Well the girls are swelling up and smelling fantastic this week.Noticing the trichomes really building up lately.These papaya cookies are a very resilient strain as I’ve battled heat and humidity for a large portion of the grow and they have been doing great.Its been a blast watching these girls grow and develop.Will update later on in the week also I’m keeping light intensity set at 60 percent power because that’s what seems to make the happiest.Ive tried to pound them with light and added a co2 bag but they did not like the heat or extra light.I used some organic Unsulphured Blackstrap Molasses to add some sugars and a dash of epsom salts for a little more Magnesium.Ive been back and forth in my brain with the light intensity and Day 52 now set at 80 percent power.Reading some reviews of this strain she is a sun lover I believe so I’m just going to let them have it.Some of the fan leaves are fried some curling and fading but the new growth looks healthy and the buds are looking amazing..I’ll give them a final haircut later on this weekend.Day 55 the buds are maturing the pistols turning bright orange and trichomes building up making some very frosty buds :).I can’t wait to smoke these girls 🥦🔥😎.

The week starts Monday, Jan-13 in flowering stage. The plant is growing fast, stretching long and I'm constantly tying down branches to maintain an even canopy. There's also a stronger scent of lemon already in the tent. Carried out substantial defoliation of almost all the big fan leaves and a few little stems that were not likely to make it above the canopy. Avoided defoliating the major cola branches. This encourages the plant not to waste resources on a node which is only going to produce “popcorn” buds. The plants reacted well to the defoliation and were looking good by the end of the light cycle for the day. The net is completely full and this will be the last week of applying any LST as part of the ScrOG setup. Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy, with daily fertigation at lights on - watering almost 3L per day. Lowered the average RH in the space to 50%. ----prior 4 weeks updates ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Jan-06 in flowering stage. The net is filling up nicely with the ScrOG process being enjoyable - just tucking branches nicely under squares once stretched enough. Lost a branch end with 3 nodes accidentally whilst tucking away so now I'm super careful. The Sativa dominant strain is stretching nicely and bends easily. Minor defoliation of lower branches and fan leaves continues daily. Light is maintained at 30cm distance from canopy. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Dec-30 in vegetative stage - switching the light regime to flowering. Initiated flowering with an extended dark period prior to switching light regime - this practice is supposed to promote a faster initiation of flowering by the plant. Maintain lights off from Dec-31, 10:00 until Jan 1 - 18:45 allowing a 32hr darkness period prior to switching the light regime. Light regime is set for 12.5/11.5 on/off allowing me a better maintenance window for my living situation. Both plants are growing fast and strong, showing their genetic traits. Some shoots are going through the net already. Have started to tuck branches as they grow to fill up any gaps. Did minor defoliation on both plants near their stem base and centres. Some green algae on roots/coco medium on the surface of the pot. Have defoliated some more which hopefully helps with air circulation at the area. Will monitor over the week - may need to decrease watering frequency, although they seem to be keeping up drinking. Lowered the High Humidity setting of the extraction fan to 60% - which effectively keeps it running at least 75% of the time, and removed the humidifier. Will monitor and adjust as necessary lowering the setting to 50% in a few weeks whilst flowering. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The week starts Monday, Dec-23 in vegetative stage. Installed the ScrOG net - Set at 20cm from the base of the plants, being 55cm from ground. The plant is showing great growth, lots of branching and new growth sprouts. A few branches are beginning to come through the net and almost all main branches are now tied down horizontally after the two recent toppings. Applied more LST and will wait for the branches to reach the net and start tucking. The AC Infinity fan is currently only running intermittently with its current settings. This seems to impact the utilisation and effectiveness of the carbon filter in use. The desired outcome is for the fan to be running for longer periods whilst in Auto config. Lowered the High Level Humidity from 70% to 60%, and more importantly, lowered the Max Speed from 4 to 2 with the intent that a lower fan speed will result in longer periods where the extraction fan is operated to remain below threshold targets for the grow space. Plant growth continues to be strong at the end of the week. Big fan leaves near the top are beginning to look a little serrated and dark, similar to the start of this grow. This may be due to the extra CalMag being added which was the issue at the start of the grow. Will keep monitoring and half the CalMag dosage on next feed. Importantly, I have learnt nutrient mixing of the CalMag should be done prior to the Canna Coco A & B. To date I have done the opposite which may explain my earlier issues. Fertigating daily at the start of the light cycle. 4/15/25 Things are progressing nicely. Some plants dont seem to be doing too much but 3 of them or so that are really standing out. Im curious if some of these are going to be longer flowering time than anticipated with the very obvious sativa dominant plants.

