As expected, the girl grows well, the flowers enlarge, the resin appears and the girl smells wonderful. I'm running it all the time, she still has plenty of time. 😉

The Gas Tax x Obama Runtz plant is looking really good. It's got these super pretty leaves and it's stretched a whole bunch. I think it might be my favorite plant in the tent. The new year is off to a frosty start! We've had snow falling for what feels like forever. My kids are loving it, of course. They're building forts, having snowball fights, and turning everything into a winter wonderland. It's been a lot of fun to watch them enjoy it. All this snow is really making me think about how quickly time flies. It feels like just yesterday we were celebrating the holidays, and now here we are knee-deep in winter. I'm looking forward to warmer weather, but for now, I'm enjoying the quiet beauty of fresh snow.

Week 10 Flower — The Beauty Before the Finish This week marks a very special chapter in the Eternity Grow Cup. As we approach harvest, the garden is simply glowing with beauty. Every corner, every canopy, every branch tells a story — and this week, I’ve taken the time to slow down and capture that story as best I can through the lens of my camera. All the photos you’ll see in this update were taken with care and intention. I use my Sony camera in full manual focus mode, and I don’t just snap and go — I spend time with each plant, each angle, waiting for that perfect moment when everything aligns. These are not just photos to document — they’re my attempt to reflect the feeling of the room, the energy of the grow, and the soul of each plant. Just like with the videos, I don’t shoot randomly and decide later. I record what matters, and what I record, I use. It keeps me focused, organized, and deeply connected to the process — and I believe it helps me tell the story more clearly, whether through stills or moving pictures. All five Runtz phenos are finishing beautifully. Each one expressing unique traits, but all carrying the same stunning quality — dense, clean, colorful, resin-rich flowers that fill the room with pride. This garden is finishing spotless, and I couldn’t be happier. This week’s YouTube episode will reflect that beauty. If you’re seeing this here on GrowDiaries, I highly recommend checking it out in full 4K once it’s live — there are moments that simply can’t be translated in photos alone, even though I try my best. But for those who love the details, the full spread of pictures is right here, as always. t this point in flower, the girls are not eating — they’re just drinking clean water with nothing but System Clean in the reservoir, at a rate of 0.25 ml per liter. This is part of a gentle, prolonged flush phase I like to implement, giving the plants a chance to metabolize and fade naturally. The goal is to promote clean, vibrant flowers that finish with optimal expression, without rushing the process. No forced flush, just time and care. Lighting-wise, the spectrum has been tuned with precision — we’re currently running 40% on the whites, with reds and UVs at 100% to drive trichome development, resin production, and color expression in these final days. The plants are loving it — they’re soaking in the deeper wavelengths that signal the end of their life cycle and responding with a final push of energy. And yes — we’ve been running 11 hours of light and 13 hours of darkness from the very start of flower. It’s not the usual 12/12, and it comes with its pros and cons. On the upside, it helps speed up ripening slightly, encourages more compact flower formation, and mimics the natural seasonal decline in daylight. On the flip side, it slightly reduces the overall DLI (daily light integral), so you need to ensure your PPFD and spectrum are dialed in just right to avoid sacrificing yield. For me, the trade-off is worth it — the plants are expressing themselves beautifully, finishing strong, and packing on the final magic. Now it’s your turn — I’d love to hear from you. Which phenotype is standing out the most to you in this garden? Which one is catching your eye with its colors, its fade, its structure, or just that vibe that speaks to your soul? Is it the frost? The density? The posture? Each of these girls has her own personality, and I know many of you have been following closely — so drop a comment, let me know: which one is your favorite? Which one would you take home? This run has officially earned the Dog Doctor Official Wax-Sealed Stamp of Approval. These genetics are beautiful — expressive, vibrant, clean. It’s been a joy to grow them, and an even greater joy to share this journey with all of you. Of course, we still have the final word coming after harvest, drying, and curing — that’s when the full picture reveals itself. But until then, based on everything we’ve seen and lived in this grow… this is the real deal. To everyone following the journey — thank you. To the sponsors, the community, the silent observers, the passionate growers, the haters, the lovers — I see you all, and I appreciate every bit of energy you send. This cup has been about more than just growing. It’s been about sharing. Connecting. Creating something beautiful together. And we’re almost there. Next stop: harvest? provably yes lets see ! So the very small plant that had a couple of bud I took it down, and was pretty surprised by the potantcy. Now the other 3 plants are doing pretty good and they look very nice, and now I know what not to do with my grow and why they ended up so small, and thanks to the comments. On plant #2 I believe that I'm about a week more and can be harvested and plant#3 looks about the same and plant #4 could be about another week or two

Week 5 🌸 This week we had quite a lot of fruit flys loving the fruity odors emitting from the tent. They especially loved the Pineapple and Blueberry heavy plants 😅. We watered with an EC reading of about 1,1mS twice this week. Also, we finaly got the Nemathodes into our pots. The Terps are developing beautifully and we are so excited what these flowers will taste like, once the time has come!💚 All three Strains have an estimated flowertime of 45 days, but we think most of them will take a little longer to finish up.

