Veg week 2. Everything Looks good.

Gut in Blüte angekommen, sehr klebrig und Geruchs intensiv.

Week 9 showed clear progression into the final ripening stage. Bud size didn’t change much visually, but trichome development advanced noticeably. 🌸 Most trichomes turned milky, giving the plants a slightly white, frosty appearance. Light intensity remained stable at ~1100 PPFD. Environment stayed consistent at ~26°C and ~50–52% RH. Both plants were watered every 2–3 days with RO water + CalMag, based on pot weight. 💧 During this week, Apricot #2 developed rust-colored / yellow spots on smaller leaves near the buds, which led to a precautionary flush. Both plants were flushed once thoroughly with water + CalMag at around pH 6.5 to reset the medium. After flushing, the issue did not worsen. Phenotype observations: Apricot #1 continues to look healthy and stable, with a compact structure and consistent bud development. Apricot #2 shows the earlier leaf spotting but remains stable overall. Buds continue to swell and maintain good density. Aroma intensified further this week. The Apricots are now producing a strong sweet, fruity, tropical smell, becoming very noticeable in the tent. 🙂 The Amnesia Skittlez in the same environment appears slightly behind in development, with smaller buds and less pronounced trichome production at this stage.😊

Pulled her at day 55 of flower which is earlier than I expected. I was planning on pushing 70 days but the trichomes on the tops and mids had a good amount of amber on them. Final smell is the most common phenotype - maple syrup and butter smell. Quite strong smelling too. This plant started off very stunted due to the hull of the seed remaining stuck to the cotyledon leaves for around ten days after germination. It deprived the cotyledon leaves of light to photosynthesize and also caused them to warp. Many people would have restarted possibly. The genetic expression on this one ended up being quite wonderful. I’m really excited for when she’s dried up and cured enough to vape some of it in around 2 weeks. I’m super happy with the combo of my soil and blumat. The worms in the soil seem healthy and abundant which seems indicative of really healthy soil.

This week we start with some LST... The second Runtz didn't make it, so I've thrown it away now.

Week 9 (aka day 63) According to the strain report, today would of been the day of harvest (if perfectly grown) Since I am not a master grower, it appears she needs more time. ha She is coming along great though! Super frosty and the flowers along the stems are starting to pack on weight. According to other grow diaries I've read, the harvest day will probably be in one month 3/3/21 (12 weeks total) If you notice my tent is a bit crammed, that's the only thing that's not ideal lol I am watering every three days with 6.0 phd water with 1 tablespoon of molasses and 1 teaspoon of SuperNova mixed into a gallon or more of water. Grandes acontecimientos, debido a la baja, por nacer macho, de una de mis plantas de la carpa principal, ahora esta gitanilla enjoyada ocupa un lugar de primera división y pasa a competir con otras siete plantas cultivadas en macetas de 11L, la gitanilla la cultivo en una maceta de 7L, pero ella está dispuesta a demostrar lo que vale, al tiempo he cambiado el horario a 12/12h... a jugar! Esta semana la planta ha estirado casi otros 20cm, las ramas son muy recias y yo la estoy intentando domar con ataduras por todos lados, pero esta gitana está dispuesta a mostrar toda la rebeldía que lleva en la savia. El consumo de agua es brutal y a la planta le encanta comer variado, yo cocino para ella con pasión. This week I alternated watering from plain RO and RO plus calmag. Clones are showing roots and I will transplant into solo cups tomorrow. Trellis net for flowering tent is set up. Just a waiting game now :)

Topped the plants this week. I didn't top the first plant because well it topped itself already. It even seems like it's doing it again. When you look at the top foto the left shoot seems to be splitting again. Very curious to how it will develop, but i'm a little worried because the main stem looks a little bit thin. The fifth plant has some yellow discoloration which i dont's see on the other plants.

Chopped on day 82, and dried for 8 days. Produced 27.9 grams (1 Oz) of flower. The yield isn't great, but it's my fault due to stressing and transplanting the plant. I had to fix her and by time she was back on track, the yield was severely impacted. However, the quality seems great. Now time for curing.

I love this pheno compared to the other hard diesel pheno #2 this one has a beautiful structure, and the buds are very dense hard and sticky as hell, the aroma it's really strong and stinky, I would definitely run her again, gea seeds always provides high quality strains and seeds to the growers!
