I put the plants into an NFT system couple weeks ago. I could have waited a bit longer for the plants to develop a stronger root system before placing the rockwool cubes into NFT but I was being impatient because of the slow start and wanted to get the plants under proper light. Now two weeks later they are growing well with good root development. I switched the lights to flowering cycle about a week ago so they should start stretching soon. No preflowers yet.

Week 1 - 01/01 to 01/08 2021 HUGE THANKS TO @MARSHYDROLED and @VIPARSPECTRALED! New surge protectors/heavy duty timers/the good cords. The Dark Devil by @Sweet_Seeds is right on track with the Red Poison and Purple Lemonade from my other diaries. The LSD is a little behind but the genetics seems to keep it small if you get the wrong pheno. Will give it a week or so for it to really settle in with a root base before cleaning out my 5gal RootPouch pots from the last grow and getting them transferred into their final homes. I have all my seedlings under the P1500 from Vipar as my veg light for the first few weeks to a month. It's SO nice to not have a blurple anymore, the light is way better in my room and on the eyes. The new diodes had every single seedling grow more in 6 hours than it did in the first 7 days under the blurp LED. The Dark Devil perked right up and threw another set of leaves in the first 6 hours under the new light. I noticed a bit of spotting on the Dark Devil in my other diary so I added some Hydrogen Peroxide to the spray bottle and it cleared up. All four have been getting constant spritzing from the spray bottle to keep humidity up. Excited to see how big i can get the autos under the new lights, will switch over from the Vipar to the Mars by end of week 2/mid week 3 once I transfer them and give them a day or so settle in. Second week of flowering in the bag, and they’re all looking really healthy, even healthier than when I first threw them in the flower steady as she goes

08/12 - 14/12: nothing much to do right now. Buds are getting really frosty. Not sure if it's a lack of potassium or pH related but some leafs are yellowing, nothing major so I'm not really concerned but I'm going to adjust my soil recipe for the next run.

Having problems with a mite infestation... ordered 50 ladybug larvae to kill them. Hope it works... tips & tricks welcome!

21.06.21 heute ist Tag 17 nach Samen Pflanzung habe gestern das erste Mal great White benutzt und habe 0,3 Gramm des Pulvers in 1 l Wasser gelöst und alle 4 Pflanzen damit voll gegossen hab auch den Ph wert eingestellt auf 6,2 da ich keine Ahnung von great White habe hoffe ich das die Bakterien usw. das Vertragen (hab erst Ph wert eingestellt und dann great White zugefügt).bitte belehrt mich falls ich great White falsch angewendet haben sollte mein Plan war ich Gieße wenn Grießzeit ist immer im Wechsel ganz schwache Nährlösung und beim nächsten Guss dann nur great White und wieder von vorne da die Erde genug Nährstoffe enthält .

Fast and SIMPLE patio grow, perfect for an impatient grower. 72 days from seed to harvest. Could have taken some of the branches at 68-70d. Responded well to pinching back growth to encourage branching. Tested yield by leaving one plant natural and pinching back the other. Pinching back produced way more bud and the plant didn’t seem to mind. The smaller plant only produced 8 bud clusters and those were fairly airy, but showed amber hues a little sooner. Maybe she got less light than the bigger plant. They were both LOW on sunlight. The last 3 weeks of the grow were non-stop rain and storms, very little sunlight. So the girls didn’t stack ‘em up like I wanted. Gotta have light to make bud!! Vegetative growth the first 8 weeks was phenomenal. It wasn’t until the rains set in that progress slowed to a crawl. They were a few feet apart and both facing the equator with daylight to dark exposure. The sun itself wouldn’t cooperate though. Both plants were fed and watered the same. Soil was the same etc.... Only used commonly available garden center nutes. Wanted to demonstrate that a person could take the leap with their first patio grow without having to invest in a lot of special grow stuff. You can! but you at least need decent sunlight. I didn’t weigh the fresh harvest very accurately. I took whole stems to hang them by, and my good scale isn’t that big. I used a bathroom scale and weighed myself holding an empty box and the box again with the harvested plant difference was about 3 lbs. Once I trimmed off the fan leaves and cut it off the roots and trunk it was under a pound. I won’t trim them super tight because very little of it will be smoked, most will be used to make infusions, but I’ll remove as much stem as possible. Curing and storing in C-vault with 62% Boveda packs.

The ladies have almost reached 40 cm in height, so we are switching to the flowering stage. For the next two weeks, they will receive fish mix before I switch to Biobizz Bio Grow.

Avanzando la floración

Ultima semana de vegetativo. Fueron 7 semanas y unos días de la Muse en 18/6. Agregamos MadGrow Algas foliar. Pasamos dos plantas afuera a florar así le damos un poco mas de espacio en el indoor. Quedaron 5 plantas total, la Muse central, 3 esquejes de Portela y una Hulkberry. Pusimos la red de SCROG, acomodamos las puntas y buscamos que ocupe todo el espacio. Luego de unos días que se acomodaron las pasamos a flora 12/12. Arranca el segundo capitulo 🌸

Putting on weight fast now in peak flower. Love the structure of the plant and really regretting not taking a cutting. Oh well, ce la vie. Will stop adding PK in the next few days before cutting back on nutrients next week then flushing for the last 2 weeks. This plant is at the back of the timelapse.

Topped this girl this week, she’s growing pretty good. Very nice looking plant to my eye.

Day 49 to 56. I'm not going to hide that I'm in a hurry to finish the run. The mold arrived at the end of bloom because of me, it's depressing... Thanks for your comments these last weeks. :) This 8th and last week of bloom for the Kum Zuat 1. I continued to rinse the plant all week with power clean at 5ml/l. The Kum Zuat was harvested at 56 days of bloom with 1 week of rinsing. I still found some mold on some buds of several plants that I immediately removed. My yield will be affected, I still have this pretty Kum to cheer me up! All the photos and videos on this update are about Kum Zuat 1. The other plants have been fertilized normally for this 8th week, you will find them in pictures next week. I enter the 9 th week of bloom and I have 4 plants left which will be all cut on day 63 of bloom also with 1 week of rinsing. 1 kum zuat 1 kosher cookies 2 gmo x animal cookies Can't wait to start this new run....
