ENGLISH Week 5 - Final Week of Vegetation and Remarkable Development The fifth week marked the penultimate week of vegetation, and the plants continued to show remarkable growth and health. The nutrient and watering schedules remained unchanged, with EC and pH levels stable at optimal values, both in the nutrient solution and the drain. Humidity was slightly reduced to 60%, while temperatures stayed in the range of 22 to 26 degrees Celsius. The plants kept growing at an impressive rate and developed enormous side branches. Without any additional training, by the end of the week, they formed 16 to 18 main side buds along with a strong central head bud. The genetics of these plants proved to be absolutely outstanding.

Each plant has been watered/fed, with a glug or two, from a 1 gallon mixture of 1tsp/gal floranova-grow (ph7). Mother plants are definitely ready for a pruning/cloning!

White Widow survived! She started growing all the leaves at the same time. There is some fractal shit going on with the leaves, which is very visually appealling for me. I discovered that I like taking care of the plants, make me calm, and is a new nice and healthy hobby. The plants are listening to classical music and "582hz music" 18 hours a day! :)

Video 3: Prune Cam, working on main money maker Photo 4: Nutrients Used this Week -----WEEK SUMMARY----- I must apologize myself for the lack of pictures this week. I raised a bit the amount of water this week, anyway as you can see at the end of the timelapse video the babies are drinking much more now, and I'm not using enough water. Starting from the next week i will water in shorter periods alternating nutrients and additives. I finally decided to switch to flowering the first day of the next week, i want to see what size of colas can they generate from this size of plant. I don't wan't to try to create monsters at time, and i think my pots are small for too big plants i think. With this growing i'm just introducing myself to growing techniques and to indoor photoperiod strains. The day 1 i switched the lights to flowering mode, and as i said the day 5 (1rst 7th week day) i will switch to 12/12. -----WATERING CALENDAR----- 29/03/19 - 1.000 ml with all week nutrients @ 0.9 E.C. I have gone through the tent this week, and I have removed a lot of the lower branches on the plants, as they're not going to grow into big colas or anything. So it's better not to waste the plant's energy, developing those to hopefully redirect it into the larger flowers. Orion F1 Liquid Nutrients. The plant is developing the buds. Now, it has stopped growing vertically. This plant is 1 week behind the other plant in the experiment due to some nutrient issues. So it's not quite as far as long as the other one. However, it is not going to be as big a plant. The buds are developing nicely, and even though we might get a lot less, it will be nonetheless good, Bud. Hoping for some big colas, that would be really nice! 😅 The plant is really developing the flowers while they look really dense, and like they will be some very top shelf buds! The buds are beginning to stack on weight now, and hopefully, we'll just see the colas become larger and larger as we go on from here! I'm really impressed with the organic dry amendment plant, and the organic dry amendments are really working wonders, and that's been really eye-opening for me during this experiment! I'm very pleased that Royal Queen Seeds were kind. Enough to allow me to try this experiment with some of the F1 hybrid strains. It has been, and continues to be an extremely exciting experiment, and I am again learning more and more with each plant. I cannot wait for harvest and to see what these buds look like after I've dried and trimmed them! 3.8.25: I watered with 2ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.2 with; 💜 1ml Trace PH: 6.2 PPM: 371 I've just been keeping the medium, not bone dry, but there were some fungus gnats. So I have let it dry out more than I usually would probably, because I wanted to sprinkle some Diatomaceous Earth on the soil, and it only works when it's dry. 4.8.25: I watered with 3ltrs of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.6 with; 💜 3ml Ecothrive Trace 💜 1.25 TSP Ecothrive Biosys PH: 6.6 PPM: 385 I am going to top dress next week as I checked and it has been exactly a month since I last did one. Thanks for checking in and hanging out 😁💚✌️🌱🤞🧡

Nothing new this week. She's still growing steadily and the nutes seem to be doing a good job so far. I'm using the Dual Fuel with a bit of Growth Solution to raise the EC to follow the Green Plant Nutes program and it feels like it's right so I'm keeping like that. The light is set to 100% as the plants are healthy and the weather is getting a bit too cold. I upgraded my second inlet fan from a generic 150mm ball bearing fan to a 125mm Phresh Hyper Fan V2 w/ speed control. Now my tent is so much quiet with both Hyper Fans V2 working on blowing fresh air in and out. Maybe I get a Phresh Hyperfan V2 Climate Controller to manage them automatically next upgrade.

This is my favorite smoke, had this cut for about 2 years. Came from the best bag of runtz I ever bought, got a few ozs and 3 big nugs each had 1 seed. And I got this, im excited to actually document it. Only one of these got trained. I cut the top off for a clone and spread her legs lol. Rest are straight up clones.

