11/18/24 looks great. packing on weight and trichomes. very low leaf to calyx ratio. in my experience i havent had a plant form buds like this one. the smell is complicated. once again never experienced. spicy almost peppery but sweet piney orange rind. its very contradictive and confusing. it almost smells differently each time i try to get a nose on the smell.

Week 9 of Flower and the Punchberry Cookies Rbx just about ripe at 63 days of flower today (5/12). I've never had to time a DWC bucket flush before, so going purely on instinct. Specifically, Trichomes are mostly milky with amber development. I am hoping a 3-5 day flush with ph'd RO water will bring out any potential color AND that Trichomes will continue to ripen bringing amber to about 15-20%. As for the week in review, I'd say pretty uneventful, which is good. Continued daily water and ppm level drops with stable ph range readings - zero wild swings. She's kicking up some incredibly strong smells of fruit. She's frosty and does smell a bit like Hawaiian Punch as advertised. Looking forward to completing the DWC bucket flush and harvesting the girl. She and I got off to a rocky start. Fortunate that she recovered and produced the way she did. Next couple of posts (i.e., Harvest & Cure) will end this spring 23 run.

Still working on my canopy. I did some defoliation in order to encourage growth at the bud sites and improve circulation. I have 3-4 weeks until her sister is mature enough to flower. I took a gamble and germinated another seed two weeks ago because the one I originally planted with her turned out to be male. I hope it will be mature enough to produce a decent yield. Even though it will only have been growing for 4 weeks. By that time I expect most of the bud sites on the older plant to have grown through the trellis, and I should have a nice even canopy. The second plant will just be grown as is with very little training. I don't want to slow its growth at all.

On day 1 the rez is at 6.2. The highest cola is 8.5" from the light. On day 2 the rez is at 6.2. The highest cola is 7.75" from the light. On day 3 the rez is at 6.1. The highest cola is 7.5" from the light. On day 4 the rez is at 6.3. The highest cola is 7.125" from the light. On day 5 the plants are smelling and doing well. On day 6 I changed out the rez and PH to 6.1. The highest cola is 7" from grow light stretch is deff slowing down and should be over shortly. My avg PPFD at canopy is around 800. On day 7 the rez ph is 6.0. The highest cola is still 7" away from light 😅 close but not too close in my small space.

Finally got the time to sit down to do some maintenance and training on this girl🙌 It was a wet and rainy Sunday on 7/25 so we pushed back our Farmers Market a day and I got to get soaked in the garden😅 Cleaned up the interior, removing discolored fan leaves that weren't getting enough light and small branches growing inward that wouldn't amount to much. Then I did some LST with 4' Bamboo stakes and PGarden EZ Soft Plant Ties. I staked 4 main branches to open up the interior for better light penetration and air circulation👍 When it was all said and done I brought the trim back down to the barn as a treat for my horse Kestrel, he loves snacking on trim leaves! I also switched the the Neptune's Harvest Rose and Flowering as we're approaching flowering time and also gave them some good old fashioned Crosby's Molasses to get those sugars going!

Plant did ok, not the best result and far below my expectations for it. I found that growing them in pots with other plant is a no go from now on for autos. they just don't grow all that well when their root space is being shared, all my autos from a few breeders did poorly when I grew them like this. however the ones I kept in their own pot did much better, the Ganja farmer brand is good, just wish they had some CBD/CBG strains in their catalogue. Que pasa familia, vamos con la cuarta semana de floracion de estas Gorilla Melon feminizadas de fastbuds. Vamos al lío, de las 3 plantas, me quede con 2 por espacio, siempre pongo alguna semilla de más por si no abriese alguna por no perder ese hueco del indoor. Y ya superaron el shock provocado por el mismo trasplante. El ph se controla en 6.2 , la temperatura la tenemos entre 20/22 grados y la humedad ronda el 50%. Ya empiezan a formarse las flores y progresan a buen ritmo. Hasta aquí todo, Buenos humos 💨💨💨

