Exciting news: we’ve added a new member to our grow tent – a praying mantis! 🦗 Her species is Timor shield mantis, and she still needs a name. We decided to get her to help with pest control naturally. Praying mantises are excellent predators and can help keep unwanted insects away from our plants. Feel free to suggest a name for her! Any tips or fun facts about keeping a mantis in the grow tent are also welcome! Day 54 (First Grow): Hey everyone! Big update today: we’ve switched the timer to a 12/12 light cycle to initiate the flowering phase! 🌸 Our plants have developed a nearly complete and dense canopy, and we believe they’re ready to start blooming. This change should encourage them to shift their energy towards producing buds. For those following along, here’s a quick recap: We've implemented a SCROG net to manage the canopy and ensure even light distribution. We've introduced a Timor shield mantis for natural pest control. The plants have responded well to all adjustments and are looking healthy. Now that the flowering phase is starting, we’re excited to see how they develop over the next few weeks. Any tips or advice for optimizing this phase? Let us know in the comments!

Ab geht es in die nächste Woche! Auf Empfehlung habe ich BioBizz Alga Mic Und Acti Vera zu meinen Plan hinzugefügt um die Ladys etwas zu retten. Zusätzlich habe ich der Lady etwas unter die Arme gegriffen indem ich alle vertrockneten Blätter entfernt habe. Ich lasse mich mal überraschen wie sie sich auf den letzten Metern machen.

📆 Harvest Week, 28 May - 4 June 2024 28-29 May - Observed and let the plant mature. 30 May- 3 Jun - Flushed plant. 4 Jun - Harvest (see pictures). 📑 The final week. Harvest time. Although I have destroyed my netting getting her cut the way I want to hang, it was well worth it. Larger limbs take a little longer to dry and that is what I need, a slower dry. For this reason I’m only removing larger and yellowing leaves. I’m hoping on 14 days in a closet controlled environment at 55% RH and 70 degrees F. Then it will be trimmed and placed into 1 quart mason jars with Boveda 62% TerpShield, and burped daily until a RH of 62% is maintained for long term storage. Overall Grow Review: With all environmental conditions met, this plant can get as big as you want it to. But to get big buds you have to carefully balance your nutrients to get maximum production. Reflecting back over the weeks, this is what ultimately caused the buds to be smaller than anticipated. I do not believe she was adequately feed during flower. This is a much bigger plant than I am normally use to growing, and I did not get into the habit of checking the solution PPM in-between scheduled weekly feeding changes. So when she started flowering I suspect she became a more heavy feeder, nutrients should have been changed twice per week or every 5 days depending. Only a guess. Would I grow it again? This is not my first Wedding Cake grow - so absolutely! Smoq Report: The smoke has a very strong effect that comes on slow and stays for a while! A nice head and body buzz that brings out talk and laughter. Nice for recreational or medicinal use. Will not couch lock at all, quite the opposite in fact! 🍶 30 May changed nutrient solution to flush solution 💧 Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 🐉 Flush Solution EC .0 at 70 degree F 🔆 Light power: one at 25%, and one at 50%, DLI 35 canopy coverage at 12hrs 😤 Using General Hydroponics, HGC728040, Dual Diaphragm Air Pump, 320 GPH That is it for this week. 3 Days after lollipopping we saw that both runtz are hermaphrodite maybe too much stress but genetics seem to be bad… Now on we check them daily to see if there are any „eggs“ and remove them asap Unfortunately, the brucebanner 3 had a magnesium and calcium deficiency caused by a nutrient blockage. We Head an incorrect PH test. When we checked with another pH test, we found that the pH value was clearly too high at7.5+. Hopefully there will still be something with the harvest… We ordered some calmag and got some ph down by a friend…

I trimmed her after 15 days of drying and got 31g of decent buds and 12g of larfy buds that will go with the trim to make some hash. Power used for whole grow in 114 days. Lights=201.7Kw (201.7×0.25)(=£50.42) Rad=212.23kw (212.23×0.25)(=£53.05) 201.7÷114=1.769kw per day light average. Average 100w for veg Average 150w for flower. Light average for grow 125w. Day 36 (Second Grow): Hey everyone! We’re starting a new week and have officially entered the flowering phase! 🌸 We switched the timer to a 12/12 light cycle, and the plants are responding beautifully, growing 5-10 cm every day. Our SCROG net is doing a great job keeping the canopy even, ensuring all parts of the plants get enough light. The Timor shield mantis is happily patrolling the garden, providing natural pest control. We've placed a hygrometer within the canopy to monitor humidity, which sometimes exceeds 70%. We're considering adding a dehumidifier to keep levels in check and prevent mold or mildew. Any tips on managing rapid growth during flowering or keeping humidity levels in check? Fullgas , take place and enjoy the ride. She has grown wide with strong and heavy branches, buds also exploded. This strain is my personal favorite of this grow, love the added note from Sherbert OG to one of my favorite Cheese strains. Behind the big Lemon Orange she growed undisturbed, as a Cheese Lover i expected much and are more then satisfied. The taste is typical Cheese but more creamy with a gassy note, huge buds full of resin. High is uplifting , with a strong body, it really gets u and take u on a ride. I want to remeber Franco Loja with this Fullgas grow especially, he was part of Greenhouse family and this strain is a hommage to him.
