Performed a final defoliation along with the usual LST. Tried watering with only 1L to bring the watering down to every 2 days, but they started drooping a bit, so decided to stick with 2L every 3 days. Seems to work best. Not much else to report, growing steadily and buds starting to form.

Week 8 – Day 59 (Flower Day 29) 🔄 Recap Still using diluted osmotic water, but the drain pH remains stubbornly low – stuck between 5.6 and 5.8 📉 After trying with Canna pH+, I’ve decided to switch back to BioBizz pH+, which worked reliably in my last grow to raise pH when using Advanced Nutrients. Apparently, the combination of Canna pH+ and AN doesn’t play well together 🤔 🌿 Plant Status – White Widow 📏 Height: 110 cm – she’s still growing steadily 💡 I had to dim the LED slightly – currently around 950–1000 PPFD ✅ She’s handling the light intensity very well, no signs of stress ⚗️ Feeding at 100% Advanced Nutrients Masterline 📌 Summary White Widow looks great overall. Even with the suboptimal drain pH, no visible issues so far. Still, I’ll try to bring the pH up slightly again – BioBizz pH+ is on the way.

Plans this week: new bluelab guardian connect coming (ph/ec/temp monitor for the reservoir tank) I think I’ll finally mount things neatly on the wall. More pruning the lower canopy; and some low stress training maybe. I hope the flowers keep maturing and start really gaining some girth this week. I’m excited and hopeful but a bit scared of the pk booster and overall nutrient level/EC increase - I’ll keep watch for nutrient lockout etc. Other: Utility sink/drain/water line install I hope. This grow is taking up all my “project time” - Hopefully I can finally spend some time on my arcade cabinet project starting this week. The plants didn’t get light for 37 hours the other day (6/23?) . I had removed the lights to build the frame. I thought I had everything ready for a quick swap. And then I got sick; daughter’s car broke down; my plan for the light frame wouldn’t work; I ran out of angle aluminum; and did I mention I got sick. Anyway they missed only one 12 hour light period plus 1 extra hour (plus their normal dark periods before and after- so that’s how I calculate 37 hours) They actually seemed to mature and redden a bit faster with the extra darkness. Gotta think positive. Upgraded the tent! (6/24/19) It’s now a hydropolis 3x3 “plus size” (extra few inches bigger all around and 8 inches taller than my old vivosun) - much nicer. Wow what a tough job. Very tight space in my room. This is way too late to be moving plants to a new tent - but sliding the old removable tent bottom with all four plants and scrog all at once over to the new tent wasn’t as bad as I feared. Setting up the whole tent again and moving everything was a pain in the ass though. I did a little pruning of the back side of the plants which I hadn’t gotten to in a while - some dead leaves under the scrog mostly. I wonder if all this trim (from recent days too) is gonna yield any amount of even sorta decent bubble hash. I’ll freeze it and try. I hope they like their new home. I did a lot of the swap and setup with the lights totally off in my basement and using only a green headlamp. Argh. I partially failed in my effort to make a complete aluminum frame. I didn’t include the 4 solstix in the frame. But I did make a frame for the two HLG 135s - I re-hung the solstix individually and with their lame individual drivers that are underpowered (I’ll get to the the rewiring and driver replacement one of these days)- I added the far red puck, and I finally added the new HLG QB36 UVA (I’ll try it for the first time tomorrow - with sunglasses on!) - update: tried it. Seems pretty sweet - wish I had some directions or some idea if I should only be using only one stick like I am or the entire 4 that I think they sent me in error. I’ve got a reasonable amount of space between my lights and top of canopy now (15+ inches) - if the damn stretch is finally done I might be ok. I really shoulda flipped sooner like everyone warned me. Live and learn. The utility sink/drain line/water line is still not installed - so I’m still carrying water up and down stairs which sucks. I’ll use pk13/14 this week after this rez tank empties and I give it a good cleaning in a day or so. I’ll also continue to use mammoth p and all the other nutes. - ok tank cleaned and making a new soup for feeding later today (pk 13/14 started on 6/25/19 11:30pm - I plan to use it for 7 days??) I changed the drain/waste bucket to a small bin - and placed it inside the tent — it works well with the condensate pump- so tomorrow I’ll drill holes in it, install grommets and run the drain lines to it permanently - which will be much better than the 5 gallon bucket sitting outside the tent in my small space - plus the gravity drain lines were a pain coming out of the tent and I had to weigh them down to keep their height below 2.5” - now it’ll be just one pumped line. - ok done. I drilled a bit too fast and cracked two of the holes. Siliconed it for now- I’ll replace the little bucket this week or next - it’s fine for now. (6/25/19) So much better! - now no more gallons of water weighing down the drain lines and no more drain lines coming out of the tent - except for the single pumped line that goes out the standard tent hole. And so much neater in the tent etc. Woot!

