Eternity Grow Cup - Week 11 VEG Report This is a pivotal week in our Eternity Grow Cup journey as we wrap up VEG and prepare to transition into FLOWER. Our goal has been to ensure that the plants are thriving and optimized for the next phase. This report will detail everything that took place during this crucial week. Mass Defoliation & Structural Training We began the week with an extensive defoliation session. Every leaf with a stem was removed to clear space for optimal light penetration and airflow. This process was done mostly by hand, clicking them off in the opposite direction of growth, while some stubborn ones were snipped with scissors. By the end, it felt like we had taken out nearly half a kilo of leaves! The room now looks clean, structured, and ready to fill out the ScroggNet. To further enhance the plant structure, branches were attached to the pots, allowing for better horizontal growth. This technique helps maximize canopy exposure and prepares the plants for even light distribution once flowering begins. Defoliation before flowering is a key step as it reduces overcrowding, improves airflow, and sets the plants up for efficient energy use in the next phase. Light Schedule & Adjustments This week, we introduced a subtle but effective light adjustment. While still maintaining an 18-hour light cycle, we initiated a 15-minute delay with the whites, allowing the reds to start first. This gradual shift signals the plants that a change is coming. Similarly, at the end of the light cycle, the whites turn off 15 minutes earlier, leaving the reds on for an extended period. This strategy mimics natural sunrise and sunset, helping the plants transition more smoothly into flowering. Additionally, at the end of the week, we will be implementing 48 hours of darkness before the official flip to flower. This method has worked exceptionally well in past grows, helping plants recognize the transition and encouraging a strong start to flowering. However, it's important to emphasize that this is a personal technique and not a universal rule. Every grower should experiment with different methods to find what works best for their specific environment. Environmental Conditions & Challenges Currently, our temperature is at 27°C with 60% humidity, resulting in a VPD of 1.50. While slightly higher than the ideal for VEG, our CO2 levels are over 1000 ppm, and the light intensity is at 570 PPFD, making it a manageable balance. The solution pH is 5.79 (essentially 5.8), EC is 1.38, and water temperature is 17.7°C. One challenge we are facing is maintaining optimal reservoir temperatures. Currently, it's a bit low at 17.7°C, and we are exploring solutions to raise it slightly. However, the medium temperature sits at 22.2°C, which is a good range. The humidifier is still in use, though it struggles to increase humidity further, so we are working with what we have to keep the VPD in check. ICL-300s Integration The ICL-300 lights are now fully active. Unlike the last grow, where we introduced them later, this time they are on from the start of flowering prep. This adjustment is an experiment to see if the plants respond better to an early introduction. Learning is at the core of this journey, and each grow offers new insights. Whether this proves to be the optimal strategy or not, it will be a valuable lesson for future grows. TrolMaster Hub & Data Monitoring Throughout the week, we have been closely monitoring our grow using the TrolMaster App TM+. Health to everyone! 👋 🌿1 week has passed since the big defoliation and switching the timer to 12/12 mode. -Pre-flowering stage, stigmas have not yet appeared. We are waiting for the flowering to begin. -Very thick stems. -Appetite was restored by watering 5 liters per day (water 2 times a week). -No problems or shortages were found. -Every 3-4 days I remove several large burdocks (no more than 5), which greatly block the light. -Added Bud Ignitor and Bud Factor X to the diet. 🤙In general, a strong and large plant with good resistance, which is pleasing to the eye.

Sep 12: Amnesia Haze is almost ready. Two more weeks at most I think. Doing Final Flush using 9L in the 27 L of soil.

Shout out to Barney’s, freaking love their genetics! Harvest will be plentiful of super quality bud. Something I this far have only achieved with their genetics.

Whats up GD !!! ------------- GROWTH------------- Topped both plants, the bigger one, it is 3 days younger than the other, and seems to have faster development, more vigorous.. I think the reasons could be the pheno or the level of root development, i ll explain it : C#1 was in a yogurth as seen on photos and having all the sun. C#2 was in a wider recipient, lower in height, and in a room with poor light. I watered both plants at the same time, C#2 got curvy leaves when watered, i think maybe she likes near dry soil, or cant handle that level of humidity in the roots ... in my opinion she has less developed roots and the pot hadnt enought holes to let the air come in, the oposite of C#1, that seems to handle better humidity and is eating all she can, getting fluorescent green below sunlight. Both plants have same feeding and soil composition. ------------- IRRIGATION------------- Watered both ladies, around 0.2-0.3l each one with Deeper Underground. ------------- NUTRIENTS------------- Tall cheese C#1 : Deeper underground 1ml/l Short cheese C#2 : Deeper underground 1ml/l + Micro Vita (it only had Canna Pro soil ) --------------------------------------- Good vibes !! _12/04/2018_

This plant was an absolute dream to. Grow, no issues at all with health of plant, just struggled to tame her as she was a a thick strong climber 💪💪. I'm so impressed with how this turned out, I could have flushed for another 3 days to make it 12days but I needed the space. After The 2 days of dark I was recommended I can definitely say it has vastly boosted her trichomes and the smell when I opened the tent blew my head away 😍😋 Aiming for a 10-14 day hang dry, The 10-12 weeks curing in jars with humidity packs. I will update with a dry bud weight and smoke test 👌 Bud wet weight is just 500g+ Final bud dry weight is 298g. Of juicy resinous purple and orange buds 😍 smells like sherbert and hang dry smoke test revealed a candy sherbert, no banana yet but hoping like the grow it matures with cure process now. Hits eyes straight away, sandy bottom kids, giggles, munchies, fun time with Mrs, bed. Cresce molto bene .ho provato a pizzicarla sulla punta ma continua a crescere in altezza è ora di andare a fiorire ! Da questa settimana si cambia a 12/12 !

Registro esta semana como la primera de floracion ya que se nota con facilidad donde van a crecer los cogollos!. Espero que sean grandes!!🤞🤞🤞😁😁😁🚀🚀🚀🤪🤪🤪. 2da semana de floracion al 09/02/24 los futuros cogollos ya se ven como van creciendo, de floracion rapida me ha dicho el grower y se nota la diferencia con el otro diario.(en el otro diario se puede ver q los cogollos ni forma tienen😅) Esta semana hice riego foliar con aceite de neem, para evitar plagas.En el suelo regue con micorrizas 1ml x litro de agua, aumente la dosis de agua de 1.8l a 3 litros, para que el mismo riego se drene y asi poder medir el ph y ec. El ph del drenaje me dio 6.3 y la ec 1100ppm. Esta semana también quite algunas hojas y ramitas bajas que no valía la pena que se desarrollen.
