Calm quiet week, hot, did some light defoliating, had to take out quite a few nodes that just couldn't keep up with the overall cannopy. Height gaining fast, she'll be over 6ft before she starts flowering that's for sure. Did some decent super cropping, nodes are still pretty small, so I went easy, overdid it on my 10g airpot but she rebounded fast, hard woody stems now. Nothing but some silica, monster maxx, and drip irrigation this week. Smaller 10g maybe week 2 of flower, starting to pickup now, she's thirsty, 45min of drip every day to keep up, compost tea next week.

Weeks 14 thru 16 I had to eliminate my other 2 plants(too strong of an oder). But after drying out had 1400grams from both plants. This one that’s left smells like diesel gas??, and the buds are turning rust colored? Is this normal for NL#5XHAZE My other 2 didn’t have these charactoristics. Not giving her any nutruents…just plain ole water. She’s at 16 1/2 weeks and growing fat fast now that the other 2 are gone, all of the sun for her. Hope I can wait until the end of the month before harvesting…but, I don’t know😅

Was a great grow. 1 gram shy of a quarter pound plant. Can't complain about that. Thanks again sweet seeds for making this available to the public. So here’s Week 2 of the Sweet Seeds Gorilla Girl XL Auto’s grow. All in all an easy week but there has been time spent reinforcing a couple of the seedlings because they are so top heavy. I check in on my seedlings at least once a day (oftentimes 2-3 times daily) just to make sure that all equipment is functioning well and temps are stable. Upon looking into the windows of the tent I discovered that the smallest seedling (the one that lost one of it’s cotyledon leaves) was tipped right over. I gently supported her with a homemade splint (a tent peg/pipe cleaner combo- pictured above) and she’s currently standing on her own again. She’s still smaller than the others but surviving, not thriving for now. I used some fresh additional soil to fill in any gaps and pack down around the bases of the other three plants’ stems. Speaking of stems/stalks- the three healthy seedlings have peeling/stretching stalks and are starting to push out their first sets of branches. Other than that, same routine as always- watering every fourth day at 1.4 litres per watering or 0.35 of a litre per plant per day. I will be increasing the water sometime over week three. That’s it for now. Mom’s Tip for Week #2- Don’t Over Water! (when growing in soil of course)… When learning to read your plant’s needs, water is a very important factor to consider. I often notice other growers with tiny seedlings sitting in completely saturated pots of soil. Or read that many other growers don’t believe in placing newly sprouted seedlings into their final containers/pots. Both issues being easily resolved by simply paying close attention to your plant’s body language, it’s grow environment and sticking to a schedule. Cannabis truly thrives and benefits from a wet to almost fully dry watering cycle. From my own personal experience with photosensitive strains grown outside in the summer to growing autoflowers indoors through the fall, winter and spring- all of my Cannabis seems to do best when watered every 4th day like clockwork! This schedule is somewhat subjective of course depending on the environment that you are growing in. Here in Canada, much of our year is cool to cold and the humidity is relatively low. Because of this my plants are not always able to take in moisture from the air through their stomas so they suck up more water from what’s readily available in their pots. In other environments (ex. tropical), you may be able to stretch out this cycle- watering every 5-7 days because your plants are pulling so much water directly from the humidity in the air. And how you water your plants matters too. When starting out with newly sprouted seedlings placed into their final containers- less is more. There is no need to completely soak all of the soil in a 5-7 gallon pot. Simply start with a small amount (0.5-1 litre) directing the water to the base of the plant, working your way outwards in a circular pattern. As you increase the amount of water, I try to work my water outwards- making my circle slightly bigger each time I water until eventually I am soaking the soil surface all the way out to the edges of the pot. This process is gradual, stretched over a period of 4-6 weeks. It will encourage the roots to reach for water and allow your plants the time needed to grow into a heavy dose of H2O. Finally, learning to read your plant’s body language will help you to understand when they need and don’t need water as well as food, more/less light, temperature changes, etc. Healthy, well watered plants are generally light green with leaves slightly turned up towards the light/sun. They will be growing/thickening every day and able to support their own weight even in a very breezy environment. Leaves are soft and supple, not dry and brittle and there are usually no marks or discolouration of any kind on the foliage throughout your grow. Water quality is important too but that’s any entirely different tutorial for another time. Bountiful harvests are very possible by simply tweaking your watering schedule to suit your plants’ ultimate needs.

