I had a horrible germination rate then the seedling I finally got was very weak. So I made the best of it, and finished the grow. Frosty buds nice color. Great smell. The Gen 1:11 nutrition works good. Was just the first time using it in DWC. Good looking nugs. Just not one of my best grows. A week with lots of activity from my side, from the Gorilla's side, not so much. She stays behind and I can't find any other reason than genetics/seed quality. She is in exactly the same conditions as the other girls. I'm letting her do her thing. She will give some weed, well see how much. Maybe she is a late-bloomer. She does look lush and healthy so we do not understand but are learning. I put in the scrog net since her roommates need it and lowered the lights and started giving more flowering feed. The light is still awesome, the amount it puts out. This SP- 3000 rocks and, wallet permitting, we will go for a second one. @MarsHydroLED might be so happy with the amount of coverage we give them, they'll send us another one 😏 If you haven't seen it yet and you are in the market for new gear, check out the Black Friday super sale on www.mars-hydro.com!! We are gonna see what happens coming weeks with this strain. So far I am a bit disappointed and didn't expect this from this strain. We will never know if it was the age of the seeds or something else. What I do know is, it was the last time I use a third party seedbank, it is apparently too hard to keep fresh stock with too many strains. Until breeders put a production date o the packaging. Isn't it time someone said that? Cause lets keep it real, we are talking seeds that in any other case would have a cost of production of fractions of cents per seed. We pay what? 3 to 5 to maybe even 20 dollars a seed for an exceptional strain? Is it then too much too ask to put a friggin expiry date on the package? Or store them cooled? The breeder that does that and arranges a deal with third-parties that overstock can be sent back, packaging recycled, in exchange for fresh stock. Like any other fresh trade. For an industry making what, a billion worldwide, it is remarkable how many are still in the stoner with a garage / 80's trailer park, backwater funfair warranty, kinda customer service. Me: i grow organic weed for 30 years, these seeds were old Seed dealer: Yes but you failed to do a raindance on the rising moon, no refund. Me: but its for cannabis? Weed industry: Yes why we charged you double! Me: wow no germination after paying 20 bucks for seeds? Industry: They are all stoners, they won't notice.... Me: but this bong is made from toxic plastics? Headshop: yeas but it has this crumbling image of a leaf, 20 dollar! Can they get their shit together? For god's sake, I've seen crack dealers with better PR and customer care. Someone do sumtin, take us out of the car boot era please?

This was an easy and productive run. The 2 plants grew up in an overcrowded environment, and as a result, they did stretch a lot. Nodes were spaced but this wasn't a real issue since they both produced a decent weight. Fun/Strange fact: the TOPped one produced 77 grams and the FIMmed one produced 84 grams, very close results with two different methods. I took a clone of the FIMmed one, and it's already 50cm tall, almost ready to flower. The buds are compact and solid as a rock, the earthy taste is hard to describe but 100% unique and yummy. I'm totally in love with this strain!