Had 84g of the purple but smoked some waiting for the green pheno 72g. Thought I'd show pics anyway just to have some confirmation. Super floral diesel with some fruity notes. Hello Diary. Fourth week of flowering. The first thing I will point out is the amazing fruity scent of Fat Banana. I literally run out of saliva from the smell, I can’t wait to try the flavor.😋 As can be seen in the photos, the brown spots from last week have turned into whole yellow leaves with brown spots. 😟 I’m not 100% sure what caused it, but what’s possible is that she got too many nutrients. (Overfeeding) Considering the RQS pellets I put in the ground, and the amount of BioBizz I added, it’s still maybe too much for Fat Banana. 😳 If anyone is reading this post, feel free to comment on your opinion for the cause of such leaves.🙏 Since her roommates, Haze Berry Automatic, have the same treatment, and there are no such symptoms on them, I'm not 100% sure about overfeeding. Although I don’t add BioBizz every time I water, but when I add it, I put it on schedule for that week. Perhaps the concentration of nutrients in such watering is too high for this strain. Let’s take a look at what happened last week. 07/11/2020 - Day 44. Watering. I preventively added 1ml / l CalMg and regulated p.H. at 6.3 with Plagron’s Lemon Kick. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.4 degrees and 44% humidity. 09/11/2020 - Day 46. Watering. Since I noticed leaf decay, I watered like two days earlier just by adding CalMg and I regulated p.H. at 6.4 Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.7 degrees and 44% humidity. 12/11/2020 - Day 49. Photographing and watering. This time I added BioBizz as scheduled for the current flowering week. Temp / Humidity on the farm - 24.8 degrees and 44% humidity. Although Fat Banana shows yellow leaves and brown spots on some leaves, the flowers themselves have not been affected so far. We'll see how things go. See you soon. 🙌

Hey guys :-) A lot has happened this week :-). She has developed very well. Today it was topped on the main shoot for the first time. How often I will use topping on her, I make it dependent on how everyone else develops. I want to bloom soon so it won't happen very often :-). It was poured twice this week with 1 l each time (for nutrients, see table above). Fast plant spray from GBL was applied 2 times this week. New was added this week Fast Bud from GBL is preparing her for the coming flowering. Bio Grow Stay away for a while because the substrate is 30-50 % consists of fresh earth and the ladies are nice and dark green :-). Today there was another spray with neem oil against the remaining tripse which I will repeat one last time next week. As always, everything was cleaned and checked. Flushed the plant with water (Ph in - 6.5 / Ph out - 6.7). Next few days i'll be keeping it in darkness and cut after that. Actually i used to down ph with citric acid along all the cycle :)

