More haircuts this week! I am very aggressively trying to keep up with the canopy growth. I'm continuing to remove the small branches underneath the canopy - more or less stripping the undergrowth, while defoliating around the growth sites that have made it to the canopy surface. I'm unsure of how much more growth to wait for before I send her into flower. Maybe next week? Who knows! Not me! Hah! Happily accepting any advice from any experienced main-liners out there! 😉 She's been super thirsty - I have to add a gallon every few days to keep up! I also started adding some p31 Microbes to the reservoir to see what I can see. 😎

Today is day 38 of vege and I’m gonna let them another 1 more week and then they will go to Flowering stage. In three of these, 91 Octane is massive and the second is Banana Daddy but Sugar Cane is also growing healthy and happy cuz she make more branches.

The plant started off good. Unfortunately the environment wasn't the best to begin with but overall I think with the deficiencies still present. It turned out okay. This was grown with just the standard grow micro bloom. Due to covid, I was unable to order additional macro nutrients. Yeilds suffered as a result but overall happy for my first grow.

Just started them all on the Green Buzz Liquid Organics and will run it the rest of the way. I'm not going to add much to the line just some calmag, enzymes maybe terpinator I have to experiment with it a little bit. The first feed went extremely well the plants instantly reacted within an hour after the feed especially the next day. The additives in this line barely raised PPM at all which I liked. It also doesnt stink like other liquid organics I've used. These are doing good the big one seems to be flowering faster than the first run from seed with this cut. The second one is still completely untrained and the 3rd one is the weakling. Day 21 of bloom. Added in a shot of the feed chart I'm using from G Buzz, white board is where I record the run off values especially during the flush👍

Ok had a long week various problems with humidty and temp issues led me to upgrade tent from 1.2 x 1.2 to a new 2.4 x 1.2 x 2.0 also changed the flower lights to the x 2 viparspectar 450 reflectors along with the new white lighting 315 watt cdm all in one light with there 4k flower pro bulb the plants are loving the new space and abundance of lights any tips comments etc feel free to msg

17.3.25: I've starred a Hulkberry auto. This was the first pack of seeds I bought! I realised it was mostly sativa, but now I'm ready to give it a go! Made my soil mix, which I will update next week. This grow went beautifully other than the strain I was also running ended up being a hermie and pollinated this one. She really didn’t produce much seed and focused on putting on weight surprisingly enough. So I decided to finish her out and see what happens, gotta say I’m glad I did! Will be without a doubt the biggest yielding plant I’ve grown indoor from seed. ******after 4-5 day drying period******* 6oz in the photo however this is just the tops and a few select lower buds that were sizeable! Still have the whole lower portion hanging in the garage. I’ll update with a full dry weight in a week after she get in some jars.

After 2 weeks I chose my favorite plant of the three and prepared her for the Autopot. Now she needs to root this pot for another 2 weeks before we can turn on the Aqua Valve and the tank. DLI 30

First CBD is cut! Trichomes were gettin amber. Very small plants, low harvest. Second gurl is still under the lights. I will probably let her keep goin, let her turn amber, get a bigger harvest... I hope... She doesn't move a lot... 11/09 trichomes still ok on the 2nd one

