Hey fellow green thumbs! 🌿💚 It’s harvest time for our Auto Fat Pete’s Cookies from Super Sativa Seed Club! After an exciting journey, we’re thrilled to share the details of this unique plant’s final stage. Let’s dive into the harvest report! 🌟 Harvest Details: Day 75: Harvest Day • Harvest Date: Day 75 • Harvest Method: Our Auto Fat Pete’s Cookies was harvested yesterday. While the flowers turned out less dense than expected, the amazing smell has us super curious about the final product. 🌿🌸 • Preparation: Before hanging, we meticulously cleaned the plant, removing all leaves without trichomes to ensure a smooth drying process and to enhance the quality of the final product. 🌿✂️ Current Drying Process: • Method: The entire plant is now hanging upside down to dry. This method helps maintain moisture levels within the buds, allowing for a slower and more even drying process. 🌿🔄 • Environment: • Temperature: 18-22°C (65-72°F) • Humidity: 50-60% Maintaining these conditions is crucial for achieving a perfect dry and preserving the plant’s aromatic and flavorful profile. 🌡️💧 🌟 Plant and Bud Characteristics: Auto Fat Pete’s Cookies: • Bud Structure: The buds are not as dense as we’d hoped, but they are still sticky and resinous, showcasing a beautiful array of green hues with hints of purple and orange pistils. • Aroma: The aroma is incredibly strong and delightful, filling the grow room with a sweet, cookie-like scent that hints at the strain’s name. 🌿🍪 • Trichomes: A generous layer of trichomes covers the buds, promising a flavorful and aromatic final product. 🌿✨ 🌟 Care Tips: • Drying Process: Patience is key. Allowing the plant to dry slowly will enhance the final quality, preserving both flavor and potency. Ensure good airflow around the hanging plant to prevent mold and mildew. 🌬️💧 • Trimming: Once the drying process is complete (typically 10-14 days), it will be time to trim the buds. This is where we’ll shape the final product and get it ready for curing. ✂️🌿 • Curing: After trimming, curing the buds in jars for at least 2-4 weeks will further enhance the flavor and smoothness. This final step is essential for achieving the best possible smoking experience. 🍁 🌟 Genetics Spotlight: Auto Fat Pete’s Cookies: • Characteristics: Known for its sweet and cookie-like aroma, this strain has shown remarkable aromatic qualities throughout the grow. Despite the less dense flowers, the strong scent and generous trichome coverage promise a high-quality final product. • Harvest Expectations: Sweet, aromatic buds with a rich flavor profile. The slower drying process will ensure the best possible preservation of cannabinoids and terpenes. 🌍🌿 Fun Fact: Did you know? 🌿✨ The aroma of a cannabis plant can be a strong indicator of its final flavor profile. Strains like Auto Fat Pete’s Cookies, with their unique and strong scents, often translate these aromas into delicious, flavorful buds. For a detailed grow guide and to see this strain in action, head over to my YouTube channel! 🎥✨ I share tips, tricks, and in-depth reviews to help you get the best results from your grow. This week’s harvest has been particularly intriguing, and I’ll be explaining the reasons behind the less dense flowers in detail. 👉 Join me on YouTube Link in my profile 👈 🌟 Conclusion: Harvesting Auto Fat Pete’s Cookies at Day 75 has been an interesting and rewarding experience. While the buds are not as dense as we hoped, the strong aroma and generous trichome coverage give us high hopes for the final product. With the plant now drying, we’re eagerly awaiting the final outcome. Stay tuned for updates on the drying, trimming, and curing process, and get ready for a sweet and aromatic harvest! Came in on Monday this week after first round of feeding the Friday before and the plants had all gone into full flower mode. They seem to be doing pretty good! It's been pretty hot this week but I feed just water every other day or when the soil is dry and feed them fertilizer every other watering with 1/4-1/2 strength

