She had a great week! Not too much bud development, but seeing that she's mostly sativa, and I'm only really seeing a couple of brown pistils, I'm fine with her taking her sweet time! On Day 73 (39 flower) I installed a small co2 bag above my circulating fan; not sure how well it'll work, but a couple of my taller colas have been a little too close to my light but I didn't want to raise the Lumatek because I was getting really good amounts of light on the entire rest of the plant. Her colas are all super impressive and long. I really cannot wait to see how they turn out. I'm thinking 2/3 more weeks but who knows! Not much else to say really, she's getting really frosty as you can see from the pictures, other than that I'm just waiting for her to fatten up & ripen. Really wishing I did an indica strain but this seed was all I had as it was left over from my pops' last seed order. WEEK 8 Finally calibrated my ph meter and get everything sorted. Ph is now 5.5 but it should slowly building up to 6.0 I lightened the feeding because of some signs of overfeeding but nothing too dramatic. Very strong citrusy smell. One of the plants is incredibly frosty for it's age and all buds look pretty dense so I can't wait what is gonna happen over next few weeks. Giving them pretty much max recommended dose of CANNA BOOST so I hope it's gonna give me some good results in terms of taste and smell. :) Oh and I finally got new 600W bulb

Day 101 Sorry for the entire week missing but i was facing a lot of troubles.. starting from the heat stress that made foxtailing one apical and burned a lot of tips ( a heat wave arrived last week and the temps in the box peaked at 31°C, i had to start using the ac ), going trough a lot of lower branches removal because was really too filled down there, ending in a savage calcium deficency that hitted both of them causing more leaves damages (now i'm adding silica and calcium/magnesium in the "only ro" watering days). After coming back from my vacation and expecting some very nice growth on the plants I'm very slightly disappointed. I've grown these plants before so I know the structure and how well they will swell in the latter part of their growth. However these things have begun to stunt. I did make a very slight change to my regiments swapping out H2O2 for bleach instead to sterilize. After reading numerous articles and people ranting and raving about it I decided I would try it for myself. It does appear that it does keep the roots very nice and white and the reservoir nice and clean tables without algae however it comes at the cost of quantity of the final product. I will not be using this going forward.

The ladies were flushed on the 68th and will be flushed again on the 71st. Analyzing the resin with a magnifying glass, I think we will not have a harvest before the 75th. B3 this blooming I think she will be looked after with more than 80 or 83 days.

Soo week 2 girls seem to be doing good ! Been faffing around with temps and humidity as struggling to get a stable reading for both especially with the weather getting more hot! But will keep trying to get this spot on l. Will be re potting The zkittles this week I reckon ! Update : With the addition of the RAM 5L humidifier the plants are loving it and the temperature + humidity is very stable and normally reads between 50 and 60 during the day and 40-50 when lights are off following this with the the temperature during day between 27 and 29 when lights are off stays between 20 and 23 I made some adjustments such as going down to 400 watt on my ballast and it works well when it’s like an oven outside so quite happy with these readings as before my temp was over 30 and humidity would not get past 35! Week 3 slowly commences where the nutes will be introduced I have opted for plant magic ! Price was reasonable and after reading reviews it does bring results , I didn’t fancy spending too much on nutes as I’ve spent a load on everything else haha but hey we shall see how it goes Happy growing 😜🤩

A solid 13cm vertical growth this week but look at how much she has bushed out! I think she's going to make a very nice adult plant.

This week I harvested these two Quebec Black Bud, it was really a great experience. Its unique appearance and these colors charm us from start to finish. Calm in vegetation but surprises us in flowering. I can't wait to see the final product 😇 Harvest : Pheno #1 day 56 flowering 119 total Pheno #2 day 60 flowering 123 total Training : They have received my hand manipulation since day 8 and this every day to force them to grow bigger and stronger until the addition of the scrog. I started my base again on a manifold. For now I'm having fun like that, let's see later 😁 I'll leave you with these beautiful photos and come back to you later. After drying and curing I realize how the color is an intense purple almost black, The genetics are not called Quebec black bud for nothing. the buds are really compact, I know that with the auto pot system I give myself a chance that they will be denser but I believe that hard training leaves its mark.

Both phenoe are pushing on nicely. Really good growth from both phenos from 1 seed, 1 had more girt. So, there wasn't an exact even growth ratio. But no pheno was hammered in any way that affected its push through pre fower and into mid fattening. I expect another 3-4 weeks and I'll harvest. Atm there's a nice Lemon exotic smell. Really dank. Musky (earthy). And popping off fruits. Really lovely set of plants. Xpert nutrients are bringing out the best in my grows. They smell, taste and pretty much everything in that regard has improved. These are my new nutrients. As hard as I've been strain hunting. I've always used a different line of Nutrients per crop. And I'm glad to say. These are by far THE BEST nutrients I've used to enhance my crop. Feeds Are pretty much a week in week out with change (all explained with my weeks, DLI and other factors), master root/enzymes have been pult. Master Root no longer needed. Enzymes are all gone. Maintenance This wk, i applied LST bamboo sticks are have done some basic node bending to get the best out of the space in the area above and around its base.