After topping it gets wider with help of LST technique. One of high colas were broken a bit whyle LSTing but develops good without problems

I will start it running in 24 hours after the system settles in. Week 6 Day 2 10/29/2023 Going to be interesting.. I left the old monitor in to do a double check behind the new auto PH monitor.. not eh problem is I configured the New one and I am pretty sure that it is more accurate than the previous one I was using but the difference is 5.9 on the new one and 6.19 on the old. So it leaves me to questions if I was always running my PH higher but still just within safe range? or is this one off by that much. Questions, Questions.. But so far it is working I had to make several adjustments to dial in how much of each gets released but right now they are sitting around 5.9 Week 6 Day 3 10/30/2023 Worked on adjusting the auto PH system and I think I will need to change out some of the gear to make it work better.. Right now the suction/ flow rate has to be up to high in order to get the Up or down out of the Containers and the UP kicks on before the Down has a chance to settle.. I would have hoped there is a steady reading for X seconds before it starts the other.. but there isn't it is automatically kicking off the Up even while it is still adjusting from adding Down. Week 6 Day 4 10/31/2023 Today I did nothing but take some pics.. Nice day.. the experiment of the PH auto system is a bust as of right now.. the range is out of what I want.. and it keeps immediately kicking off without giving the water time to balance.. since this is a res system which the water moves.. not the best.. it doesn't have a wait time before release more.. and it keeps releasing even after it starts reading in range.. so it drops it lower than it should.. I could probably dilute the PH up and Down and make it a little more effective.. but not sure what I want to do at this point. Week 6 Day 5 11/01/2023 Today I did nothing but take some pics.. week intel: its time to harvest top buds! because my base nutrients and one of boosters was salt based, i'll do flushing this week to get some relieve to plants in the last days stresses : flushing Drought stress via watering only one time with flushing this week feeding: day 1 : i flushed them with Advanced Nutrients Flawless finish and adjusted ph day 3 : no more feeding from now on day 5 : no more feeding from now on guide of the week : i harvest in 2 parts : first i harvest top of the branches and will let the lower buds to ripe another week then ill harvest the second wave. its crucial to get uniformed buds in terms of quality that you let the lower buds to get some extra air and especially light! then the pop corn buds quality will reach the top buds. my dry and cure style is this: 3 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 3 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. im happy as hell with this harvest :D.

July 16th - Fed the plant 2 gallons over the Morning. (see last weeks menu, rain prevented its use) Next meal posted above - real growth on this sucker as it fills out nicely. Well, only the ends of the branchs really. But its hapnin - 2 days without Rain, it was Time to feed this guy before the next storm rolls in. Getting slammed with rain here in Southern Ontario. Moisture meter was at least on-scale and Left of middle = GO 17th - plant looks great as we head towards Flower. One more regular feed, around mid-week, with close to maximum Veg food. Then I’m going to introduce a little Bloom Nutrient into the mix next week. Feed the transition so to speak. ( I’m also talking a 25% bloom dose to start, in the reg veg mix ) All the action, Its right around the corner - Foliar spray tonight July 20th, - the weather is going to let me feed Jack this morning. Her last 100% meal of Veg Nutes. ***That was my plan till I saw all the activity on the ends of my branches. I have added a small taste of Bloom nutes to this meal today! - 3 gallons over a 4 hour period and the goal is to let Jack dry out after this feed ~ 4-5 days would be ideal. - Might even be seen as a little nutrient Push… 22nd - finishing the week strong with a couple days of Sunshine. Go figure

Still going...sigh... 3/18 ; did a water change and man is ut getting awkward getting her out of the tent to do water changes. I might drill and put a valve on the very bottom of the bucket next grow to make water changes a little easier in the future. 4 gallons of well water with 4 tsp of maxi grow and 1 tsp of Kool bloom. I added 1 tbl of calmag for the hell of it. The older leaves are looking a little stressed. The buds seem to be swelling to me, but strange enough, seems like the smell is decreasing. But what there is, is very fruity.ph to 6.1

Well I chopped this lady today at week 11 day 5 she smells and looks fantastic Smoke review : The hit is very smooth due too the extra long flush I did , and although the smell isn't great yet because it's now right at the start of cure , It's a nice body glow with an intense head trip with a mellow bubble , And that is after a small bong , I really like it , I would recommend growing this and would grow again , thanks for reading and following if that was you , Stay medicated and be bless Jah Rastafari blessing and love And the buds are nice and dense , will update once dry and cured :)

Same as my other Wizard Trees grow, very slow germination in 22c: "After 48h and putting the seeds on the top of my Sanlight with a black towel to get the heat, she popped out and 4 days later she came out of the soil. I really had to add heat to her because I was seeing no Germination at 22c." After she popped from soil she seems also very healthy and this one specifically seems to be hungry to grow fast. But this will be a long vegetation of almost 8 weeks...

So the majority is already in jars just the largest tops still hanging and will need a few more days. Smells great, really nutty with a sour sharpness. Smooth smoke, had one pheno which produced dark solid buds but the other 3 were lighter in colour and had a somewhat airier bud structure, still very resinous and smelly though.
