The plants have taken to their Earthboxes, especially #1 with the BuildASoil Light. The Earthbox with my Coots mix was the runt, plus I damaged the roots during transplant so it has an uphill battle, but I wouldn't count it out yet. It was looking droopy and with slight discoloration, but after a drench of Kashi Blend Tea (1/3 cup Kashi Blend, 1 teaspoon blackstrap molasses in 1 gallon of water for 24 hours) it perked right up. As for preventative pest management, I've kept doing foliar applications every 4 days of EM-FPE -> EM-1, next week I will incorporate the just-finished EM-5. I made a JADAM wetting agent (JWA) but I have realized even local bottled water is too mineral-heavy for it, so I will need to find a source of distilled water if I want to use it in my foliar regime. Next week I will begin doing LST to get some more tops going. At some point I plan to add a trellis, I have been busy with work but I will find the time to set up something, preferably a trellis that can move with the Earthbox to facilitate maintenance and not have them fixed in place for the entire training and flowering cycles.

Esta semana no se echo nada de productos y hasta el corte es lo que seguiré haciendo, con cada riego se alimente la planta con nutrientes o no se tiene que calibrar el ph, mantener la humedad por debajo del 50% Y la temperatura mantenerla entre 22/26 grados. La flor no es muy grande pero está compacta, tiene bien de resina, el olor es un olor dulce como a chicle de fresa. Muy peculiar y llamativo. Hello. This is the end of week 11 and the beginning of week 12 of veg. Wow, These plants have doubled in size since last week. I'm guessing the roots found the compost. I put in 2 gallons of compost in each pot this year and was worried the soil might be too hot for the plants. But they look good. No burnt or wilted leaves. Showed some yard flowers. After all this site is about the flowers, eh! 😄 Repotted the twins and the extra plant and I will flower them inside under the mars Hydro FC-4800 in the main grow room. They will be harvested before the plants in the greenhouse and I'll show it here. Haven't had a good berry strain in awhile. Looking forward to the taste. Showed how I use the plastic pots. I prefer the plastic pots to the cloth pots, but I still use some cloth. When the roots get into the landscapers cloth, I can bottom water better. It doesn't hold a lot of water, I don't have to worry about mold. and I get better air transfer to the roots. Ok. Be Great. Chuck.

End of Week 13 (6 week of flower) Cruise control on! Trying to make sure the environment is 100% in check, and I made a very light compost tea with some molasses and worm castings and a little bit of bone meal just to give them a calcium boost and some extra sugars so they can flourish into their final couple of weeks of flower. I have been keeping a cooler average temperature - and also keeping the relative humidity lower. Pest Report: None

Last week plants were looking super healthy and responded very well to the second topping so I decided to flip the light schedule few days later. They already started stretching and the smell is noticeably enhanced.

Day 141 still going started to reveg but lowered light schedule

Im not a soil guy but im happy this plant got such huge rockhard buds i didnt expect result like this in just soil, i fed her maybe 4 times during flower only.

Going into week 2 of flowering and shes looking pretty nice if I may say so my self. I've been trying to make her as flat and wide as possible for the last few weeks with some LST using paper clips. For the last few weeks the pH was raising daily from 5.5 all the way to around 6.6 over night so I would have to go back every day and add some pH down to bring it back to 5. I was thinking it was due to light getting into the reservoir so I added more black out to the bucket and for the last 3 nights I've checked the pH has been steady at 5.7 so I'm thinking I solved that problem.

6/13/25 everything is coming along smoothly for the black opium autos. I had to pick a seed shell off of the more scraggly looking one but they’re green and happy In their environment. 6/15/25 day 3 and there's noticeable growth Stay tuned for what comes next.
