Full feed on everything this week. Started fattening up and filling out. They are now taking 5 litres each every two days. Starting to smell more as the days go on

01-11-2021: Good afternoon everyone... here we are again. My Bruce Banger will be ready in a week so I thought... I can probably germinate some seeds. I still have a lot of them (thanks to zamnesia) Every now and then I also post a report on Growdiaries and since you can only enter a competition there by using only one Strain I decided to put a round of Wedding Cake. I wanted to grow this variety when I still got my seeds from seedstockers, but found it too expensive at the time. Now I had two fish vouchers from zamnesia, each one good for 5 Wedding Cake Auto seeds. I didn't really like AFs per se (although I enjoy the result every day) so I called them and asked if I couldn't get Photos instead of Autoflowers... That was no problem at all, so I now have 10 have seeds. I have not yet found a method of germination on Hydro that works well for me, so we're going to do it in the most reliable way for me... old-fashioned in Cocos plugs. I let it fill itself with acidified (PH5.9) water and then provided each plug with a seed. I now put this under a 60W purple LED lamp that I still had from my very first cultivation attempt. Once they are up (I'm guessing/hope with a week) these will go into my budget system to grow there under 480W LM301H panels for a few weeks but with only 12 hours of light. The idea is to move these to the large closet as soon as they are about 4 weeks old, but that is not necessarily a requirement because you can also remove the lamps from that loft and move them to this room. That depends a bit on the size. What I'm going to test this round is how good/bad 12/12 from seed is doing in Hydro. Since most feeding schedules with hydro assume that you only pre-grow 1 week, I thought I might as well rule out that one week. In addition, from the moment the roots emerge from under the net pots, I want to increase the EC to 1.5 fairly quickly. I like small stocky plants without having to scrog. Maybe I'll top and maybe even mainline, but that depends entirely on the development of the ladies. In any case, there will be no feeding computer for the first few weeks (a bluelab Guardian) and as growth food they are given Hy-Pro Hydro A/B with Calmag (4-4-1 ratio). I expect very low temperatures in space so it won't be a banger. I have the impression that a correct root temperature compensates to some extent. I'm still looking for a way to transport the ladies in the right way (or I have to find a way to be able to use the same net pots in both systems). But that is of later concern. Since I only have 1 pre-growth room and 1 flowering room, I will put these ladies in a kitchen cupboard for the next week. The Bruce Banger goes on Sunday and then I can put them in there. The idea is to continue breeding on 12/12 from now on. After six weeks, new seeds will always germinate and no more than 5 at a time. I now make a round with originally 15 ladies, 3 of them were left behind in such a way that I took them out (to prevent rot) with the probable cause of too little light. 5 Planting will probably yield a little less, but hey, I can't finish it otherwise. And now my friends are very happy with my clearing days but of course that is not what I grow for. In addition, it also hurts a bit to give away 3-4 ounces after so many months of work. I had some problems with the plants, first of all serious shortage problems because I had not realized that they needed so much fertilizer at practically every watering. Now they seem fine, on day 21 of flowering I plan the last massive defoliation and lollipopping. I didn't even think they would stay so low and having folded them too soon proved to be difficult in the future for ordinary maintenance. Experience for the next time!

Week 2 Both plants looking great so far , good growth rate 📈 and looking healthy so far. Boosting a bit nutrients to see how much they can take to maximize their potential starting later this week. Roots have been already all over the bottom of the pots while looking thick and healthy 💥 D4 Applied some foliar feed this morning while turning off the lights for an hour till they dried /sucked up all the juice from their leaves. mixture was basically water with 1ml/lt boost accelerator. Both look really nice and healthy in other news 🍀😅

Just started this one off... Not much to say so far. This is a coco grow. I started off with an amended Coco using Gaia Green 4-4-4 and power bloom 2-8-4.

This is a sad weekend for me. My cannabis activists and I have been stuck by the sudden death of the leader of the group. He was a warrior for the QUEEN 💚👑. My cookies are coming up well and the buds are stacking on day by day. Trichomes is visible and there's a tropical smell in the grow room.

Hey agaaain! Let me start this week by saying wooooow, this was a crazy week and not because I made a mistake but rather because I had to do a lot of things to avoid unnecessary stress. Now allow me to elaborate why I tried to avoid unnecessary stress: I had to move out because the landlord where I lived sold the house (this is the main reason why I couldn't update the journals earlier 😛) and gladly I had friends who already owned an empty grow tent (4x4, I loved the size! 😍) and they allowed me to use it and bring my plants and my lights there for some days. I knew this whole experience would be stressful for my babies, but I had to do it anyway (and I'm glad I wasn't in the middle of flowering 😨). The first visit: Moving them to my friend's house was a non-issue! 👌 I fed the plants at their place (with some extra water and slightly more fertilizers) and everything was great! 😊 The second visit: After two days I visited my babies and the humidity was close to the 85%. That scared me but they also grew a lot during those days which I think was... cool? I installed a new extractor in the tent and used it to get more fresh air inside and obviously that fixed all the humidity issues I had! The plants looked great! 😍 The last visit: After some days I went to their house again and yiiiikes! Here is when the issues began! I couldn't visit earlier (thanks to the move) and the plants were super thirsty! Specially Boomer. I took them to my new house and when they were inside their tent I fed them some pHed water and then I allowed the plants to rest for some extra hours! 😱 Originally I wanted to go into flower after this week but clearly I couldn't start it immediately since the plants were clearly stressed! So I allowed them to rest for a little more! Anyway, the last photos show how the plants look after I allowed them to rest for some extra hours and after feeding them some water. Week 9 - Day 58 - 02/23 to 2/28 2021 All phone pictures. Very familiar earthy purples/gassy varnish/deep boozy citrus coming in. The accidental HST snap on the main stalk in first week of flower turned into a solid canopy of 7 Bud Sites with the main premature flower already thicker than the first time I grew this strain and cooked it under a humidity dome by accident 🙏 Gave all the plants mostly water feeds this week in order to avoid salt build up. Some staining on the bottom of the fabric pots from the bottom feeds so just making sure the soil is fine for the final major nute feeds before flushing in a week or so. Made some caps with homemade thc olive oil from a friend that sent me some "Intergalactic Cable" viewing materials as well 😎 Have to use them fast but been stable for a week and not just starting to come through the gel caps, will have to get something harder next time still a lot left in the bottle. It's 2nd closest to the window and i keep my tent open so when the light is off it's getting a solid 16-18 Celcius helping out the genetic purple pop a bit more in the leaves like the Red Poison next to it, look and smell very similar overall except more Sweet/Candy in the RP and Boozey/Earthy in LSD. Other than that, the new @MarsHydroLED TSL 2000 and @ViparSpectraLED PS1500 for veg definitely made a huge difference and the buds on the Dark Devil.
