Everything's going smoothly so far. Doing a defoliation tomorrow and getting rid of any lanky branches. This should be my best crop yet with photoperiods. It should be noted that there is a difference between defoliation and lollipopping. I didn't realize there was one until last month.

Bloom has begun. I have two plants that are Sedona shorter than the other three but still very happy with each of them. There is a favorite which is in the center. I like her structure, bounce back from the heat and training. She’s absolutely lovely. I’ve also been bottom watering/feeding. They love it. The roots have creeped out from the bottom of the power pots.

This week the new growth of the plants transitioned from looking relatively healthy to droopy and yellowed. I wasn't sure what the issue was at first and thought it might be light stress. After more research, I determined that I had what looked very much like a zinc deficiency, which is almost always a symptom of over-watering, which is the most common mistake for new growers, i.e. "Me". I had assumed that adding a good amount of perlite to my soil and using smart pots would prevent me from running in to any drainage issues but I guess not. I was up to 1.5 liters per plant when I realized that it was too much. I also realized I was misreading my syringe which I use to mix nutrients, and that i had been giving only 1/10 of the liquid nutrients that I thought. I'm super embarrassed about the mistake but I'm going for full transparency here, so there it is. Course correction takes places after day 31.

- Week 3 of flower Unfortunately, one of the collie man kush got hermies. So I sadly had to remove that one from the grow tent. The 4 remaining plants do have more space now. I still have some deficiencies I calibrated my ph and ec meter, and they where of by - 0.3 ec and + 0.1 ph. I gave them advanced nutrients revive from the top, also to check the run off. The run of was 1.4 ec and 6.5 ph, so i adjusted it now in the water tank to 1.6 ec. Hope they will respond good to it and the grow can continue.

So this or these ladies are performing splendid..I like the fact that each plant has its own personality..One is nice and tall, the other short and stocky ...I mean it's a joy watching each of them move through a different stage but collectively...it's insane... Hello smokers and growers, back at it here for the dual pheno hunt going down. Found a male! Well, two actually, the Cold In the D by CAPULATOR is unfortunately a male (What should we do with it? Have 4 rooted clones ready) and one of the six Stardog Breath x Goat Supreme is a male (#4) ✅ In terms of vigor, Icing Kush #3 takes the cake. Took 2 clones of each Icing Kush and 2 clones of this mystery seed as well. After the long grow/dry/cure process we will smoke and decide the keeper pheno. The clone of that pheno will become a mother plant ready for producing more. Going to try and get each row filled with 1 strain at a time. Hey folks. Into week 5. Lots have happend. Ladies got hit with a huge wind storm and took down all 4. We had to steak them up to keep support of main branch. Other than that. We did a heavy defoil/lollipop and topdressed at 2tbps/gal 70/30 mix of 444 to 285. Regular watering. Each plant has been taking on about 1.2 gals every 2-3 days. See ya on the next update.

Another first timer…I am satisfied with her progress thus far. I'd probably turn her Inna project by crossing with the Skunk #1 pollen. Time will tell..

Been a good week I have lowered nutes as on some of the plants the tips have gone a bright yellow type colour wasn’t sure wether this was because of my lights or nutes either way I have lowered nutes for the minute and will see how that goes , went with another trim during the week as some flowers have grown far beyond The others main aim was to free up light for the lower plants and aim for there bud sight it’s seemed to have worked so far as they have grew a little other than that everything else has been quite manageable 🤞🏾 Obviously missed a day which was watering day due to other responsibilities but hey it happens on the brighter side The jungle is still slowly coming along nicely happy growing 🤑

She continues to be the easiest grow I've had to date. PH spends the week in the 5.8-6.3 range, where I bring it down once or twice per week, aiming for about 5.5-5.9, then it sails slowly northwards again. Buds are an impressive size already. Smell has increased markedly. Foliage continues to be dense, and a lush dark green, with a few small spots on the lower leaves. I suspect she would have benefitted more than most plants from some training. Took a few leaves this week, to expose lower buds.

Week 2 veg. Starting some LST this week. Pretty new to this so hopefully all goes well!
