Fat sticky buds, they smell delicious

These ladies were a treat to grow and even better to smoke, looking forward to my next run 👌🤙

Hey welcome back in the 5th week of flowering with the Dutch Passion’s Colorado Cookies. Last week my fan broke down and I had to order some new bottles of nutrients because the CannaZym and CannaBoost/accelerator had gone empty, but yesterday I received the nutrients and a new fan! Not to long anymore before harvest! I stopped giving the PK booster, from this week on I will decrease the nutrient values for the coming 2 weeks for the last week I will perform a flush (on most of them). The Brooklyn Sunrise and the other 2 Colorado Cookies just need a week or 2 extra. The one Colorado Cookie in the tent is producing so much trichomes/crystals, as you can see in the pictures I made some close up shots. I noticed that the buds start to get a bit to heavy for the plant which is good, volume of the buds is very dense. Thast it for now see you all back next week!

Week 8 of Flowering, pistils are turning brown. Will check tricolms next week. Since I am doing hydro, flushing can commence the final week. *finally got my co2 meter to work so boosting co2 to 1000 ppm and increased light output but 20%. The rent increased 30% in humidity and raised 4 degrees F so manageable for sure. Happy growing BM 4TweentY

These are shooting up now 🚀 I overwatered them last week so waited 5 or 6 days until they felt light and then watered with advanced nutrients voodoo, piranha , tarantula 1ml pl Will be topping some point this week 👌🔥🔥

Day 9 flower: Orange Sherbet: This girl is a pleasure to grow so far. Her budlets dwarf the others in the room so far and at only 9 days flowering , shows a good indication of the overall finish she should have. she is packing buds on all over her structure now and following her defol on day 7 , she has really pumped them up. The shogun boost is a killer concoction it seems. Cannot fault this lady at all to date. She is slightly tacky now too which is a shock for her age. Cookie Kush : This lady is a midget !!! She is a lot smaller than other kush strains i have grown but looks healthy enough. I think her housemates dont help as they are all such good growers. She is big enough to keep up with the canopy but will need encouraging constantly to match them at some point.

Maybe the last week before harvest, i will keep an eye out for the trichomes in the end of the week 👽👉 21/11 Water day* They got the same dose as last week, and flush might come soon. 👽👉 22/11 Lower humidity 40-45 👽👉 23/11 I got a cheap Scrog net to support the heavy tops and correct the canopy spread. 👽👉 24/11 Water day* Start of flush Moved the light a little bit closer 👽👉 25/11 The Frost, The Smell and The Trichomes are telling me, we are getting close to harvest 👽👉 26/11 Changed the humidity to be extra low the last days of their cycle. 👽👉 27/11 Water day* Flushing

Day 42 to 49 We are getting closer to an end. Is the second time I’m growing purple genetics and I can say that somehow look to be faster to finish their life cycle; I think the next week will be the beginning of flushing, so I will just give water at PH 6.5, without any fertilizers, till the end which I believe will be around day 65. Harvest: Everything dried up to 347 grams + 96 grams of super high quality trim. Overall I am not too pleased with the smoke of the product. Although the bud size, bag appeal, smell and taste are pretty much all there, the shitty burn is a deal breaker for me and the majority of this weed is quite frankly useless. Another downside is while smoking I’ve found 4 seeds in an ounce from almost every strain. Light leaks? At least I learned a ton, including how to get super good burn for my next crop. I’m hoping that curing for a month or so will improve the burn but I wouldn’t really count on it. I have seen weed dried for 4 days with no cure and no flush smoke clean and not go out once. I have been told that the key to white ashes/clean burn is proper mineral content in the soil and there is tons of scientific studies on cigar ash going back 100 years. Plants grown in a medium with high levels of decomposing organic matter, phosphorus, magnesium, chlorine and heavy metal ratio tend to produce black/grey ash. Whereas plants grown in a medium with a higher ratio of trace minerals like calcium carbonate and potassium in the form of wood ash, rock dusts, oyster shell flour and lower levels of decomposing organic matter will produce a dense, uniform white ash that rarely goes out. But this is still all theory until I test it to confirm for myself a few times. My last few outdoor harvests did not improve with curing at all so I’m hoping this will be the missing link. Plain peat moss and coco clearly lack essential minerals that help burn. If said theory is correct I should find a synthetic nutrient line with more trace minerals. Makes me wonder if growing if rockwool/basalt rock could improve burn in a hydro setup. I think I did a fairly decent job for my first grow. I went wrong in a million different places but I still stuck it out and got some decent herb. Things went wrong early when I got black spot mold, nitrogen/magnesium deficiencies and powdery mildew. I corrected most of it but things didn’t get really bad until mid veg when I intentionally skipped a few feedings and defoliated quite heavily stunting the plants. I also didn’t even top or start LST until the 6-9th node which was really stupid and hurt my yield. My temperatures were all over the place from the learning curve. I was severely overwatering without realizing it. 100% peat moss is a shitty medium. I also fed way too late in flower (not what caused shitty burn). I also used synthetic nutrients in soil. Week 4: We are officially one month into our grow! things have been going pretty smooth so far and that’s exciting!! Yesterday we picked up our Gaia Green 4-4-4, repotted one watermelon zkittles into 5gal, and we we watered both Sunday and yesterday (oops). With that and the topping done, we plan to give them the week to recover and then start LST and feeding. You’ll notice a large number of plants were moved outside… those were all auto seeds that we got for free from Seedsman and Perry’s Magic Beans (Northern Lights, Critical + 2.0, M+M, and High C) shout out to them!! In a week or so the clones will be moved out and we will have our final 4 in the tent.

