2/1 - 2/4: Flushed both MPP's on Monday and put the skinnier one in the dark Thursday night. Tomorrow is the end of the line for her. I'll probably let the big fat one go til next weekend. Just started this journal, this is my 3rd grow in this box, experimenting with 3 toppings for 8 main colas

Plants are growing at full speed and still looking good, roots grew so fast it's already time for a new transplantation. This time I did repot into 15L fabric containers (by Gronest). Medium is still made of pure soil (LightMix by BioBizz) then enriched with GreenBuzLiquids nutrients.

I've moved lights towards them, so now the lights are 15 cm above them. I've moved a fan a little bit higher, so the wind is not too strong for them now. Hope she will be well now.

After 35 days of vegetation we send them into Flower. They get 2 hours less light every day until we reached the day/night-cycle 12/12 hours. we have noticed that they have already started their stretch. they grow 5-10 cm every day. We water them with bio grow for the first time.

So despite many obstacles and hurdles, we are on the last week of flowering hopefully the heat stays down for the next few days, and I can get some color into these nugs the sativa Room may need a few more weeks no big deal. This is typical of sativa leaning strains. this will give me a bit of a stagger in between harvest so I don’t have to do all the work in one day which is a good thing .

In this diary we will dedicate ourselves to Watermelon. 😀 I would like to thank James of the Royal Queen Seeds for sending me these strains. 🙏 LET'S START FIRST WITH THE FARM SET-UP: Box - Secret Jardin DS120W 120x60x178 Lights - MIGRO 200+ Ventilation - Blauberg Turbo - E 100 Filter - Primaklima filter PK 100/125 Fan - Oscillating Koala Fan Humidifier - Beurer LB 45 Soil - BIOBIZZ Light - Mix Pot - 11L AirPot Seed - Royal Queen Seed Nutrition - BioBizz and RQS Organic nutrition A few words about Watermelon Automatic. The breeders from RQS set out with the intention of crafting a strain that lights the taste buds on fire. To achieve such a tantalizing terpene profile, they selected two of the most flavorful parent strains available: Tropicanna Cookies and Lemon OG. Both of these varieties are packed full of limonene, myrcene, and other fruity and earthy molecules. Watermelon Automatic emerged with a genetic makeup of 75% indica, 20% sativa, and 5% ruderalis. The speedy autoflowering strain managed to inherit all of the tasty terpenes from her ancestors. These are the characteristics, we will now see what it will look like on my small farm. LET THE DIARY START OFFICIALLY: 14/01/2021. Planting. After cleaning the Farm (GrowBox), I prepared everything I needed. Soil is a Light-Mix from BioBizz, Air-Pot's, Organic Additives that I mix with soil. From the beginning of this hobby, I use only organic fertilizers. I used 11L pots, to which I added 50g Easy Boost Organic Nutrition, 10g Easy Roots Rhizobacter and 5g Easy Roots Mycorrhizza Mix to the soil and mixed everything well. After that I soaked the soil well with water, made a small hole, laid the seed inside and lightly covered it with soil. After planting is completed, they enter their new home. As I wrote earlier, in addition to Watermelon, there are two more Purple Punch Auto on the Farm to keep him company. The temperature in the Box at that time was 23 degrees and the humidity was slightly below 45%, so I will have to put humidifier to raise humidity. Farm: 24.7 degrees - 55% humidity I'm quite late with the publication of the diary, the reason is the large number of photos I take and then I need to find time to put everything in a pile, along with the notes and type everything nicely. Week 5 started July 24, 2022 Growth is still strong into week five, I see no pre flowering, I think that is because she started really slowly due to me getting used to this new light, etc. July 27, 2022 Smells like lime sherbet up in here. LST, light defoliation to get some light on the lower colas. Really watered in today for the first time soaking the media, she is stretching and I see maybe some hairs for pre-flower - hope not too too soon though, I'd like more height than nine inches before she fully stretched

All looks good after the slow start i had lst planned, but since the nodes are short i'll keep it this way. first signs of flowering is visible too now, very eager to see how she progresses

Moved into the big tent under my good lights and they are really rocking now. Going to give them a full strength flowering tea this week because i'm starting to show a little K and P deficiencies starting, but only in the mexican airlines. Either they got the weak part of the soil batch, or they are just heavier feeders. Knowing fast buds, they are just hungry girls! So far so great, the fruity funk smell is really picking up this week and the structure of the bushier pheno looks like i'm going to pull roughtly 90-100 grams dry off of her if she bulks up well. Super excited!

Plant packing on the weight, trichomes starting to form. Some fan leaves have dried up and fallen off, bringing new light to the bud sites! Little splash of big bud added, to try keep the weight on.
