Finally she got to the end of the line and despite all the suffering she had early on your flowering time she end up pretty good. Can't wait to proper dryer and have a test to see how she is . smells great thank you for reading I will continue to update have I happy grow.

Things progressing, does defoliation really improve yield? I’m hearing conflicting arguments

The next day, I watered with plain tapwater and runoff EC was the same as our tapwater. That Wednesday, was the last day I gave them water. On Friday, they had their 12 hours of light for the last time. I forgot to make a family picture just before harvest, but I did make a movie during those last hours of light. After 36 hours of darkness, I harvested on sunday. The coco had dried up quite a bit. The pots felt light to the touch, but when I removed Jannine from the tent (the one that was always in the middle), she immediately collapsed under the weight of her own buds! The same happened to Kim, only Iris was able to holdup most buds, but with a lot of effort. Apparently they had support from each other and the walls of the tent all that time. The buds were promising: heavy, hard and dense. Can't wait to see how they work out after drying and curing. Even the buds lower on the plants were not nearly as fluffy as my first grow, but more like little marbles. My first grow, I trimmed everything wet, but this time, I only removed the fan leaves and some of the bigger sugar leaves. Also, I kept the branches bigger this time. I threw a lot of the little buds in the trim pile, but since they were still looking and feeling like some good buds (but just small) I decided after harvesting the first plant, to throw them in separate containers. So I now have the trim from all the plants, mixed with some of the smaller buds from Jannine and two separate containers with the smaller buds from both Iris and Kim. It went into the freezer fresh, directly after harvest. Since I am lazy, I ordered a bubble washer, which will be delivered somewhere this week, to ease up the hash making proces. Can't wait to try some of the hash from these girls! As for most of the buds, they are drying in the tent. The circumstances could be a lot better: for weeks during flower, RH in our house was at 60%, but in the 24 hours directly after harvest, it came down to 40%. The weather changed from very humid to very dry and it will be like this until the end of the week. Considering it's about 23 degrees C in the drying room (maybe 22 during night) and the fact it will become increasingly warmer the next few days, I am worried about the buds drying to fast (by far my biggest concern), but also loosing some potency. It is now 24 hours after harvest and the buds are still pretty wet, so at least 3 days of drying should be possible, maybe 4. A few days slower would be better, but probably unlikely. Anyway, this ends my second grow. Off course, I will be back with the final results in a few weeks, after drying, curing, making hash of the trim/popcorn buds and off course, testing it all. This week the ladies got topped at about 5 node spaces. They’re loving the nutrients and the light! I plan on starting the flowering process in about a week!

2/3/22: Watered with only aquarium water, no nutes. They are all getting very thirsty! Sherbert was dry and droopy yesterday so I watered her yesterday. I watered all other plants today, they seemed mildly dry/very slightly droopy - so I gave them between a ½-¾ of a gallon each. I'll have to keep a close eye on Sherbet she's very thirsty & she gets hangry easily! (hangry = droopy:)

Both grew very well. Not a single problem

Week 2 going good suns finally came out! Grown in a small put I wasnt expecting much but its grew pretty well so far and Also got a few side projects growing strawberry's!

Everything seems good for the most part. Had some light intensity issues I think pulled the light up to about 18 inches from canopy. Just watered with pnsb and SST. PhotonTek 600w pro light at 75%

1/21: I rotated the edge plants and foliar fed with big bloom a few times today. 1/22: I fed them about 3/4 gallon each after top-dressing their pots with a heaping tablespoon of happy frog cavern culture( bat and seabird guano). That will make some P and K available to them over the next 2 weeks as they begin to flower. Aside from that, I went with full strength veg nutes because I'm still seeing some yellowing and som cal-mag deficiencies. I also added some more liquid molasses. They're gonna need the energy as they start their stretch. I foliar fed a few times throughout the day with big bloom. 1/23: EXPLOSIVE GROWTH last night...love it...everybody is stretching...pretty sure the 14/10 photoperiod is working!! I foliar fed with big bloom a few times today. 1/24: These girls all look to be very indica in leaf shape and are outpacing everything else in the garden. 1/25: I tied down the main of the tallest one today, then watered with about a half-gallon each including cal-mag, humic acid, bembe, armor si, and signal. 1/26: Damnit these bitches are gonna be a pain in my ass. They are growing so much faster than all the other plants., and if everybody else doesn't catch up in the next couple of days, I'll have no choice but to supercrop all their branches. 1/27: That's it for week 5-

I basically skipped week 17 as there was nothing new except I added some compost tea that I made with come compost, vegetable scraps, a few cedar clippings and neam oil (oh and some fertilizer ... I forget what) Sprayed with neam oil/soap mix

week three flower everything looks fine so far :D eight days after defoliation I water them with 1.5l every 48h the light I use was set to 80% and it hangs 80cm away from the tops gelato 1 threw some balls, but I removed them as soon as I saw them, I'll keep watching it!

I am impressed with the result, and I don't really believe that I will ever be able to improve it :) It was a truly amazing journey with FastBuds Gorilla cookies auto, my house is filled with a wonderful sweet smell, the buds look really full and very very shiny :) I also collected a lot of sugar leaves from which I will make bubble hash:) the girl coped with high temperatures and high humidity throughout her growth, which is why I was afraid of rot, but everything went well!!!! She is amazing. smoke review and dry weight will be up very soon, good luck to everyone :)!!!