Day 49-56 (Day 50) I hooked up my carbon filter to the humidity controller and it is keeping the room exactly at 65-70% RH night and day. It looks like it turns on about every 45 minutes for about 5 minutes so it allows me to run the co2 bag properly. I don’t even have to use my dehumidifier. The room is 100% dark now too. Even the small red lights on the space heaters. Not going to feed anything other than foliars this week. (Day 51) Blackberry #4 & #8 #9 and white widows #2 & #3 are all confirmed males. Chopped them down and recycled the soil. White widow #1 is the first official female and I’m starting to see pistils on the m39/zkittlez too. Plants seem to be responding to the light fairly well. It’s hung 32 inches above the canopy which is as high as it can go without strapping it to the roof, which may have to happen one day. The plant can get within 6 inches of the light so I’m probably good. The ppfd output is 1800umols which is super high so I want to hang them as high as possible in veg. I wish I could rent a ppfd meter to see if I’m in range at 32”. (Day 52) Blackberry breath #3 is the first official bbb female to show. I decided to scrap BCTG #2. It sounded like a good strain but after looking at pictures of people who have grown it online, it doesn’t look up to my standards. I found a very small patch of powdery mildew on one of the leaves so I’m not even going to start with that shit again. I’m really thinking about scrapping the m39/zkittlez and the white widow too. I’m praying that I get at least 4 females of BBB. I tried super cropping for the first time today. A few of the branches I definitely squished a bit too much as they turned quite brown and looked dead within a day. (Day 53) Despite the m39/zkittlez vigorous growth, I know it will be a shitty strain that will most likely herm as it’s from a bag seed of low grade weed. I’ve decided instead of scrapping it, I will use it for experimenting with a new chemical powdery mildew preventative. If it dies oh well. I doused it and chopped a limb off a few hours ago during lights on and it seems fine. (Day 54) I’m about 90% sure BBB 6&7 are both female. #2 & #5 are looking like males but too early too tell. #1 is really tough to say. Just gotta be patient I guess. #3 has a great spread out structure, I hope it doesn’t stretch too much. The scrogging is a priority. I put up the scrog net just to see how it fits. It’s a little small around the edges but that’s fine. So it’s looking like out the 9, I would be lucky to get 4 fems if #1 & 7 would show forsure already. If #1 is a female I have my 4 and I can throw out the white widow. The white widow is just insurance at this point. Super cropped plants have recovered nicely. Going to continue doing this more. I’ve noticed that the plants that were put into my custom soil mix have very small fan leaves compared to the fabric pots of straight promix and dry amendments. Could also be the fabric pot is helping dry downs too. (Day 56) I’m seeing some yellowing so I’m going to give a foliar spray just too keep some deficiencies at bay. All of the plants are stunted except the m39 and bbb#3. Node spacing has also reduced significantly. I can’t help but feel it’s from the intensity of my lights but maybe they just need a transplant into some new soil something. Luckily the stunt and droop is only really happening to what I suspect are male plants anyway. Leaves are looking twisted and gnarled on #5. Going to move it into the veg tent for a while. I’m going to mix up and amend my Destiny/coco blend today and transplant bbb#3 and 6 & 7 in a few days. I mixed them up in contractor bags making sure to toss and turn vigorously. Here is my blend: 2 bags 40L Destiny soil 2 bags 40L coco 700ml glacial rock dust 700ml oyster shell flour 700ml nature’s pride bloom 300ml basalt rock dust 150ml langbeinite 150ml nature’s pride veg I am also going to try the Destiny top dress as it’s only 13 bucks a bag and full of good shit. I’m trying to not feed heavy in flower other than 2 or 3 top dresses and 2 teas and nothing after week 5. Because it’s taken so long for the plants to show sex, when I transplant into the 10 gallon pots, they should have more than enough nutrients too keep them going strong all the way through flower with just water. I’m a little skeptical about that though. Besides teas and dressings are fun. Everything should be broken down by week 8 or so. Will transplant in a few days.

The zipper material is a little cheap i think. Some of the black fabric from the zippers are fall of… lot of light leak. The velcro from the fabric tape to hang of the front door are to short.

I know it is only two weeks but compared to other auto flower plants during this stage I'm starting to think that all three of my girls are stunted. I did have an issue during week 1. My light wasn't 18 inches as Mars Hydro indicated. I still had my lights height at 24inches.

20/03: most of the plants are very near the end - there has been an issue with two kush - severe nute burn - I have hung them up to dry before the burn killed off any of the buds - will cut later this week and add the weight to the overall harvest. 1 more week nutes - 1 week flush and 1 week to dry. The white widow colas are blooming so that the stalks are unable to hold them up - added cable ties to keep everything in place

