This week i transplanted the plants in 1.2 gallon pots and did some minor defoliation, They're kinda stressed but next update they will look better than ever!

Trying to dial their veg in. Nutes may be too old or too high. Changed with 4ml CaMg per gallon of RO water. The rest is MaxiGrow. Ever since adding rockwool to the grow, I have struggled. I don't have the dry back timed right yet. I moved my fan to dry the top of the pot surface instead of in the root zone or at the canopy height. After about 10 days I dumped out the rockwool and have replaced with hydroton. My initial though on using rockwool was to give the roots more space during late life stages. My experience has been with hydroton and I notice that the roots eventually get bound because the hydroton is a durable material and will not crush or compact. Rockwool on the other hand will compress when squeezed so I was hoping that in the late life stages the roots would compress the rockwool and make more room in the pots. The issue was dryback. If I used chunks instead of croutons, this may help but the other reason I used them was because I had them here already. If anyone is trying to slow their dryback down, they should consider adding 10% volume of croutons to hold moisture in the medium a bit longer. Notice anything different? They are starting to adapt to their new media. Hopefully by next week I can get them to perk up. One plant has looked better than the other three. I have no idea what these plants need to “perk up”. Possibly a different grower. If a grape terpine wasn’t in the end results I would have culled these long ago. Hopefully they perk up when we get to flower. 3 look ,,,, meh, the fourth is descent. Trimmed all four back down to 12” tall. Flower next week.

📅 Week 11 | 🗓️ Day 71–77 Day 77 – 3-4 week of flower 🌸 Lemon Cherry Runtz 🍋🍒 🔸Lemon Cherry Runtz is really kicking into gear this week. Buds are swelling up nicely, calyxes are plump, and the white pistils are shooting out like little antennas in every direction. Resin production is in full swing – the tops are already frosty, sparkling under the light, and the colas are stacking beautifully along the main stems. 🔸Leaves are looking strong and healthy – deep green with some subtle purple hues showing on the edges. No clawing, no deficiencies, and no signs of overfeeding, maybe she could use a little more nutrition.. Sugar leaves are already coated with trichomes, which is always a good sign that the plant is cruising in the right direction. 🔸This week I kept it simple: only water. I also cranked the SANlight up to 100% to push temps up a bit, and it worked out great. Daytime VPD now sits right around 1.4–1.6 kPa, which is the sweet spot. Day 64: Second Grow We’re now in the fifth week of the flowering stage, and the buds are getting thicker by the day. We’ve decided to order a microscope to keep a closer eye on the trichome development. Additionally, we’re considering ordering CANNAZYM, a nutrient that could help our buds grow even bigger and healthier. Here’s to another week of growth and progress!!

D21 - Start of week three of veg for the second girl, while it is only the start of week two for the first girl as I had to replant her. I will probably do the first topping on the second girl this week but I'll see in a few days where she's at. I gave both girls around one liter of water @ pH 5.9. A bit on the low side as I used too much pH down but it'll be fine for one watering. D24 - Yesterday I switched my light from the seedlings program to the veg program, and I'm now reading around 500-600 PPFD across the canopy. On the high end for sure, so let's see how the girls handle it. However, the daytime temp in the tent jumped up to around 30 degrees C after I switched the lights. #tinytentproblems I also added some support to #1 as she has a relatively thin stem but large leaves, so the oscillating fan keeps knocking her around. The second girl also initially had a slender stem, so I guess it is their genetics. (#1 is 12 cm tall and 15 cm wide, while #2 is 20 cm tall and 35 cm wide.) I will need to top the second girl this week as she grows a lot each day. I'm considering mainlining her but haven't made up my mind yet. I gave both girls around one liter of water @ pH 6.5. D25 - A couple of days ago, switching the lights to the veg program made the cover crop explode and turn into a jungle. I decided to trim down the red clover to increase the airflow around the girls and reduce water use. I watered the girls only yesterday, but they were already thirsty again, so I think that the clover was drinking quite a bit as well. After cutting back the clover, I gave each girl around 1.2-liters of water @ pH 6.5. D27- Today was the last day in week three of veg for the second girl and the last day in week two for the first girl. I really should have topped the second girl already, so that will need to be done as soon as possible. She is 26 cm tall and 38 cm wide, while the first girl is 13 cm tall and 27 cm wide. Yesterday, I removed the support from the first girl as her stem had gotten more robust, so it was no longer necessary. Today, I started brewing compost tea (worm castings, neem meal, kelp meal, biochar, rock dust, algal limestone, bentonite, and molasses) which I will leave overnight and feed to the girls tomorrow.

