So we are still recovering from light stress. The stress is leaving as shown in the new growth on the top. Some might say this is nitrogen burn.but it cannot be as it's organic, micro dosed alaska fish emulsion. This is my first rodeo as I've been gardening for 20 years now. The only thing new to me is the LED lights. Hopefully those two phenos turn out to be male. Because I just don't see them being very vigorous for the duration of the grow.

Day 24 Second topping .🤕🤒

Last week of flowering for our Apricot from fastbuds 420 This week only water was given to the girls, as at the end of week we are harvesting the plants! Very nice smells comes out of the tent, cant wait to try all of the fastbuds strains i have in the tent 🤗🤗🤗

OK guys I'm back after being away for 2 weeks. I've proceeded to a final transplantation into a 9L AirPot container, right before I left for vacations. Despite the transplantation, no special operation was done, I want to see how this clone is going to grow on its own and I don't have enough room for training / bending. A friend was in charge of the grow room while I was away, and she did a pretty good job. The clone is healthy, standing proud and praying the light. I started to build the manifold for 4 colas but some side branches have already reached the canopy, that clone wants to produce weight! She will remain under vegetative stage for 1~2 weeks before flipping into 12/12 light schedule. I can't wait to see her full of buds! Thanks for stopping by 👊

I am feeding with tps one and CalMag oac one time, then it’s back to regular tap water (well water) that comes at 8.5 pH with 156ppm of tds. The feed was approx a pH of 6.5. More importantly is the consistent soil pH which appears fixed at 6.8 I know it’s lazy! However…. I have noticed doing this to reveal to me that the soil pH is very stubborn and not easily changed by the pH of the water alone. Stuff in the water can definitely have an impact. But still, most feed waters I use don’t change the soil ph. I do make sure the pH is within a healthy range for soil, something between 6 and 7 I figure is ideal. I’ve found if there is enough lime in the mix, and as long as I don’t over feed soluble nutes, then the soil pH appears stable and fixed. With enough lime in the mix, I can ultimately arrest the soil pH at 7. It’s really cool. I thought adding too much lime would give me something potentially alkaline, and maybe it will. But I’ve added lots of lime before and still haven’t gotten past 7 pH. Maybe I didn’t add enough to go further? Nevertheless I’m not interested in going past 7. I haven’t seen any issues with the speed of growth watering with 8.5 tap water, surprisingly. As I’ve said the soil pH would read 6.8 before and immediately after watering with the 8.5 tap. So….. I’m thinking the stability of the soil pH is a positive indication that the microbes are not being subjected to pH shifts, or at least nothing substantial. I mean, at the end of the day when things are looking good, I feel like I must have something right.

W19 (Harvest) 6-6 Last day before harvest. 7-6 Harvest day! Installed a humidifier outside the tent, set to 55% aiming for a 60% humidity inside the dry tent. 17-6 After 10 days of drying she is ready to be trimmed. While posting this a couple of months later i found out that i totally forgot to make pictures and video's of the trimmed buds 😅 End result #1: 37 Grams of dried buds. 35.84 Grams of dried trim and very small buds, into the freezer. I would describe pheno 1 as normal frosty, almost stone like buds, smells chemical with hints of dish soap (i really like it!) I cant describe the taste but it was very tasty out of the box, before the cure, very sad i only had 37 grams of it haha. End result #2: Around 70 grams of dried buds. 43.23 Grams of dried trim and small buds, into the freezer for bubble hash. I would describe pheno 2 as very frosty buds, little bit fluffy, smells very gassy, with a nice sour taste after curing a couple of months. Very interesting strain, i will definitely grow it again! I have some trim and small buds saved up from different strains and i will be posting a diary of the full process making hash of them! Day 43-Im waiting just a little longer to flower because she's in my veg tent with no room in my flower tent. If I wait another week or so I can switch this VEG tent into flowering lights. She is a beat! I started to defoliate the inner leaves and did some minor LST my twisty tying the main stocks to the cage. I wanted to "open" her up and get the small branches some light to grow during this veg period. Having a lot of fun with this plantl so far! Day 44-2 feet tall as of today 💪. she has surpassed her step sister(bag seed rando that's actually a phenomenal plant) even with multiple toppings. She is a true work horse IMO. I have 2 very healthy clones taken from her and I am planning on taking 2 more for mothers . Excited to keep her genetics alive to possible breed with this summer. I picked up some original NL#5xHaze seeds from swami I want to breed with this cheese. would be crazy. Day 46- Found a cool branch with three new bud sites coming from one node which was a first for me! Fed with NFTG mid veg feed, recharge, and Mammoth P. Defoliated a few more leaves that I thought blocked light to much from getting to the under growth. I want to focus on growing out the middle of the plant for one more week before throwing it into flower.

Added a photo to show where I take RH/Temp measurements from in the tent, pretty much inside the canopy. Went lower on EC this week to give the plant a little time to regenerate and pack some more before harvest. The dehumidifier is pulling less and less moisture out of the air every day, this is a additional sign to me that the plant is nearing its end. Not quite sure when to harvest, maybe next week or the week after, the plant isn't really stacking, it is frosty but I am missing the quantity, the pictures are kinda deceiving. Had to battle some mid july heat and humidity this week. Have the lights down low and the ac at full blast. Plants began to foxtail due to heat, so some of the colas got a bit of a snip and one main slurricane cola was bent at 90 degrees because it was just about to touch the lamp. The room STINKS!! outside has a noticeable pungency to it, and I love it. I gave my neighbors clones in May to mask the smell with more stank Feeding with reg nutes + sweetener + hardener. I have only been giving her water for the last 2 weeks. It’s still pretty green tho. Buds are super frosty.

