4202024 or backwards, it’s 4202024. I’m sure there will be other palindromic dates in future, but this is the one and only stoner palindrome date that can happen in our lifetimes. Thanks to Seedsman for the idea of a 420 grow-off and the chance to try some of the latest and greatest. Anyway, started some Blueberry Pie F1 Fast seeds from Seedsman today. Very promising sounding genetics, and I’m very keen to see how she goes. Hopefully we won’t get as much wildfire smoke as we did last year. The plan for this plant is a 16 cola manifold with force flowering (12 h darkness) starting in late July for a couple of weeks. Starting in a glass of water on a heat mat at 25 C. Kept in dark using foil. I’ve decided to avoid plastic for the seed starting. Also, based on a science paper I saw this winter, I’m leaving a ripe apple in the dark with the seeds. Apparently the ethylene gas helps, but only in the dark before light is applied. Tried it with tomato and pepper plants and seems to work. First time trying with my cannabis seeds. Will add the reference to the paper some day. Apr 22: moved into soil. Starting three seeds but I only have room for one plant. Will adopt out the other two. Apr 25: removed foil cover (and apple) and set the plants beside the light that is going for tomatoes and peppers. The seedlings need minimal light at this stage so taking it easy. This grow is going to be testing my coco based auto watering setup. The plants will eventually be going into 2.5 gallon airpots which I cut to be very tall and narrow which I hope will give great performance for this grow style. Nutrient solution will be pumped from a 5 gallon bucket to halo-style drip emitters 4 times a day for 5-10 second intervals. I am going to try to use inline flow control knobs to dial in the watering and allow for slight runoff every fertigation. For lighting I am using my HLG 100 watt lights, one per plant. I am a big fan of these quantum boards, they have given great performance I. The past! Thanks for reading! 🌱👍 May 13 day 1: the Blackberry breached after germinating in a rapid rooter for 2 days. I am impressed with how quickly this seed popped! It had a stuck seed that was gently removed, and will be falling off the rest of the way shortly. May 16 day 3: Seedlings planted with their rapid rooters into coco filled seedling bags, and given first nutrients. They are remaining under humidity dome. I have also started running the drip emitters to test them and dial in the amount of runoff. It is also continuing to buffer the coco so the medium will be well prepared for my seedlings when the time comes. Day 4: the seedlings are doing well so far, so I will keep them domed for a few more inches of growth. Then I will switch to a humidifier to maintain acceptable RH.

Harvest was done on a lovely summer day. Since summer was approaching, half of the harvest was hung upside down with the classic 60/60 and rest is stored in a wine cooler for drying. There’s also an oscillating fan below for airflow!

🌸 Week 6 – Gorilla Cookies Auto Pheno Hunt Another week is in the books and the differences between the phenos are becoming impossible to ignore now 👀🔥 Stretch has been very different across the plants and some phenos are clearly showing completely different growth patterns despite running under the same conditions. It’s getting easier every week to identify which phenos stay compact and bushy and which ones want to reach for the sky. 📈 Current observations: Pheno #3 and #4 have stretched aggressively and are now above 70 cm Pheno #5 took the lead and is currently sitting at around 101 cm 👀🔥 Pheno #1 and #6 are still in early flower / preflower and developing noticeably slower Plant architecture is becoming very clear now — some phenos are growing dense and bushy while others are showing strong vertical growth At this stage I already have clear favorites: ⭐ Pheno #4 and #5 are currently standing out the most for me in terms of structure, vigor, and overall development. But the real decision will come once the flowers fully build up. 🍃 Maintenance & development: Canopy management continues and I’m still removing leaves only where necessary to improve light penetration and keep flower sites exposed. 📊 Current environment: Temperature stable around 26°C Relative humidity sitting around 67–70% VPD target remains unchanged and is being monitored continuously Light intensity continues to increase gradually as flowering progresses The next weeks should become really exciting — structure is one thing, but now the buds will decide who becomes the real winner of this pheno hunt 🌸🔥 💬 Which pheno would you bet on at this point?

It's really hard to get started with conditions and insufficient knowledge. but i did it. OG Kush really hard to grow, but it's really worth. ill grow this girl again I added more pictures of Super silver haze, she's baby and only 3 weeks to veg. Just showing

she finally showing pistels after three weeks(21) days in 12/12 tent.she is Thriving in its tiny pot dwc hydro spam.she is about 16 inches tall was 4 inches 21 days ago .She has a min of 5 weeks to go still hope she slows her stretch some to stay in the baby bears bed for light distance.
