Last week of Ozz! I’m getting some nice trichromes. Surprisingly, she doesn’t smell much, but she’s still beautiful. She also has the best ratio of buds to leaves out of the three plants of the same strain. I’ll start trimming Dorel by Friday and #4 this weekend to free some space. Then it’ll be Ozz’s turn on Sunday or Monday. The relative humidity levels are getting dangerously high, but the temperatures are still fine until next week. Since she’s covered, I have good hopes she’ll hold. No additional bud has rotted since two weeks ago :)) Just finished trimming Dorel and will do #4 tomorrow. Fan leaves were super frosty so I kept them to cook, ended with 17g of trim (only fan leaves and too small buds) as well as 37g of dry buds. Not much but it was the smallest plant of the 3 by far, I wasn’t expecting more. First taste test was really conclusive, looking forward to testing again after some curing! Edit before I complete the harvest section, all 3 plants cut and just Ozz remaining to dry and trim. Terrible outcome for #4 as I had to throw more than half of the plant away due to bud rots. I’m still really confused about what happened: the day before harvest I noticed and removed 3 bud rots from the plant - so far so good. All remaining buds were fine, but when trimming I realised every single top was maroon-ish at the base and I could clearly see a start of mold when opening some of them. Although I could clearly confirm what it was with a 30x lens, the white spots were extremely scarce and small (less than 1x1mm each time). It doesn’t seem really coherent with how it should have spread. Nonetheless, I didn’t take risk and threw away any bud where I could identify white mold with the lens, and put aside the ones where I had a doubt in pop corns (the “7g maybe”, cf below) to track the evolution. A quick summary of the harvest so far: - Dorel: 250g wet, 37g dry / 17g trim (54g total) - #4: 450g wet, 33g dry / 7g maybe / 29g trim (62-69g total) + a lot thrown away - Ozz: only weighted the two bigger canopie I cut, 162g+142g≈300g wet. It represents around half of the whole plant (probably less, but stem included), so around 5-600g wet total. Still have a few days before I start trimming, but considering the hassle I might start early to not be overwhelmed.

The Mold Incident: A Teachable Moment This week brought a challenge—a few buds succumbed to bud rot (Botrytis), particularly on the Papaya Zoap and a single bud from the Gorilla Melon. While disheartening, it’s a reminder that mold can occur even in the most well-maintained gardens, especially with dense colas and a full canopy. After a thorough inspection, all affected buds were removed and discarded to prevent the spread. A quick note to all growers: defoliation plays a massive role in airflow and prevention of such issues. Hi all the happy people here in GrowDiaries. This is my second cultivation ever and it will be fun to try a bigger space than my closet grows First, I'm just going to say I'm done with the construction of my new growroom. I put some pictures on the construction here in week one. The room is 2.14 meters by 1.7 meters and has a ceiling height of 2 meters. It provides a floor area of ​​3.6 square meters. I use a 54 Watt Lightwawe T5 for germination and 2 Pcs 400 Watt HPS lamps. I have a channel fan that replaces the room air about 40 times an hour to get a comfortable theme in the room, the air enters a fresh air intake from the outside. The air is purified through a carbon filter to then leave the room to the rest of the basement. Then I use that heat to heat the rest of the basement. I will use 8 pcs 15 liter Autopots to grow with and a 100 liter water tank that supplies the pots of water and nutrition. I will grow completely organically in soil and will watercure my buds to get the best possible medicine for me. But there are no cultivation rooms to be displayed here, so I continue with what is most important. Today I have put my seeds in my moisture dome and hope the seeds have germinated within a few days. Hi Growmies, My apologies for the delayed update, but work life balance got a bit out of wack recently. Anyways, water was changed on time and general maintenance took place. Continued with very light defoliation to really guarantee that all the shoots get equal light exposure. She is turning out to be a real beauty and literally no Scr.O.G was necessary due to her natural structure. Buds are already forming very compact and dense to touch, something that’s always a good sign ;) Since this is my first proper DWC grow I am actually quite impressed by the root growth and the resulting nutrient uptake, as well as vigor in plant growth. Is it btw just me or is this website getting slower, buggier and laggier by the day? Videos won’t upload, weeks don’t reflect, diaries won’t update….

Hi guys Week 7 day 49 🌼 flower! So last week the blue cheese recovered well with a emergency rinse now there all on a pk boost week starting today 😅 wish me luck. Nugs are frosty and smell mental! The blue cheese smells like 2006. 💚 Cant wait for harvest. Happy growing guys

The first week after the flip. What I have been working on is bringing Gelato's soil pH up. Gelato was given water at 6.5 pH and the run off was measuring 5 pH (yikes.) After flushing with 3 gallons of water at 8 pH, the soil pH was still measuring 5 pH. The reaction the plant had tho after the flush was positive, which is to say, no more burning or yellowing leaf tips 5 days post flush. Sour Diesel and Do Si Dos were fed VEG nutrients at 50% strength ( 1.5 tsp Big Bloom and 1.5 tsp Grow Big.) and the pH of the liquid was 6.5. Everyone is looking good. Because it is only the first week of flower, "the stretch" is yet to be seen.

Semana de una más que notable transición cromática , formación de lindas porras y engorde de cogollos. La nº6 sigue mostrando albinismo aunque parece que no aumenta de tamaño, se mantiene. Subí los led 5ctms y parece que funcionó bastante bien. Entramos en una fase delicada por lo que añadí un deshumidificador que se enciende cuando se apagan los led. Más adelante otro ventilador y deshumidificador las 24h. encendido. Durante la noche con los led encendidos el ambiente es mucho mas seco que durante el dia con las luces apagadas así que el ventilador lo dejaré encendido unas horitas más durante el dia, noche para las plantas. Hay que bajar la humedad tanto como se pueda durante esas horas en la que sube tanto.

Die Seittriebe beginnen nun in die Breite zu gehen und kommen allmählich gut hervor. Die unteren Triebe wurden rausgeschnitten, damit die Pflanze nun ihr Potential nach oben entfalten kann.
