still haven't been experiencencing any problems.. since this is my first grow kinda curious when people think i should stop giving nutrients and just give her plain water?

This week I didn’t make any structural changes to the plant. Unfortunately, I noticed the presence of some thrips. As soon as I detected them, I treated the plant with SPRUZIT to stop the infestation early. Now I need to stay very alert and act quickly to fully eliminate the pests before the flowers start developing. Early control is key at this stage 🌿⚠️

Our L.A. Kush Cake #3 started slowly, then vegetated very well, and now we're embarking on the flowering adventure in excellent shape. We're in an 11-liter Zamnesia fabric airpot. The plant is now in the final ripening stage and is clearly approaching harvest. Bud development is fully complete, with swollen calyxes and no further vegetative growth. Most pistils have darkened and receded, while trichomes are predominantly cloudy with the first signs of amber appearing. Resin production is very heavy, showing strong frost and deep purple coloration alongside a natural fade of the fan leaves. Feeding has been reduced to support a clean finish, with the next 7 days focused on controlled ripening and terpene preservation before harvest.

Welcome to week six! 🌱 Week five was a complete success – all parameters are perfectly aligned. I’ve increased the water conductivity to a solid 3000 and bumped the CO2 level up to 1200 🌿. Light intensity is now set at 1400 µmol in the center and 1000 at the edges, which will keep the plants strong in their generative state 🌞. I’ll maintain these levels until the end of the third week and then start slowly removing the large fan leaves to ensure the buds get plenty of light 💡✨. I’m also trying something new to activate the “Emerson effect” 🌄: I’m running the deep red lights for 5 minutes before sunset and for another 5 minutes after the day ends. This should give the plants a final boost in photosynthesis, helping to maximize their growth potential! Everything’s looking fantastic so far! The Black Cherry has rooted well across different experimental setups, and at the end of the grow, I’ll provide a full report on the best care techniques for both strains 🌺👌. The home stretch week 8 of flower, Got a good look under normal light and they are really dark green. I think there is to much Nitrogen in the mix I was going to give one last feeding of Honey Chome and King Kola but I am on the fence... just water this last cycle and I think that's all I'll give until finish, maybe some Honey Chome in the next watering, I really want them to start to fade. and the dark green is freaking me out a little to much N. They are starting to frost up and they are SATIVA dominate strains looks like another 3-4 weeks before they finish. The smell is different between the two strains, The Haze is in both for sure with the earthy-sweet citrus profiles with an almost a sweet-and-sour flavor but there is a definite difference between the two, The Blue Dream Haze is frosty for sure and has a Pine/Fuel/Sweet smell and the Strawberry Ice is Way Fruity/Sweet/Pine vey complex smells and they are starting to smell need to change the carbon filter, I was hoping to do it after they come down but it might need to be changed sooner. so Enjoy the Pics and the Video Time lapse. 1/19: Not much to report today. Got a good look at lemon autos trichomes under a digital microscope. I guess this is just another week of saying "one more week" 😂 1/22: gave lemon auto a good pH balanced water flush, northern lights got some bloom nutrients to help those buds do their thing. Trichomes look mostly cloudy- a few amber on the sugar leaves which means it's only a matter of time! 1/24: lemon auto update: trichomes on some outer buds are amber! Main cold nug looks like it's about 100% cloudy trichomes. Will evaluate tomorrow for possible harvest?!

Day 72, 21st of November 2020: Hi! Wao this is what I can say and luckily stoppe streching.... All LST has been removed as the plants remain the same so no need to keep them in "chains". Those Original Sensible girls 3 of them (Gelato, Runtz Gum, Do-Si-Dos OG)went crazy, except Black Ghost OG she did not strech much typical little indica lady. And the THC crystals alrady on the leaves on the Runtz Gum and Do-Si-Dos OG just simply beautiful. Buds are coming getting thick they are gorgeous only I can see some some sort of deficiency on Do-Si-Dos OG a bit on some leaves. The fertilization schedula isnthe same every 2nd day and happens with the mix and ratio above. Wedding Gelato is beautiful also I hope the nice purple colour will come out as well in late flowering stage. :) The lamp is on 11.30 min and off 12.30 min. Last week was 15 min longer light cycle.... So every week 15 min shorter light cycle until the 5th week. So far -30 min. It switches on at 6 am and off at 17.30 pm.

These thirsty beauties need their hydration! Along with the increased watering, I've noticed some oranging on the tops and a touch of purpling on the leaves. It's a delightful display of colors that adds even more visual appeal to the grow tent. 🌿🍊💜 As for the nutrient solution, I've maintained a stable pH of 6.33, allowing for optimal nutrient uptake. The TDS level has remained between 1150 and 1250, providing the perfect balance of nutrients for the plants' needs. ⚖️📈 With everything going so well, I'm buzzing with excitement for what the next week of flowering will bring. Hey guys :-) . Today the plant was sprayed again with neem oil. There weren't any more trips to be seen after the second application, but to be on the safe side, you did it again today get a cure. That's why the beautiful dark shimmer on the leaves :-). The ladies are developing well and have 1 week before I change the time to flowering. Normally I would let it get bigger and train because the tent only has 80x80 and 180 watts are available, so I will switch it over soon enough. This week it was poured twice with 0.8 l each time (for nutrients, see table above). Otherwise everything was cleaned and, as always, everything was checked. Stretch is done and flowers are piling on now! I treated with lost coast as a preventative. I kept the feed the same but it will be altered end of grow week. Canopy is getting hella full can't wait to watch these colas stack on. Until next update. Happy growing and stay lit fam.

Today July 2nd will mark Day 36 in flower. Took the defoliating real well. Now looking forward to see what it do with Open Seasme from FoxFarm. Didn’t use the Lotus. But other water feeding . I just use pure water but PH now 6.5 . No longer in Veg. Time to boom boom bloom . Let go growmies!!! :)

Final Week – Late Flower The final week was essentially a clean finish to the run. The buds swelled further, becoming dense and well structured. Despite the ongoing mildew issue, the situation remained controlled and never spiraled out of hand. Lowering nighttime humidity below 50 % clearly helped slow down further spread. The focus was on maintaining stable conditions and consistently removing affected leaves. Overall, the positives clearly outweigh the negatives: strong plants, solid bud development, and very relaxed handling thanks to Biotabs and the automatic irrigation system. Now it’s simply about finishing strong and harvesting.

I had fun with this barneys gorilla zkittlez, although it seems like it was ready around 7 weeks, its as if the plant has been in the early stages of self seeding when I've harvested on day 54~ of flower.. Can't think any other reason why this would've happened Anyway overall the bud is 95% amazing, just a slight sadness at the miniscule seeds forming close to the stems in the centre of some buds that takes away from the taste a little