Day 84 (day 21 flower): Major defoliation on both the Brain Cake and Bakers Delight. Both the ladies are getting sticky! The Brain Cake smell is pretty neutral but the Bakers Delight has a bit more smell and reminds me a bit of a Tangine Kush (Rare Dankness) I grew a while back. Changed the water reservoirs to the flower bloom booster nutrients (Plagron green sensation). Day 86 (day 23 flower): They seem to be coming along nicely, a tiny bit of progression in the buds since defoliating. The Bakers Delight is more sensitive to nutrients so added some tap water to dilute the nutrients a little (TDS 510 -> 470). Day 87 (day 24 flower): Both doing well. The Bakers Delight seems to be reacting positively to the slightly lower nutrient concentration. Both water reservoirs between 5.7 and 6.3 at all times and around 20-21c. Day 89 (day 26 flower): Everything seems fine, water stats are stable, for as far as I can see no deficiencies or excess, bud are growing in height and seem to be producing nice amounts of thc giving the buds a slightly grey color. Some of the pistils are turning orange very early, might be due to stress the past weeks, or the new full spectrum light or just genetics. The Bakers Delight currently has a stronger smell, also a more peppery background. The Brain Cake has a neutral fresh 'plant material' green hash smell, nothing special going on yet with her odor. --> Slowly been hanging the light closer, at 50cm from the Brain Cake and 60cm from the Bakers Delight, will slowly lower till its approx 40cm from the Brain Cake and 50cm from the Bakers Delight (because the BD is 10 cm shorter...). Hopefully this will get the top buds to get even bigger and stronger and hopefully aswell the bottom buds will pull some weight and most importantly the bottom buds need to ripen as fast as the top buds which is usually the main issue when they dont get enough light... Curious to see how it plays out. Might need another minor defoliation around day 40-44.

This is week 7 plants are looking and smells amazing. Did minor defoliation along with flush with 1 gallon each. Now two weeks max until harvest . Trichromes are already looking cloudy with some amber so may be able to chop ealier! Day 55 of flower still flushing with water only trichomes look mostly cloudy with some amber on sugar leaves. Trying to maintain 75 f 50-55 rh and lowered light intensity.

We're starting off this week with more thunderstorms. They will only be for the first two days of the week. This week is much cooler. The rain kept me from feeding my generative one formula nutrients with their water. On day 2 these are still feeding on the 800ml of coop poop 2-4-3 I top dressed with. They are nice and green and the centers are showing it was a little hot but it should grow out of that in a day or two. Day 5 of this week. Everything grew into the fertilizer. Buds are stacking and trichromes are beginning to show on the leaves. The smell is very noticeable now. The #1 plant has a smokey cheese smell. The #2 plant is skunky and sweet but more skunky. The #3 plant is a little behind the other two and isn't really putting off any distinct smell yet. Day 7 I'm starting to see trichromes

Overall, I am extremely happy with the genetics of the Auto Euforia and the general success of the grow. I always like to reflect on mistakes I have made, so let me lay them out here: I overlit the plant during veg, contributing to it's bushy nature. It grew well but this would be a waste of electricity if I was growing more commercially. During the last week of flower, my region of Ontario was hit with tons of rain and humidity. I took some steps to increase circulation of dehumidified air, but lowering 95rh to 65-70rh is still insufficient and I lost some control of the environment. The awful result was the start of mold in some select areas, particularly in the fattest buds and where leaves were cut away and petioles remained. This issue is not due to Dutch Passions great genetics, and is entirely due to a combination of an unseasonable environment and my own overconfidence. This mold was never clearly apparent on the outside of the buds, but I found it will trichomes scouting under magnification. This forced me to speed up the harvest and drying process. It also means that I have had to carefully grade the buds into those safe for smoking and vaping, those mold free but needing a second examination (will be rosin pressed), and those close enough to spots of mold to be only for for edibles. Any moldy bud was of course cut away and will be disposed of. Nevertheless, I have many ounces of fantastic buds, and will be making some nice pressed rosin based 510 cartridges. I will edit the harvest post with more information after the cure, and showing the various processing I will be doing. Happy growing! 🌱

The three girls are almost switching into flower, so this week i'll start with a low dosed flowering mix in terms of nutes Differences between the three are huge, there is no doubt that the three different environments we've put them in are definetely putting their mark on the growth and overall character of the plants. the signs of light deficiency on plant number 3 are showing clearly: its brittle and very wide spread, you can tell its looking for more light. Number #2 gets the most light and is hardly stretching at all. it seems like a crop of lettuce. Number #1 gets plenty light, not showing any signs of slowing down however i'm noticing that this one consumes less water (probably has to do with temp/RH levels being different due to the different lamp) than number #2. Probably should give #2 some more straight water because its consuming so much water and i do not want to overfeed it. I think #1 is doing fine and can do with a little less water, but with nutrients. #3 is hardly using any water it seems like, i'm thinking of moving it next to a radiator so it should be able to get a quicker absorbtion and vaporisation of water in its system, hopefully charging it with some more power. Just did some LST on day 29 as well, including removal of 2 leafs of both #1 and #2. Not sure if it should be considered defoliation though.. Don't think so ;) ------------ end of week 5: i've flushed plants #1 and #2 as seen on a video on youtube. the idea behind this is to flush out any leftover grow nutes and start with a clean slate when the girls transition into flower. as an added benefit i've discovered that it is much easier to maintain a beneficial VPD value when the earth is completely soaked once a week instead of watering it with smalller portions more often. The earth contains a lot more water and evaporates it into the climate, easily reaching a 60% RH without a humidifier in these fridges. I've even lowered the lamps to get the temps up, because the VPD was reaching values below 0.90.

Day 36 1/13/25 I think she is taking to the location okay so far and after the first cut I did I’m not sure what I’m doing I’m just doing my own little mainline thing experimenting I guess I’m using APSU super soil and a little bit of build of soil 3.0 left from last grow and it’s a 7 gal pot als 1/14 day 37 Did second and final topping going allow about two weeks to bounce back and allow more growth and LST then flower
