Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great week. It was a good week again for the 5 mainlines, I did some final LST to try and keep the mains level, and I also defoliated the lower leaves to improve the air flow. I am still feeding the same veg nutrients which is just amor si, cal mag, and maxi grow. I will start transitioning to flower nutrients tomorrow and I will gradually switch over to all over flower nutrients by the end of the week. The ladies are about 24" inches tall, but I do anticipate them growing some more before the stretch ends. I am pretty much done with LST at this point, I will just continue to defoliate as necessary and make sure they are enjoying their environment. Still very happy with the Spectrum X from Medic Grow. I am running her at 69% and the plants seem very happy and healthy. The heat and humidity are finally letting up in my region so it is nice to be able to open some windows and drop the temp outside the grow tent. An exciting week again training this girl. Was spacing her out throughout the week using the low stress ties. As you can tell did a lot of defoliation and some minor lollipopping. Getting rid of the lower growth that'll be larf. Watering every day right now. Added the AC Infinity self watering device to this girl. Because of that and how much she stretched, I'm a little close to my lights. I've spaced out the clips as far as I can to raise it up but I'm just outta room. It shouldn't negatively effect the plants with this much space but still not ideal. If I run into any issues I'll turn the lights down to 80%. This is a big week for the plants - planning on switching them into veg next week, so all nutrients, topping and mainlining should be completed this week. All nutrients stay the same and lights still at 60cm from the plants. I noted some stress on Chong’s leaves last week and so I also adjusted the water to 7l instead of 10l. Topped the plants on the first node of the mainline again and gentle LST. Day 32 update - Chong has lost a mainline stem. During the changing of the PH controller, one of the lines were pulled too tight and snapped off an entire stem. Going to try save the other half of the mainline and split it into 4 main cola’s.

Home stretch now. Going by the last time I grew this strain, theres about 2 or 3 weeks left till harvest. Buds are fattening up, absolutely sticky as anything and stink the place up too!

Started showing alot of pistols

I accidently snapped the main stem at the base during the first week of flower essentially super cropping her. Electrical tape and lint roller tape on the inside was used to hold the main stem up straight. she healed very well and then took off into a monster. I would have liked to take her further but she could not support her own weight and used that as a sign she was ready. At that point I had already been using electrical tape to hold the the steams together for the previous 2 weeks. Would be interesting to see how this strain would grow in my bigger 20 and 30 gal fabric pots as I struggled to keep up with organic dry amendments, especially calcium and magnesium, almost every watering calmag and lime dust was used for the last month of the grow. Currently harvesting 2 other think different strains and have been preparing 3 smaller pots for either some RQS Titans or a competition strain if I receive something in the post in the next 2/3 weeks. I have been growing for 5 years now from Chronic Nerve pain and I did not get past the flowering stage in my first grow, necessity is the mother of all drivers and if you want good bud, don't stop trying.