Week 7 / Day 49 Flower begins today 29/12/2021. EC - EC has been 1.2 inflow all of this week, but runoff has been around 1.6-1.7. Although I am using less than half of what mills suggest of A&B but full strength stimulants, like I have to the whole grow, since I have introduced the Ultimate PK at 2ml/L the girls have both began to burn pretty bad mainly at the tops. I have done 4l per plant of a 1.1EC solution with half of the suggested (1ml/L) of the PK to see if that can stop the burn getting worse. I also dropped the base nutes by 5ml too. Hopefully this mini “flush” will stop it progressing. Once EC is stable / burn stops I will watch closely and up base nutes again to higher EC or higher PK if required but from what I can tell it’s very strong stuff compared to the rest of the Mills line. Multifeeding - 20% Runoff every feed, 3 x per day, 2L per feed. 6.0pH. “LST” - again, the ties have been left on as it does not seem to affect the plants. If that changes then I will remove it as I am liking the density I am getting lower down due to light getting deeper than usual. The buds are definitely growing in size daily which makes me believe it is nute burn mentioned above and not lockout as if it was the symptoms would be far worse, plus the top is the most effected part of the girls indicating a recent change is the reason for the burn and the lower stuff is barely affected. I will be keeping EC to 1.1-1.2 again all this week, and only adjusting PK & base nutes if the girls seem hungry as I really don’t wanna make the burn worse or get to a point where it effects the buds. Hopefully just another 14 or so days maximum till chop, can’t wait to see what these turn out like. Both girls are covered in trichomes from top to bottom and dense throughout. Just want these girls to finish up and power through this burn till the end and hopefully doesn’t hurt the girls too much! 🙏🏻🤙🏻💚

Was such a pleasant harvest from start to finish, no issues at all. A tip for next time would be to have the SCRoG lower as I couldn’t really tuck any node sights this time round, smells absofuckinglutely amazing from 3RD week bloom onwards!

Barely did any training apart from position some leaves to allow light through some areas. took off some new growths and unwanted leaves but not much. was away for two nights so had no choice but to leave the lights on however leaves didn't scorch. after topping during veg the tops next to main stem didn stretch as much as i though they would, I have pulled them apart with my fingers until main stem around topping site split slightly. see before and after

WEEK 11 (Day 71-77) I harvested all my Dos-si-dos on Day 73. The plants remained very small and compact, which was partly intentional. The pot volume was set quite low, which I wasn't entirely happy with. Splitting the pots also turned out to be less practical, as the plants ended up too close together. Despite that, the harvest turned out quite respectable. Visually, I really like it the dark tone and the many trichomes make for a fantastic look. The aroma is also quite special. First and foremost, I find it has a strong, sweet note in its scent. As for the cultivation, the Dos-si-dos were very easy to care for and handled all training exceptionally well. Due to the short distance between the shoots, I might even recommend LST or just a single, simple topping. I fertilized almost exclusively organically, except that I added a bit of Plagron Green Sensation during the flowering phase. I continuously defoliated well to ensure good air circulation, which worked quite well. In the last two weeks, I kept the lights on for 24 hours straight to avoid fluctuations in temperature and humidity. By the end, I settled at a DLI of around 60—it was a bit more than desired but still worked fine. In the last week, I only watered with plain water and dimmed the lights a bit. Some of the tips developed a purplish hue. The buds appear very firm and voluminous, sparkling thanks to the dense, white layer of trichomes. I would absolutely grow this strain again since it has a truly great and robust growth pattern, though next time, I would choose larger pots. I'm now drying my harvest at around 60% RH and 21°C until the smaller stems become brittle, then I'll store them in my hygrometer jars for curing. I'm satisfied with the yield as well. Based on my calculations, I reached about 400g/m². A good result for such small bonsai-like plants. For small grow spaces, this strain is really perfect. I've never grown such small yet productive plants before, and I found it to be a great change of pace. A huge thank you to Zamnesia for the support—it was, as always, an honor.