We had a great growth this week, there was a big growth from the 24th to the 27th, because I watered on the 24th. I also thought that she has a little lack of magnesium in the bottom leaves and unfortunately I'm being Magnesium Nutrient.

: - Day 1 week 5: just checking how lst is doing, they will be ok - Day 2 week 5: not completely dry to water so I’ll wait for day 3 of week. Did lst to make sure all branches receive as much ligth as possible - Day 3 week 5: watered them with 4ml/L calmag and 2ml/L bio grow ph 6,5 tap water trough activated carbon filter. RHC#2 broke one of the branches, I had to tape it. Not to be worried, she’ll recover from that. RHC#3 is very slow compared to the others. - Day 4 week 5: defoliation so sun enters better and wait. - Day 5 week 5: added 1L of water with 2ml/L Bio grow, 6 ml/L calmag and 2ml/L bio heaven. 1600 us/cm and ph 6,2 - 6,5. RHC#3 suffered of broken branch due lst 😞 still learning about the flexibility of branches. I think she’ll recover hoping not too much stress for her. - Day 6 week 5: RHC#3 looks good despite broken branch. Not much for today just watch temp and humidity, hoping they grow tall so I can cover a good part of the tent.

They’re looking extremely healthy..gave em their first nute feed with the last watering seem to be doing fairly well..fimmed the GG and LST. Did not touch the unkown as it looks smaller to be the same age. Running GHE base line with few extra supplements. ****UPDATE**** Both are LST’d..might rethink the way I tie them. Going for a “coil” type look, we’ll see though. They’re looking great! Hoping for females!

1 week from switching to 1212. Plant looks good and deserved defoliation with little banding. Looks amazing! Watering with 1 liter of water in 2 days.

The plant seem to have reach its highest peak of THC and I'm just waiting for other plant in my garden to catch up can't wait to try this one smell very strong and the plants are very large beautiful plant has a lot of purple colour showing through the flowers can't wait to harvest this one . As a interesting note those buds seem to be very sensitive to foxtailing with the light to close to it. thank you for reading I will continue to update have a happy grow

This week they both shot up and got stronger. Wendy's broken stem made no difference and the two of them are sucking up nutes. Next weeks feed will be adding cal mag and heavier nutes as i can see pre flower, generative looks. Small white hairs appearing. Started tucking leaves back - scrog is coming too. Hold on 2 your wigs!

27/02/19 - This one is great, I popped the seed 24hrs after the gelato and this one seems to be developing its leaves a lot faster than the rest, so far really happy with DNA and with mills nutrients, it’s a lot easier to mix and I no longer have to use ph down because once all mixed it’s at a 5.8/5.9. 👌🏻 02/03/19 - Just transplanted all into their final pot, just in time I think as it looked like the roots were starting to circle at the bottoms of the pot, sprinkled half a tea spoon of Mykos on each hole prior to the transplant & fed them 2.5 litres each. I was going to saturate the whole pot but I’ll do that next feeding.

The differences between sativa and indica really surprised me..I had no idea they were so different. I thought 2 of my plants were just bad seeds LOL!! but they are mostly sativa and my other 2 are mostly indica...Talk about a difference!!! WOW!!!