8/7 Plants were still heavy this morning. Temperatures have been much milder. 70's is much better than 90's. I had to water twice a day for a while. I defoliated ahind found some heat stress ob the gmo canary on the end with some twisted leaves. Some leaves are turning purple on an event horizon and gmo. Night Temps are much cooler plus its probably a pheno thing. I defoliated everything dead yesterday. Found lacewind eggs. Saw an adult green lace wing this morning in the garden along with a couple more lady bugs. There were also some lady bug larvae so I hope the go right to town. It's getting cooler so if I'm going to poorly I need to do it. Sherb pie plant seems to he the pillars favorite. I've killed a few of them. Still need to fix supports and do a little more defoliation. I have a video too but it's too slow to upload now. STOPPED AFTER GETTING MY TIRES PUT ON AND DAD SAID THE LITTLE PLANT IN THE 5 GAL BUCKET IS DROOPING. I WENT BACK AND OF COURSE IT WAS. I WATERED THAT AND THE ONE IN THE TEN AND THE 50 AS IT LOOKED DROOPY. 10 GOT A HALF GALLON AS IT WAS DRYING UP AND ITS GOING TO BE HOT TOMORROW TOO. NOT 90S PROBABLY 80S AT MOST BUT STILL. EVERYTHING GOT A QT EXCEPT THE 10 GOT HALF A QT. THE 50 GOT SLIGHTLY MORE. A fucking chipmunk ran in my garden when the door was open. He was going fast and I couldn't find him. I looked under the pallets the entire length. Hopfully he just ran out of a hole or up the fence. I'm going to get an air horn and blow it inside the cage. I need to get some zip ties and do a little rearranging before I setup the other supports for flower. Suprisingly the plantvin the 50 went from the furthest from flower to having little budlets on it. Can't be an auto or I think it would've flowered already. 8/12 Ending of the lions gate portal. Everything looked good this morning. The one in the 5gal was removed until I figure out its issue or trash it. The yield would be less than a branch anyway. Probably chronic underwatering. The 10 was bone dry despite the 3in of rain. Some bags seemed light. Looked at last years diary and went with my intuition. WATERED TODAY. Gave everything a gallon. I moved the event horizon to where the 5gal bucket wad and STARTED reorganizing to use the most of my space. I gotta pick up some zip ties and finish the supports but I'm happy. Plants look happy. Not as tall as last year but they are SUPER bushy. I'm going to have to open some up and spread the branches. I'll keep this updated. WENT OVER AROUND THREE. I CHECKED OUT THE LITTLE PLANT AND NOTICED MULTIPLE BUDSUTES DIEING. I ALSO SAW WHAT "COULD'VE" BEEN A MALE PREFLOWER. MY INTUITION TOLD ME TO GET RID OF IT. ITS LESS THAN A BRANCH OFF THE CROP IT COULD HARM. LUCKILY I HAD BAGGED IT UP BEFORE IT BEIBG REMOVED AND IT WAS FAIRLY WELL SEPERATED. AFTER CUTTING AND DISPOSING OF IT I BROUGHT THE BUCKET TO EMPTY. IT WAS EXTREMELY ROOTBOUND. THE ROOTS WERE WHITE EXCEPT THE ONES ON THE OUTSIDE WHICH WERE A NEON GREEN. THE INSIDE OF THE BUCKET HAD WHAT LOOKED LIJE GREEN ALGAE ON IT. I IMAGINE THAYS PROBABLY WHERE MY PROBLEMS CAME FROM. I'VE USED THIS BUCKET SECERAL TIMES AND IVE SEEN TJIS TYPE OF ALGAE BUT USUALLY ONCE I SANITIZE ITS GOOD TO GO. IM NOT SURE IF IT WAS BEING ROOTBOUND OR THE ALGAE THAT DID IT IN BUT I HAVE MUCH BETTER SPACING NOW. THIS WAS THE RIGHT DECISION. I COULDNT BEAR THE RHOUGHT OF MY GIRLS GETTING POLLINATED. I DID A VIDEO TOO BUT ILL HAVE TO UPLOAD TOMORROW. ALSO CAUGHT THE TINIEST EVER MOUTH LARVAE. I SEE TINY GOLD FINCHES AND OTHER BIRDS DARTING IN MY CAGE AND AWAY WHEN I APPROACH. I THINK THEY ARE GIVING ME A HAND. 8/13 Thought thos was a new week so I took a ton of pictures and did a video. Who knows what will upload. Plants look hetter with the increased room spacing. I have the materials to finish final supports. I've just got to do it. Same with the BT spray. I'm thinking I should've upped the water to a gallon and a half or two but I'll do that next time I guess. Only problem I can see is some septoria looking spits on the toasted toffy and one gmo looks like itscrunning through nutrients quicker than others. Dad said he thinks this is my best year. He said they're more full and healthier looking. I looked at my diary last year and I had plants over the top of the cage. The weren't as bushy but I'm not complaining. These are far more indica dominant than last year so that's probably part of it. Leaves on the event horizons are starting to turn purple. I'll update what I do. I defoliated what needed it and combed through the plants hunting pillars. I GUESS I FORGOT TO UPDATE THIS OR IT DIDNT SAVE. I BOUGHT A WATERING CAN THAT HOLDS A GALLON AND A HALF AND EMPRIED VERY QUICKLY IN SMALL STREAMS SO IT DOESNT HURT THE ROOTS. GREAT INVESTMENT. COULDNT GET OVER UNTIL 2 AND I GAVE EVERYTHING A GALLON AND A HALF. EXCEPT FOR THE ONE IN THE 10 TJAT GOT A GALLON AND THE TWO PLANTS IN THE MIDDLE THAT GOT A GALLON. ONE EVENT HORIZON AND THE TOASTED TOFFY.

Plants are doing well, The 84" inch tent is a must if your not training or topping. I removed all the sacks that appeared last week and I haven't seen anymore show up so fingers cross, I check daily. Bigger tent also helps with heat control as the air has more room to rise. Hope you all like the pictures, I started to take videos as they provide more detail with less work.