Дефолиация полезна не только тем, что открывает свет боковым веткам, но также огромные листьев не забирают важные гормоны роста. В этот раз не стал добавлять какие-либо удобрения, а пролил обычной водой с пониженным PH. Так же я подключил дополнительное освещенье полный спектр LED по 27W. It's time to re-update "HiFi 4G" from "Dutch Passion" in the distant genes of which there is Fire OG. It is already the fourth week from the germination of seeds. Progress on the face. I plan to grow clones from the lower branches, which is why I did defoliation at an early stage and did not form a crown, since the lower branches of the plant will be cloned. Defoliation is useful not only because it opens the light to the side branches, but also because the leaves do not take away important growth hormones. This time I did not add any fertilizers, but spilled it with ordinary water with a low PH. I also connected additional lighting with a full range of 27W LED. Now I will leave the plant alone and wait for the branches to grow for cloning.

The whole theme of this indoor grow was how to cope with the ups and downs of growing your medicine in a unfinished basement .The plant loved her environment in the first week but do to my soil being hot she soon developed yellowing of the leaves and was about to kill her off . Then with some adjustments to her enviroment she really took off and grew up .This has and continues to be a great strain to grow and the team at fastbuds always has those bomb genetics ...she never has issues with feeding and drank very well this whole trip . I would recommend this strain to anyone to try doesn't matter of your a hobbies or first time growing.. cheers canna family ...

Black Opium - Week Update 🌿 Quick update on Black Opium! Reached unexpected heights with branches exceeding 50cm in length. Running a bit behind her tent mates but now bulking up nicely - the buds are doing excellent work despite inevitable light stress. For an 8L pot she’s absolutely massive! Takes up way more space than expected. Definitely keeping that in mind for the next Black Opium seed - this strain needs serious real estate! 77 days, for some reason, the girl is growing without me :( the vacation was unexpectedly long, I only managed to get these photos, I'll be back to see them next week on Tuesday, I think it might be harvest day :).

03/13/2022 Love the colors on Grape Skunk #1 others are not as purple, again i forgot Biscotti Skunk and lemon og. 03/14/2022 Uploading Biscotti Skunk pic's I'm really loving 3 particular girls this run,all plants are exposed to PW intentionally I need girls that can take PW with no issues and three plants are spotless. The first is the only Biscotti Skunk that was female of 5 cloning for outside run but will do great in basement without PW issues. The second is lemon og spotless, and the third is the grape skunk thats got most color the second tallest of the grape skunks, cloning for testing in New England zone 7 should get at least one if not all 3 to finish before cold sets in.

Day 53 I dont know how i skipped a whole week? But it happens Plants are looking a little rough, i flushed 2-3 times with just greatwhite and water. Its weird because they got yellow so fast but the tips still look clawed im some spots so im scared to go back to full feed. Slowly added 1ml bioheaven and alga mic then 2ml/l bioheaven and alga mic. Tryingnto get back up to normal feeding

Great harvest but I believe I can do a lot better with what I learned. See the next round coming soon, one last seed on the tube. The last pictures I'll be able to post from Sweet seeds hahahaa the harvest just vanish. As a rule of thumb, I saved the top buds for last and manage to do these pictures for their contest. Enjoy.

Sixth week of flowering. It was only a matter of time before the first problem appeared. The flowers are so heavy that they started to bend. I had to immediately stretch the support net. It's a lesson for next time.

Hey friends,little plant update. All three doing very well and the smell from this plants already coming in very nice. The Rainbow Melon (in the front of the tent) was stretching a bit higher than the papaya sherbert (left back corner) and the Gorilla Melon (right back corner) so i installed a scrog net and maintained the canopy between them.

I fudged up one pot , when lifting it the down part popped and root parts went away. The plant already had his main branch broken and is still hanging. Please advice on the deficiencies of the biggest plant. What other nutrients can I add here ? I have humic acid in little pallets. Dutch pro bloom is coming on it’s way, I’m still watering with hand distributed nutes that could have the emblems “A”+”B” mixed up. To everyone telling that it brings a big issues to the company - no - it’s just a dude most of the time buying bulk amounts and selling per liter, having the original packaging on the bottle glued up. Anyway, any advice is appreciated.

Day 79, 28th of November 2020: I really wanna see how she will end up looking in the end because she is such a beauty too!!!! Not much to say she does her own things creating buds and all that. I am actually happy for all this. Nice plant :) Fertilization is still the same every second day with the rationand mixture above stated. The lamp is on 11.15 min and off 12.45 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -45 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.15 pm.

She is so nice from all aspects how she grow,the leafs and flowers site. Really happy with this plant now she need 6 more weeks to finish