26.1.25: I have had a mistake 😕 i spilt some Fish Mix as I was experimenting with a syphon from some aquarium tubing I have. Unfortunately, I forgot to take the syphon out! Ugh 😣 However, it is fish emulsion and very thick consistency. Therefore, I was able to scrape it up with 2 of my business cards up off the counter. So added this extra into the next 2 ltr solution I mixed. All plants were watered with at least 1ltr of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.3. Containing the following nutrients;- ♡ 3ml Seachem Seaweed ♡ 4ml Biobizz Fish Mix ♡ 4ml Biobizz Bio-Grow ♡ 3ml Biobizz Bloom ♡ 2ml Xpert Nutrients Bloom Booster ♡ 2ml Xpert Nutrients Cal-Mag ♡ .25g Ecothrive Biosys. ♡ 2.5g of Bicarbonate of Soda as PH UP. Unfortunately I have broken my PH pen too. Accidentally submerged it under water, then the readings went crazy. I'm leaving it to dry by standing it up but I'm most likely going to need a new one, which is extremely annoying 😑 I'm going start implementing the Scrog net probably some point next week if I let the plants that are in flower to just grow up now, as I do believe that I stunted Watermelon 🍉 by using too strenuous LST. Hopefully the plants still are able to grow upwards at this stage during flower for all the Purple Punch P1, P2 and P3. We will soon see! 28.1.25: My PH pen has packed up 😣 I've got to wait to get another. It's super annoying 😑 so I'm just judging by memory how to regulate it. Unfortunately, that's my only choice! I'm also out of the dechlorinator 😕 things are not going very well this week so far 😅 I guess we will have to make do, until I can get replenished. 29.1.25: I removed all the plants, hoovered, and disinfected the tent. There were several accidents when watering, causing some debris and splashes. I decided to just go ahead and get a few other things done. It's crazy how quickly things can become neglected! 😣 So I defoliated moderately on all plants except Gorilla Cookies seedling. I have absolutely dropped the ball on my lighting situation! My light was much further away than I thought! I turned it up to 100% and dropped it down to just under 2 feet away. After I reset the tent, I set up my scrog net. I removed 80% of all LST pegs. I am planning on letting the scrog net take over the training from here. I really want to minimise the risk of mould, so I decided to start using my dehumidifier. It has raised up to 73% RH this week, so it's necessary. Hopefully, I will be able to get my dechlorinator and PH pen soon! That's kind of essential to me. It's been a little bit of a stressful day in the garden, to be honest 😅 30.1.25: So I am expecting the arrival of my new PH pen today, as well as my new bottle of Ecothrive neutralise. It is supposed to measure the TDS and EC in addition to the standard TEMP and PH, which I had previously. Obviously, time will tell if it's any good or not. I realise, much too late now, that my lighting is very insufficient for this many plants. I need double the watts at least, and coverage is very poor. I remembered I had an old LED floor lamp, which was in a corner being unused. I decided to take the stand off, and Zip tied the pole onto the tent pole at the back left corner. I have no idea what the wattage is, and it's quite pathetic 😅 but I mean, I might as well use it, being as I definitely cannot afford more lights! 😣 Next grow, I will probably only grow 2 plants, max 4, and just use larger 7-10 Gallon pots. Being as I ran out of dechlorinator, I only watered some plants properly because I only had enough to make 6 litres. When my pen arrives, I will get everything properly watered. 31.1.25: The leaves of several plants are showing signs of iron deficiency. This is likely due to my PH pen packing up earlier. I now have a new pen. Due to this, I decided to use my Seachem Prime, which I use for my aquariums. As I wanted to get them watered properly, and my Ecothrive Neutralise hasn't arrived yet. I watered each plant with 1ltr of dechlorinated water PH'd to 6.0. I added .25g Ecothrive Biosys to the water. May give them a breather on the nutes and just use the Cal-Mag and Biosys. Being as I've just topped dressed with rich fertilisers, I'm sure that will be OK for the next several waterings. Snipped another couple leaves which were annoying me 😅 I realised this is one of the pots I put my clay pebbles the bottom of. So I've probably not been watering enough, as she's right at the back, and assuming all was good because the pot was heavy. I went ahead and gave all the plants a thorough watering each with: 2ltrs of dechlorinated water, PH'd to 6.2 with:- ♡ 4ml of Xpert Nutrients Cal-Mag amino acids. ♡ 4ml Biobizz Bio-Grow ♡ 4ml Seaweed extract liquid Going to keep an eye out to see when they need more in next couple of days. They're all looking very well, except the slight colour fade on Bubble Kush

Throughout the week I top dressed each with 3 tbsp of dry fert and more super soil. Giving em cal mag water also just because my other set of plants want it as well. Bit of discoloration throughout the canopy, since these girls only got 3-4 weeks left I'm not worried. Might try a different combo of dry ferts with a higher P/K for flowering since they went through veg no prob. Got another cycle of Mephisto illuminautos on week 1 so I'll post those for my next grow. Think the Gelato will be ready to be pulled in 1-2 weeks and the NL/LSD in 3-4. peace