6/28 I had to water deeply despite watering thoroughly yesterday. This heat wave is supposed to pass today. We have had temps in the 90's. Ihate it but the girls seem to love it. RH is super high and controlling pm is a pain in the balls. When my connection is better I'll add my vid and photos. Still need a follow up preventative spray. BT is really awesome but super narrow and I've found random stink bugs, earwigs, crickets and grasshoppers as well as easily identifiable leaf damage. I'm thinking Spinosid. Save my PM stuff for PM. Tried checking my PH with a soil meter. The bags are basically just roots. The only two plants it read came to 6.5 which is strange because I usually run around 7.3. I'll certainly take it. If it's correct that is. RH 64 TEMP 84 6/29 Didn't water this morning due to a torrential downpour last night. Nothing broken after first glance. The thunder and wind woke me last night. This storm was horrific yet my plants still seem unaffected. Need to rearrange the cage. It will be a pain to have to move that ice cream cake. Maybe I could find a way to modify the cage outwards. I also need to move the plant in the tote in the back. Luckily I got back and watered before plants dried out. Noticed a FEW dead or yellow leaves on the middle interior of some plants. I upped dosage of growbig last feed and fed a little earlier. I'll go back to my normal feeding schedule and see what happens. Thing is the plants are getting huge so I would think increased nutes would help. Couldn't he lockout. Too much water. Maybe nutes in the soil are leaving? I'll figure it out. I temporarily pulled the stalk on the ice cream cake back and tied it to the posts to get it off the fence. 6/30. 90s again today. I deeply watered and noticed a couple more yellow leaves (bottom middlish). Only thing that was changed was feeding. I may go back to original schedule. Funeral today so I'll have to check things out later. UPDATE: Went back maybe sux hours after watering to find the grow bags dry. I reached my hand in the side and it's pretty much all roots. These high temperatures and wind are drying my plants out. No droop but the soil WAS dry. I watered again and plan to check again tonight. When temps go down I'll probably do a preventative Spinosid spray. 7/1 Watered and fed two gallons. Grow big at 1 1/2 tbsp. Still some yellow leaves on the interior. I'm talking like maybe five. Accidentally destroyed lace wing eggs. I knew it was something to keep an eye out for but I mistakenly thought it was BAD. Oh well it was just two eggs. I'm sure there are more. Tried measuring PH with soil meter but the only two plants that registered were 6.5 and 6.6. I believe the PH to be a bit higher. The bags are so full of roots it's hard to get a measurement. I know my soil and water WAS on point before my gauge broke. However I leave the 7.3 as that was about what the big ones tested at last time measured. 7/2 These are some resilient strains. Currently 54 degrees at 9am. It had been 80 or 90 in the last few days. Perfect rain today. A light shower all day. Obviously didn't water. Found a few yellow leaves but the plants look so good. The also seem to be stretching but it's far to early for the preflower stretch. I'll keep an eye out. Things are looking pretty good. Still need to move that plant in the back. 7/3 Watered today. Looks like it might rain but top soil was a little dry. Also noticed this site measures teaspoons not tablespoons which is how I measure. I'll need to adjust that. There's tell tale damage from a variety of pests (leaf hoppers, pillars, grasshoppers ECT.) So I think I'm going to do a spray within the next couple days. Im leaning towards Spinosid but Dr. Zymes supposably helps the PM as well. I'll do more research and update. 7/4 54 degrees and raining. Haven't checked the girls out yet today.

Hello. There were difficulties in growth. Corrected the mistakes of the past days. The ground was too wet. Very few useful items. 4 bush came to life. I'm fighting for the other three. I created a new report with the same sieve bank, but with a new earth.

This week I began to introduce the California Lightworks UVB bar to supplement my Solar System 550 LED. I initiated use by beginning with a 30 minutes on time in the middle of my day cycle. I have since been increasing by 30 minutes each day. The color fade that's going on is absolutely stunning, but what even gets me even MORE excited is that the candy smell is getting stronger than ever! Maz is my keeper pheno and front runner for any fun breeding projects in the future. I also shared my stress-test side project I had going on behind the scenes to put these genetics through some stress in an attempt to test the stability of these genetics. I am blown away at how resilient these clones were! I am also excited to see that even under harsh conditions, the natural structure of my prize pheno is strong af 💪 💪 💪. It was fun a little project 💜☺️🌱

I continue to see yellow leaves and cannot figure out the root of it. I can't tell if its a nutrient deficiency or a PH issue, if the nutrients that I add do no suffice then I will go get some PH down, as my soil PH is slightly high at 7.0, but I would not believe that could be the cause of it, only time will tell. To end on a more positive note, even with some yellow leaves some of these plants are bursting with life, and starting the 3rd week with some monster leaves for such a young plant. *UPDATE* We are now currently near the end of the weeks and the plants are beginning to truly thrive with some nice stalks and an explosion of colas. The yellowing seemed to stop now that I give it a regular supply of nutrients, also trimmed off any excessively yellow leaves. I did some very light pruning as well to allow more light to the newer colas and may have accidentally topped to runt plant way too early haha whoops so lets just hope for the best for the little guy.

I'm slowly running into the problem that the RUNTZ is just getting too big. The buds could be developing a bit better. I was really unsure whether the seeds were just the feminized variety, but they are definitely automatics. It's really insane how well and massively the genetics grow. It's just crazy!

