01-11-2021: Good afternoon everyone... here we are again. My Bruce Banger will be ready in a week so I thought... I can probably germinate some seeds. I still have a lot of them (thanks to zamnesia) Every now and then I also post a report on Growdiaries and since you can only enter a competition there by using only one Strain I decided to put a round of Wedding Cake. I wanted to grow this variety when I still got my seeds from seedstockers, but found it too expensive at the time. Now I had two fish vouchers from zamnesia, each one good for 5 Wedding Cake Auto seeds. I didn't really like AFs per se (although I enjoy the result every day) so I called them and asked if I couldn't get Photos instead of Autoflowers... That was no problem at all, so I now have 10 have seeds. I have not yet found a method of germination on Hydro that works well for me, so we're going to do it in the most reliable way for me... old-fashioned in Cocos plugs. I let it fill itself with acidified (PH5.9) water and then provided each plug with a seed. I now put this under a 60W purple LED lamp that I still had from my very first cultivation attempt. Once they are up (I'm guessing/hope with a week) these will go into my budget system to grow there under 480W LM301H panels for a few weeks but with only 12 hours of light. The idea is to move these to the large closet as soon as they are about 4 weeks old, but that is not necessarily a requirement because you can also remove the lamps from that loft and move them to this room. That depends a bit on the size. What I'm going to test this round is how good/bad 12/12 from seed is doing in Hydro. Since most feeding schedules with hydro assume that you only pre-grow 1 week, I thought I might as well rule out that one week. In addition, from the moment the roots emerge from under the net pots, I want to increase the EC to 1.5 fairly quickly. I like small stocky plants without having to scrog. Maybe I'll top and maybe even mainline, but that depends entirely on the development of the ladies. In any case, there will be no feeding computer for the first few weeks (a bluelab Guardian) and as growth food they are given Hy-Pro Hydro A/B with Calmag (4-4-1 ratio). I expect very low temperatures in space so it won't be a banger. I have the impression that a correct root temperature compensates to some extent. I'm still looking for a way to transport the ladies in the right way (or I have to find a way to be able to use the same net pots in both systems). But that is of later concern. Since I only have 1 pre-growth room and 1 flowering room, I will put these ladies in a kitchen cupboard for the next week. The Bruce Banger goes on Sunday and then I can put them in there. The idea is to continue breeding on 12/12 from now on. After six weeks, new seeds will always germinate and no more than 5 at a time. I now make a round with originally 15 ladies, 3 of them were left behind in such a way that I took them out (to prevent rot) with the probable cause of too little light. 5 Planting will probably yield a little less, but hey, I can't finish it otherwise. And now my friends are very happy with my clearing days but of course that is not what I grow for. In addition, it also hurts a bit to give away 3-4 ounces after so many months of work. The last 100 meters shallow hahaha. The vegetative growth and bud formation are good I believe we will have at most 15 more days for plants # B1 # B2 # B4 # B5. Plant # B3 has small white pistils and, due to its structure, there is no way for it to be a photoperiod so it will have more days than its sisters. **UPDATE: B3 finally starting flowering with 66 Days ***UPDATE: 68Days flush Plants OK

This cycle was all along a great pleasure. The plants developed MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED, the result under the Q6W-Gen. 2 LED lamps from SANlight is FANTASTIC. I have NEVER harvested more from plants of the same strain under HPS and the quality of the bud (trichomes, taste aroma) is MUCH BETTER when grown under LED, my decision is definitely made, I will continue to solemnly grow with LED-lights in the future. I harvested 2250 gram of Shiva Skunk and 3009 gram of Serious Kush, that a total amount of 5259 gram. In relation to the 3000 Watts (incl. dimmed part!) power of the LED-lights thats an AMAZING 1,753 gram per Watt.

Second week of vegetation they are going very well and lets see how it goes

9/22 topped them at 4th node. some of them are looking better for mainlining that others. some of them i may not mainline and others i left an extra node in case i want to keep clones around. #1 is looking happy with the topping and looks really good. #2 is the only one thats been praying and is the tallest and strongest looking all around. #5 short and such tight internodal spacing that it makes it hard to see whats all there. just looks like a bunch of small leaves until they grow out. i may not mainline this one either be cause of it being so tightly packed it may make it 9/27/24 day 20 theyre growing quite well. #1 i ended up taking the bottom nodes. i was originally goi g to use them as clones later on but decided to just let her go with her 4 nodes. #5 is so tightly packed, she has like 8 mains all in such a small space, its hard to even make sense of it all.

D85/FD57 - As per last weeks update, no real change in the SCP. Pistils peaching up so ripening beginning. The Cull of the Cookies has brought down the humidity by 10-15% in the tent so hopefully that will lend itself to saving these girls from "The Cheese"!!! Couple of really decent colas in there so I would be heartbroken binning bud like I did with the cookies!!! With the work last night culling the Cookies, I was lazy tonight, just did an add back (Didnt clean the ilma out like I do every week). Put in at normal ratio's but as the base water was EC0.7 (Rather than 0.2), the same recipe took me up to 1.5 (I should have adjusted but seeing as I dont know whats out, i'd rather give enough of whats needed and just dilute through the week (even if daily!!!). Expecting water consumption to drop now with the cookies halved in size and now just waiting on the ripening! Anyway, happy growing all!!! 💪

12-13 Friday the 13th before Christmas. Kinda neat. Well lets see how I set up this ride. Watered around 2.5 l. Weird, to full saturate my pot, without run off AND to feel the bottom of the pot wet-ish. Anyways. 5ml cal/mag, 1 ml drops of balance, 3/8 tsp-ish recharge and 1 ounce EM1. Hopefully coasting and watching them swell. Scc still getting taller. Sheesh 12-15 Big plain water, I strike again 😂 Saw some yellow tips, at first I figured hungry, makes sense, top dress due. Let check the run off and see where we stand. NOPE, slight burn. GD!! Ppm 1580 ph 6.6. so now they both around 900 ppm. Bulk time. Coulda waited a week and then top dress. Maybe next time I can think and check my run off before I top dress. Even if youre not supposed to in organic. Ok rambling. 😁😂🤘 .

This plant seems to have grown much denser and better than my first plant. I just got the ac infinity ventilation setup with controller 69 for my 2x2, still trying to learn, hopefully grow #3 goes even better. Stay tuned

11/6 Fed and watered. Each took a full gallon. 11/8 They are really drinking up the water. They were dry already so I watered each with a full gallon. 11/10 Watered each with a full gallon 11/13 Watered and fed each with a gallon.

The trim was easy✂️ The smell is very nice with citrus,pine & Diesel🍋🌲⛽️ The buds are fat & sticky full of resin🤩