Here we go! All three Tropicana Cookies are progressing through flower with the #3 still struggling. The #1 and #2 plants are both doing well, and are definitely two different phenotypes. The #1 plant is taller, bushier, with leaves that have long thin 'sativa' like fingers. While the #2 pheno is shorter, flowered faster, and has leaves that have more of a 'indica' structure to them. 12/15- I am continuing to drain/clean/refill the reservoir every 5 days and will be doing that first thing tomorrow after their last feed of the cycle. The #3 plant seems to be getting some better color in her lower sections, but still looks like crap up top. The #1 and #2 plants continue to impress me with their vigor and development. 12/17- Yesterday, I drained/cleaned/refilled the AirCube reservoir with 80L of well water, and then added the usual combination of Plagron nutrients ( Cocos 'A' & 'B', Green Sensation and Royal Rush) giving a total solution strength of 950ppm which I then ph'd to 5.6 @ 68℉. 12/19- Week 6 of flower's history and we're only 2-3 more weeks away from the finish for these lovely ladies from FastBuds! 💚 Thank you for checking out my passion in life! HARVEST DAY!!!.... What a beautiful plant.. I can't wait to give her a taste.. Was expecting to push her another week.. But a closer look showed that there were alot of amber already.. Kinda hard to see them against the purple calyxes along with with the Mars Hydro TS 1000 on as well.. But she should be perfect! Oh I cant wait!!! Will be updating with the drying and curing as I go!!! So happy!!! 😭😭😭 Drying - Day 4... Ok so humidifier is definately not needed this time lol.. For a couple days the room and box were at 70% so I took the water and filter out of the humidifier and just running it as a fan to help move the air around the small room its drying in.. The box also has a very small and weak computer fan which is just pulling the air out SLOWLY but SURELY.. Now the humidity inside the box has been reading 66% constantly for the last 2 days! This will be my first harvest that doesnt dry in 3 - 5 days without a humidifer! Maybe cuz I watered that morning?? Idk.. But this is much better.. Hoping for at least a 7 day dry.. 10 or 12 would be nice.. But I doubt that very much lol.. Anyways.. Will still be updating as I go!!! Drying - Day 5... So I went ahead and trimmed all the smaller nugs and colas.. Leaving the 3 biggest colas (back of the box) to trim in the morning tomorrow. I wish I would have lollipopped some.. Alot of larfy, leafy nugs.. But still gonna smoke that shit! Lol.. Took about 2.5 hours to trim what I did today.. Keeping the trim (duh) to make some bubble hash.. Or maybe just gather the keif and press it.. Haven't made up my mind on that yet.. Either way it's gonna be some epic shit! The smell is still so amazing! You could probably fuck up the drying and curing and still smell the citus! Lol.. But I will still keep updating as I go! Drying - Day 7.. I went ahead and put some smaller nugs into a jar to see what they were reading.. Still way too high.. In about 8 hours it was reading 84% RH so they still got at least a couple more days drying. Drying - Day 8... Ok so I was feeling the nugs I already trimmed and jarred.. They feel pretty crispy. So I'm jarring them again today. I have trimmed up 2 more of the bigger colas but I can feel that they still have some moisture.. So later today I'm going to finish trimming up the last one (which is gonna be awful lol it has alot of smaller branches that are gonna be very tedious) but that one is gonna have to be left out to dry a little longer than the rest. As of now, I have 3 jars filled.. I may even need to buy another jar.. I really wish I had some big mouth mason jars so I can buy those lids for curing! Those things look legit asf! Later that night... So I have now finished trimming.. The jars that I had already filled were reading 62% RH on the dot.. I like to have it at 65% - 68% RH to have some room to get it down to 62% after a week or two.. But this shouldnt be any issue.. Will add 62% packs when the jars get below 60%.. But since they are already at 62%.. I dont want to burp very often at all.. 62% RH is where I like my bids at. I have a sandwich bag FULL of trim.. That is gonna make some amazing bubble hash! Very airy bud.. But this strain is very beautiful.. Smells great.. Just the airy buds.. Will definately grow again.. Will update with a taste test in 15 - 30 days.. Would rather get the cure done before I taste her.

Finally moved into tent! Still noticing some weird discoloration/ shriveling and dying of lower leaves. Thinking it could be a ph issue going to start aiming for 6.3-4 Also had a little bit of a crazy fungus knat bloom so maybe they could be affecting my root zone more then i realize going to spray them with some more neem oil and see how they do Need to transplant into 2 gal

The stretch continues...It appears buds are setting and forming up quite nicely. I couldn't take watching the side with the vivosun bulb keep lagging behind more and more from the hortilux side, so I switched the bulb out. And within 3 days the jump in plant size was huge. The aroma is getting slightly stronger by the day. This is the last week with the early bud booster in the system. I have been putting the next weeks nutrient solution in my top off tank to steer the nutrients. It seems to work great!

Area getting partial sun only. So need to move them to full sun. But so far just normal.