The plants were fed 3 days ago for the last time.. after the soil has dried, only flawless finish will go (probably from tomorrow) for the next 10-12 days, how long will it last... Glookies has a strong, exotic smell, it smells a lot like melon, sometimes a little like coffee... the smell is intense and can be felt even at 40-50 meters, especially at night... it is currently in full potency, some 90% trichomes are cloudy-milky and sometimes amber, when it is removed it will be exactly what an indica dominant hybrid should be... Dos Si Dos 33# also smells a bit like melon, but I think it will completely lose that smell by the end, no lime, citrus and mint as it says, it smells mostly like gelato, which makes sense because it's genetics, but I like it...it's like I planted gelato lol...but unfortunately I won't leave it as long as it requires because the weather won't allow it, I'll take it down in 12 days at the latest because after that the temperatures will go up to 3 degrees Celsius at night, the humidity will go over 70 , it's going to rain, there's no point in keeping it longer than that, I'm just increasing the risk of mold, and it's not like I haven't already thrown away a couple of moldy heads...50% of the trichomes are cloudy-milky, the rest are transparent and some amber... I hope that by the end it will be able to achieve at least full potency because time will not allow for more amber These plants are real viking warriors, they didn't miss a bit of stress, but thank the dear Gods, it was reflected in the potency, and not in the production of seeds... this season is the worst season I've ever experienced, and so are my plants ...throughout the season they were under stress, and I was under even more stress...the weather in May and June was cold, without enough sun, temperatures were low, constant rain, ice and storms...after that came abnormal temperatures that easily exceeded 60 degrees Celsius in the direct sun....drought for almost 3 months, without a drop of rain, on the hottest days some plants drank 100+ liters of water, including food, I couldn't believe it with my own eyes... outdoor this year cost me more than if I did indoor... there were a lot of storms throughout the season... the last storm completely uprooted 3 of my plants and I had to take them down... of course I didn't manage to cut that much grass in time, so I ended up with over 600 g of dry moldy gorilla zkittlez( that's about it, the quarter that I cut gave 150 grams of dry matter, so I realized that there was no reason to continue cutting) it got worse because I didn't have time to cut it, and it was soaked from the rain... I still can't complain even if I I don't like the smell, I'm not a fan, it's potent and the work is relaxing and divine, I managed to save about 20 grams without it being touched at all... I have more strains that have been in jars for some time, but this is not the place for them now, I will certainly include some footage of them in jars as well...all the strains are superb and each is beautiful in its own way...I couldn't stop I decide on just one... dos si dos 33, runtz x layer cake, glookies and mimosa x orange punch I'm definitely planting again in the future.. I'm also interested in what barney's amnesia lemon is like because I really like this one, so next year I'll probably plant it too Dos si dos is about 120 cm tall, glookies 2 m These two plants had additional stress unlike the others which also didn't suffer...they were in smart pots, staked and one morning I go for a tour and see the plant broken, and the pot torn all the way, like a beast that was there.. .did some wild animal fly over there and got tangled up and uprooted it all... and it was as if someone had cut it with a knife, after a few days the same with the other plant, the same completely... then I seriously started to i mean someone is casting a spell on me lol then they were transplanted in early bloom into direct soil Then glookies was transplanted to a place with much less sun than it was in, but at that moment I couldn't choose, what is there is..

Germination was very simple, paper towel for 40 hours. I always use a few sprinkles of Mycorrhizal Inoculant to boost the first stage of the growth when they are moved to the cups.Every 6 hours i check for water and humidity.

She got into trouble in the dwc, root rot and high pH. As she fed, the ppm went down but the pH rose quickly, and due to being busy trying to complete my grow room, she was neglected for a couple days and started to turn yellow at most of the lower tips and leaves. All those damaged branches was removed and used to make clones , and a slow defloliation and transfer to super soil, she bounced back very nicely. She's in the first week of flower but official, 8 weeks since planted, due to recovery and reveg time of 4 weeks. It's 8-12 weeks for full flower period.

Calcium deficiency on one plant because of LED light. Must have been repotted 24-48h sooner. The girls look pretty healthy despite of that :-)

Aug 17: Auto Overdose is a nice plant but it’s not an auto. I started this one late and only topped it once thinking it was an auto. Other growers have noticed it isn’t an auto too, so I forced it in the dark garage. Flowering has to be started by the end of July here or it won’t finish in the fall. The flowers are forming quickly and I suspect this is actually Overdose Fast. So far so good, and good genetics for a Fast plant. Aug 18: no UV light today unfortunately but it was decently sunny. Scrog net certainly seems like a good idea. This plant is asymmetrical because I broke one of the two main stems a couple weeks after topping. This changed the shape of the plant so it’s become one-sided as if I was growing it up against a wall. Lots of nice lower branches came up so she looks pretty good now.

I started germination of 1 orange sherbert bean on 29/12/2020. I pre moistened my rockwool cubes with ph balanced water to 6.4. Made sure the plug was just damp and not soaked. Using a small wooden dowel I increased the size of the plugs pre made hole. Than I sowed my bean into the hole. Ripped off a small piece of rockwool and mulched it up. Lightly filled the hole in with the mulched rockwool. Than stuck the plug into a misted humidity dome, to complete germination. Shouldn't take anymore than 4-5 days to see a sprout. Once I see some cotlydon leaves bursting to the surface. I will get the plug planted into some 1 gallon pots. Plus get this lady situated into her home. Cant wait! Some Background information on history with Orange Sherbert. I have grown orange sherbert out 3 times and all times had the same result. A shorter extremely branchy robust plant. That dominated the room. Loves training and really ups yeilds doing so. She produces an amazing canopy... just a sea of daggers. Her huge chunky colas pack and amazing orange tangy aroma and just taste like heavenly candy! Barneys Farm hit the nail on the head with this variety! She tends to have a little higher demand for potassium mid flower than most varieties. So a bit heavier on the pk booster and she will be mighty happy! Just a fabulous strain to work with.