The plant grows. I have now added an oxygen pump to the water tank. Let's see what effect that has. You can see the progress every day. I've also bought some phosphoric acid to keep the PH down (hopefully). My water tank is very large, about 75 litres. I also have a few holes in the lid, so a lot of rainwater gets into the tank through this and also through the openings in the pots. Never had to top up the water yet lol. At the end of the fourth week I'm happy with the growth, especially as it's my first plant. -------------------------- Die Pflanze wächst. Ich habe mittlerweile einen Sauerstoffpumpe in den Wassertank gegeben. Mal sehen wie sich das auswirkt. Man sieht den Fortschritt jeden Tag. Ich habe außerdem Phosphorsäure gekauft, um den PH-Wert endllich stabil unten zu halten (hoffentlich). Mein Wassertank ist sehr groß, ca. 75 Liter. Außerdem habe ich ein paar Löcher im Deckel, so dass dadurch und auch durch die Öffnungen in den Töpfen viel Regenwasser in den Tank gelangt. Musste noch nie Wasser nachfüllen lol. Am Ende von der vierten Woche bin ich zufrieden mit dem Wachstum, vor allem da es meine erste Pflanze ist.

Sind in ihrem Töpfchen angekommen und haben angefangen Wurzelwerk zu bilden. So langsam fangen sie auch an zu wachsen. Leichte Spuren an den Blättern, aber kein Grund zur Sorge.

Ok so this week I did a defoliation and a tigh down too the netting , I really was not planning on doing such a big defoliation but the leafs became thick and dense and there was almost no light penitration down too the lower branches of the plant , so she is opened right up now and the humidity and temperature has dropped loads and the air is moving alot better around the leaves and branches , I will not take anything more off her now , I have also added Cal mag too the nutrients for this week only , she is well into pre flower now but the stretch has not yet started so I figured it's no or never too defoliate and tigh them down , this grill really has grown right out this week and is unrecognisable from the plant just a few days ago , I am very happy with them so far and being new too all this it's all very exciting , Thanks for looking :)

A great heavy yielding strain. An awesome smoke. Loved the purple at the end and the taste is great too. Got a cerebral high with no strong negative effects.

Flowering Week 27: Mold Alerts & Aromatic Triumphs Update: 14.09.2025 | Day 191 Hey Growmies, Week 27 tested us with brutal weather – rain almost daily, humidity never dropping below 60%. But the ladies are hanging tough. Had a small mold scare on Durban Poison, but caught it early. The improved support system held strong against the wind – no collapses this time! Let’s get straight to the main characters: Durban Poison She’s loving the weekly mineral fertilizer – bulking up like she’s on steroids! The aroma and resin production have intensified big time. After touching her buds, my fingers are glued together with sticky goodness ❤️. Still, I’m staying vigilant – checking daily for mold and removing any signs immediately. Blueberry Her buds are getting denser and more beautiful every day. Finally seeing resin glistening on the sugar leaves, and the smell… unbelievably divine. Fruity, sweet – beyond anything I expected. Really hoping the weather allows me to harvest at least a few mold-free buds from her. Probably going to flush her using a shop vac and pouring PH'd RO water through the top and sucking out within the float area. Her buds are starting to color as she nears Harvest. Patience.😎