6/15 Everything was dry this morning but the bags STILL had some heft. Much lighter though so I decided to water. I didn't realize how cold the hose is so I'll have to usecthe water inside or premix it. I watered everything at least a half gallon. Things are going great. I'll update as I go. UPDATE: IM GLAD I WATERED. ITS 73° OUT AND NICE AND SUNNY. 6/16 Foggy morning has turned into a sunny day! Plants are doing amazing. So glad I watered. I took a shit ton of pictures but they don't seem to be uploading. VERY FRUSTRATING TO TAKE THE TIME TO TAKE PICS AND VIDEO ONLY TO HAVE IT NOT UPLOAD. It's working now. I canceled out after I uploaded everything. Trying to upload again now. EDIT: EVERYTHING IS FIXED. I UPLOADED A BUNCH OF STUFF. PLANTS IN THE BACK AND THE FRONT SEEMED DRY AND LIGHT. I GAVE THE TWO 10'S AT LEAST A HALF GALLON. I GAVE THE THIRTY A GALLON AND SPLIT THE REMAINDER WITH THE 20'S. I MIXED UP 5 GALLONS. EVEN THOUGH THE PLANTS IN THE MIDDLE WERE DRY THEY STILL WERE FAIRLY HEAVY. IT IS SUNNY AND 80° WITH STRONG WIND. I'LL WATER THE OTHERS IF NEEDED BEFORE WE GET SOME RAIN. WE HAVE RAIN IN THE FORECAST SO ILL KEEP AN EYE OUT. IM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE GROWTH IM SEEING. I NEED TO DO SOME MORE LST SOON AND PUT UP A TRELLIS. 6/17 I'm glad I watered those plants. Everything is looking GREAT! I didn't get pictures as I was in a hurry. The 3 plants in tje middle are dry on top bit about as heavy as the others. The wind doesn't go through them like the others. I would've watered but they looked happy and we are supposed to be getting rain. I'll be back over later and re-evaluate. EDIT: I GAVE THE THREE IN THE MIDDLE ABOUT A HALF GALLON EACH. EVERUTHING IS LOOKING FANTASTIC. I LSTED SOME. ITS SUPPOSED TO RAIN TONIGHT AND A LITTLE BIT WITHIN THE DEW DAYS BUT NOT WHAT THEY NEED. IM JUST TRYING TO NOT OVER WATER. IM REALLY HAPPY WITH WHAT IM SEEING. 6/18 It's overcast with showers. Rained hard last night and it's been raining off and on this morning. I probably could've made it without watering the three in the middle but I didn't want to chance it. Plus the rain doesn't add up to much anyway. Plants were soaked this morning. Soaked me just shaking them off. I'll update later. This year has been really good so far. 6/19 Overcast and Maineing out (tiny sprinkles tuat appear intermittently). Plants love it. Apparently I've reached my photo limit. At least that's what the app says. AT least I got SOME of these pictures and the video up. I can't belueve the increase in size both vertically, laterally and width. Branches are long and thick. This rain, sun, rain, sun type weather is creating some monsters. Can't wait to see the result. Still on the fence about light depoing. One thing I DO need to do is put up trellises. It sucks if I can't upload anymore pictures or videos. If I see something great I'll just delete a dfferent picture. 6/20 Not raining but still overcast. 71° at 9:15. Plants are still doing amazing. I've dedoliated some damaged old leaves. I can see some plants have shot a few pistols but I don't think reveg will be a big problem. Some have no signs of reveg. A couple spit out a few three finger leaves but that could be from the environmental stressor. I kept my second mk ultra without topping or fimmed. It's stalk is enormous and just the LEAFLETS are bigger than my wrist. ENORMOUS fan leaves. I think this is going to be a great year. 6/21 It's about 80° and clear skies. Bags are a little warm. They still have some heft to them and it's going to rain tonight with showers tomorrow. Those 10's dry out quick so I split a gallon between the two as they were light as fuck. The rest of the front row was a LITTLE lighter than the rest (the big mk ultra in the 30 looked like it wanted some water) so I gave the other three in the front about a half gallon each. It's noontime. I know it's not the best time for watering but sometimes you need to do things when "you're" able to. Plants are looking amazing. Tried to stick a 10th planet branch under a support buf I took it back out. It wad way to kuchvof an angle and the plants will stretch during flower. I pulled it out and there's still a little bend in the stem but nothing that won't return to normal on its own.