Week 8 of flower is in the books and this show is quickly coming to an end. I said last week we had about 7-10 days and I was spot on at the 10 day mark. I was only wrong about the order. The cheese is ready to chop before the rest and the gorilla cookies, cherry Bomb and lemon haze will follow in due course. The cheese is a beast and it’ll take a little time to get it all run through the bowl trimmer. At least the big one goes first. Her tallest colas have foxtailed like mar, despite the late supercrop. You can tell where the sweet spot for the light is at about 10” distance from the canopy. Any closer than that and the tails begin to show prominently. It’s a good example of just how close you can get to these fixtures with a little bit of prior experience. It’s been noted for the next run😎👍😎. The res. is on an h2o2 only flush for the remainder until the rest are ready to come down. Not a moment too soon either - the pollen chucking project has stalled out waiting for these girls to finish and now that we’ll have a little extra room, we can start running our cuts in the aerocloner🤟. Not long at all now folks. Thanks for tagging along through all this. Learned a bunch about this system and we’re back to hardware mode to make some serious improvements for the next run🤙😎. I love hardware mode😉. Background/Repetitive Nonsense The strain line up on this grow is look’n quite saucy 😈. We’ve got 2 FB strains this time around - Gorilla Cookies (seems we always have some GSC cross in the works). Mainly because the colours look stellar and remind me of a sugar breathe we did last year that was 🔥. The other FB is their original Cheese strain... because we already smoked all our cheese... and we really like our cheese...😉. Emerald triangle was kind enough to include a freebie of Lemon Haze. Wasn’t really big on the list but we haven’t done a haze strain to write home about yet so worth a go👍. The last is a Cherry auto from Bomb seeds that we’ve been trying to get to for months. Each week, we’ll try to expand on some of the benefits of each, as well as any limiting factors or considerations that need attention when pondering purchase. Already I can say that both are high quality products in terms of overall craftsmanship. MarsHydro 2x4 Grow Tent: Excellent construction in terms of durability. Reinforced stitching on the zippers and corners ensures zero tearing. Conveniently placed screen vents and intake/exhaust ports. The ceiling exhaust port only exists on the right side. Perfect for me but not great if you’re running exhaust from the top on the left side (left side wall port makes up for this however). The aluminum frame is rigid enough to support the weight of the lights and accessories. Once you have some weight in the tent, she’s go’n nowhere and you can assemble and break it down in record time if moving or stashing the grow op. Only limiting factors I’ve noticed is that temp. Control will be an issue for a tent. It just doesn’t have the same insulating ability as a wood cabinet or other permanent enclosed space. No worries, this is offset by a small desktop heater and keeps the environment exactly where desired. The other issue was a production problem - the ceiling vent was accidentally stitched into the corner seams on the assembly line. Again, no real issue - just pulled it out with no damage or fraying to the tent or port👍. Closest comparable to it that I’ve seen would be spiderfarmers line of qbs. They feature the same top-o-the-line components and roughly similar spectrums. Where VS takes the advantage is in the convenience of the dimmer nob which is easily accessible and works great at 50% with no strobing👍. The heat sink is also larger which contributes to lower temps. That’s not a good thing in my case but beneficial for most folks. I can already say that this will be a great fixture through all stages of growth. Where I know this light will excel will be in the veg. Stage for sure. Dimming function gives seedlings a much better chance of success with the ability to use lower lighting levels early on and the coverage area on a 240w is great. The average grower will find this panel suitable and fitting to their needs in a 2x4 grow space although I’d suggest 2 units if going any larger than that. The total output in this space equates to about 30w/sq.ft. Which is a decent amount of coverage based on power vs. Growprint. Ideal for veg. Certainly but, in flower - I tend to run closer to 50-60w/sq.ft to achieve higher yields. Again, similar fixtures have performed admirably in the past and while this wouldn’t be considered an “entry-level” fixture, I’d recommend that any grower new to the game not skimp on lighting and start with one of these. The price points are a great value for quality LED tech. These days, so there’s little reason to even consider a lesser fixture👍. I have no detail on limiting factors for this light as yet but have heard that stock branded fixtures don’t necessarily incorporate enough red diodes. I’ve seen no issue myself but confess - I’m no lighting guru. She has stopped stretching and is now focusing on developing her flower, and her smell is starting to shine; sweet floral. She has a a nice structure, but she is a little bushy as the top, which will reduce the light penetration just below the canopy, so I have added under canopy lighting to supplement this. Notes: - She has been moved into the 3x3 on a 12 hour light schedule, to give her more space. - I have added under canopy lights to help increase the PPFD at the lower bud sites.

there is a significant increase in growth after bending the upper cola, as compared with the sativa, the WB grows and blooms much faster, very grateful to your advice, everything is clearly illuminated, on the next allotment I think to add some ice and shed everything with cold water, the flavor is very strong, for three days I made leaf clippings on the lower part of the plant, fertilized 2-3 times a week, I try to add less than the specified norm, I don’t feel like leaves, I feel as you can see it’s not very bad, I feel this variety will be closer to the harvest than the neighboring sativa, it pleases, and I feel the harvest will not be bad) Well, we are waiting for 7 weeks, wish me luck)
