters a few hours per day right now, but will run them for the entire photoperiod once I start flowering them. I'll run the UVB for 4 * 15-minute sessions a day for the full flowering cycle, and if they don't protest too much I'll increase each session by 5 minutes and evaluate again. Some strains are more forgiving than others and I've got 5 different strains in this space...so really not sure much time I'll get away with exposing them to the deadly rays without damaging them too much...😈 1/15: I received one of the rapid led/growmau far red initiator pucks today. With the placement of my UVB light, I'm realizing I'll need another far red puck to have even and intense far red coverage, so I'm ordering another with Prime delivery and waiting to start flowering until I receive it. I sprayed them down really well with ph adjusted rainwater tonight to rinse off nutrient build-up from foliar applications. 1/16: I'm really excited to try flowering under 14/10. I grew photos indoors on an off for 15 years before I semi-retired. If I added up all the additional flowering time I could have done through the years if LED technology existed, I'd have had an extra truckload of bud to smoke. I did another application of Axiom Harpin a|b Proteins this evening, right before dark. I'm expecting a big growth burst this week, leading up to the flower stretch. I really need them to trigger under 14/10 within 4 or 5 days🙏 ...if not, I'll switch to 13/11 and wait a few more days🙏😟..if still no pistils are poppin, I'll go to 12/12 and chalk it up as bad luck or varietal indifference to Pr and Pfr manipulation. 1/17: I fed each of them about 3/4 gallon of full strength veg nutes. This will be the last. Sour Hound grew a bunch this week. I did overdose her with Recharge yesterday. I think that helped. I'll be OD'ing her again. I forgot to check PPM after the Recharge OD, I'll try to remember next time. 😀

A big hello to all the cannabis growing gardeners...and all the other visitors that came across my grow journal. Just on harvest day I was summoned on a long quest...around 700 km. will be away for three days. I will update this diary as fast as i"m back. For now just the photos as no time for anything. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now cannabis smell is overpowering in my grow room I can finally write something about Spider Farmers 6-Inch Inline Fan with Smart Controller and Carbon Filter :) As my grow room gets really stinky at times i always invest in a top shelf carbon filter almost twice the size of the one provided by Spider Farmer, to my shock Spider Farmer carbon filter absorbs the smells wonderfully well. No smell leaks and that just when the fan is running at 5 out of 10 levels of output. The smart controller is something completely new to me, and had a lot of fun experimenting with it during the veg and early flower, when the smell began i needed it to run full time at level 4 or 5 to rid the fragnance. All in all the whole combo is a great deal. If you are not as keen on technology the set without the controller is awesome on it's own. But to have some extra options open, the controller at the device throws at you a ton of settings you can use to optemiase you grow enviornment. spring is coming and goodbye cloudy days

The plants react well to the switch to 12/12 and continue to stretch and fill out their grow space. They love the Advanced Nutrients feeding schedule and have a healthy green color all over. The first signs of flowering (=white hairs) start to appear and both plants are female (as expected from feminized seeds). Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plant #2 is appr. 12 cm taller than plant #1 at this time.

First i wait for it to grow 5-6 nodes then you top it at the 3rd node but cut it right below the 4th to leave a little stump of a stem left. This helps your plant prevent it from damaging its self when growing bigger in size. At this point im only giving 1 quart of water every 2 days. And im not wetting the entire 30gal pot, only about 7-8 inches away from the stem all the way around it. I would also like to add by saying the bottom 1/3 of my 30 gal pot is straight super soil (M3 supersoil) and the top 2/3 is a mix with the M3 supersoil and COCO LOCO from fox farms.
