Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend and staying safe. It was a great week for the 5 mainlines, they are all close to 20 inches tall, with 8 mains, and I decided to flip them all to flower today on day 49. If the ladies double in height by the end of the stretch, they should be around 40 inches tall and my lights are at 52 inches so that would give me about a foot between the canopy and the lights. I am still feeding GH nutrients, silica, cal mag, and maxi grow. I will transition to flower nutrients in about a week. I have found that it is important to continue feeding plenty of Nitrogen through the stretch. The only way I would transition sooner is if I was running out of vertical space. Still very happy with the Spectrum X from Medic Grow. I am running her at 69% and the plants seem very happy and healthy. The heat and humidity are finally letting up in my region so it is nice to be able to open some windows and drop the temp outside the grow tent. 12/5 They're starting to get taller and develope more leaves. The gorilla zkittlez has some weird markings on its leaves. I don't think it's something I need to worry about because the plant seems healthy but it's worth noting.

Hello Diary, Milky Way F1 is truly beautiful, in full bloom and covered in flowers that fill in nicely. It progresses quite quickly considering the fourth week of flowering, the smell is more and more intense. Milky Way F1, like its roommates, reached its maximum height this week, there is no change since the last measurement. Watering has become a little more frequent, I have to water every three days because they drink a lot of water. I continued this week with the addition of nutrients, bio flowering booster and easy bloom tablets. The conditions inside the grow box are good, the temperature is around 28 degrees and the humidity is around 45%. Here's a quick recap of the week. 12/06/2023 - Day 44. Watering. I prepared 8 liters of water, added all three components from the bio flowering booster, lowered the pH. at 6.0 and with that amount I watered all three plants evenly. 15/06/2023 - Day 47. Watering. I prepared 8 liters of water again, inserted one easy bloom tablet, lowered the pH. and again with that amount I watered all three plants on the farm. 17/06/2023 - Day 49. Defoliated some leaves to let light in, chopped one down early as I run out of bud 🙄 it's good for less than 4 weeks flowering. Have them rice water starch again this week in with there food. A layer of frost is slowly forming 😎 hopefully they will fatten up nice and frost up really good to 🤞

This week was a bit stressful. I was trying to identify the nutrient excess/deficiency. I think i narrowed it down to calcium deficiency, but these symptoms could also be a side effect of potassium excess (but what I gathered from my research, there is a very slim chance of this). Anyway I started to add CalMag to my regular waterings and they're showing some correction. I'll probablly water them with water, CalMag and lower than recommended amounts of nutrients for a day or two just to make sure. I had them on a 12/12 light cycle for 4-5 days, they've streched and risen up, which was what I wanted. They now on a 16/8 cycle.

I thought I just had two of this strain, but it turns out that the 134g plant was actually a C4 hybrid! It isn't as pungent smelling as the others, but seems to have it's own unique flavor going on. I like it! 115g - C4ndycaine [Candy Cane x C4] 134g - C4ndycaine [Candy Cane x C4] 151g - C4ndycaine [Candy Cane x C4]  TOTAL: 400g 👍

Been studying for Art Exam but neverless the grow has continued. All our premium strains did not reach maximum size due to late transplanting from Bad Soil to Good soil. Nevertheless we hope to garner a seed or two and begin again with better circumstances surrounding our grow than ever before. The Northern Lights, GirlScout Cookies and PowerPlant grew between 32 and 36 cm each. I estimate a dry yield of between 20 and 30 Grams on each and about a further 30-40 grams on our banana Kosher Kush (this could be more but to be on the safe side. They probably have 2-3 weeks left before harvest. We will take what we have learnt here and start again with better soil and a steadier light schedule. Till next week

THURSDAY 12/20: Both plants are still packing on the pistils. It's a race between the buds finishing and the leaves all falling off.. FRIDAY: The new evaporative cooler is working pretty well in the tent. High temp was 84f with it running on medium and with ice in the reservoir. That's a win. I suspect that when I need to run the other two 85w bar lights it will be pushing 90f again unless I run it on high. RH is is staying between 38% and 45%, which is another win! SATURDAY: I fed them about a gallon of full-strength bloom nutes today. Continuing Beastie Blooms, but will switch to Cha Ching later this week. SUNDAY: Photo session...Cruella is a little more densely budded, but Carlotta has a more pungent aroma at this point. Real good progress this week. Shes looking lovely 👌🏻 Apologies for the lack of pictures through the week (and quality of what I did manage to get) it's been a mad one for me and I haven't had the time I needed to give full attention to the garden and someone's been tending to it while ive not been able to. I cant believe how FAT Mimosa got. Looks like it's on a McDonald's only diet...big, juicy and shiny this one is. The fade is on half way alredy and despite i cuted a couple of branches on the Apple&Bazookiez, I've decidid to let it go another week. Colours on this one are stunning. Red and purple buds and fades all over. Despite the slim rock hard nuggets i believe the thc and terpenes are going to make up for the lack of weight. They have been on straight ph water for the last 2 weeks and thats how they going to be for the last 1 and 2 weeks respectively. See you on next Sunday. Good grows🌲

Chopped her two days into week 14. What else. Buds. There are a lot of them. And they are quite large. And they look like they will require little effort to trim. What more can I wish for? I am a very happy man. Upd 1: Trimming is SO SIMPLE! Not much sticking out to begin with, because of the amazing bud structure and me plucking most bud node fans. Solid nugs which are not bothered by anything, so pulling smaller sub-bud fans is very simple too, while the buds are what I would call moist. I'll call this Moist Trim 😄 ✂️✂️✂️ Went for the best trimming tools available on the market (well at least my research concluded so) and LOVING every minute of trimming with the B-500SRF. Why would I or anyone else use something less suitable or less comfortable for such a delicate and long job is beyond me, except if you cannot afford one right now, in which case I wish you to experience it one day. Fiskars are also very good in therms of the blades, coating and cutting ability and precision, but the spring is just too stiff, like way, way to stiff for something that is to be used for hours on end. One might argue that such spring force helps overcome resin buildup, but please just rinse your instrument regularly in an appropriate solvent (ethy, iso, whatever — consider you instrument materials as well) and wipe it after. Why would you let significant amounts of resin to accumulate on such a gentle and precise tool? Kinda defeats the purpose?
