Day 53 - still buildin... vids of new home... Nutrifield, Rock Nitro, 1200-1500 ppm and 6.5 PH.... see if we can give em a good boost.... left em in pure water before puttin em in new solution.... Day 57 - pics vid.... been adjusting ph... down to 5.8.... they are just growin along nicely in the new home... got a fan for the tent... looks good tho... solution temp is abit high, fan will fix that..... changed just the tanks to 5lt Cereal containers, they are alot taller, more room below the container... fits perfect.... Cuts from the girls at this stage is the best time, I've never had cuts that didn't go under the clone dome im using clonex, clone solutions couple drops of rapid roots.

Day 56: Merry Christmas everyone. Today It seems the K deficency symptoms aren't getting any worse and a few of the smaller and less effected leaves are returning to green already! I guess the other leaves will take time IF they go green at all by the end of the grow. The flowers have swollen again so even though there was a deficiency she doesn't seem to have slowed down too much. Score one for having loads of leaf mass I guess! I'm going to monitor her closely today and tomorrow, he pot is still very wet and humic acid helps soil hold onto water so it may be another 24 hours before she needs watering at least! But I think a water with no nutes will be fine this time. The overall plant has taken on a healthy shade of green, it's just the parts that had gone pale from the k def that are still the wrong colour, hopefully these will gain a healthier green over the day / tomorrow, I think 1 more week and she'll be ready to defoliate and head into the flush stage. Looks like it might be a satisfying first harvest! Day 57: It doesn't look it so much from the pictures, but today the plant is looking a much healthier shade of green, in the leaves in the central mass we still have some leaves that aren't fully green because they were hidden in the depths of the plant. Today I did some very light LST just to pull the flowers out slightly further, I noticed there's a lot of buds on some of the stems and I've tried to expose the light as deep into the light as possible, in about 1/2 weeks I'll defoliate again and try and expose more of the lower down flowers to the light, today I simply tidied up the base of the plant and exposed the main stem base to more airflow, I think the stalk is looking healthy, I've never seen a healthy stalk before but there's a white film that I recognise from being the skin earlier on, raised the grow question to be sure I also trimmed off some tiny flowers near the base of the plant, they were never going to reach anything significant and I understand taking these smaller flowers can stress the plant in the right way to grow the rest bigger, So today I took 3 flowers that weren't even going to be larf by the end. As well as exposing more of each tops stem to more light I hope to stimulate growth along some of the stems that look like they'll produce a good amount of popcorn buds

Very easy strain to grow. I grew the White Critical Express previous to this grow, I really liked it and wanted to try growing an Autoflower so I went for the Critical 2.0 and it was worth the grow.

📆 Week 4, 12-18 May 2024 12 May - Upgraded light to ViparSpectra XS1500Pro. 13-14 May - Observed the plant. 15 May - Plant shows first pistils. 16-18 May - Observed and let the plant grow. 📑 It was time to upgrade my light and it was an easy choice to stay with ViparSpectra. In my opinion, for small tents and the home grower they are the brightest lights available on the market. The only problem with the *2024 new versions are the dimmer switches. They limit how you can adjust the power: 5, 25, 50, 75 and 100% are the only settings, nothing in between. If you are trying to “dial” in your DLI/PPFD it makes it impossible without adjusting light height, which is quite cumbersome comparatively. Your forced to work around an issue which should have never been one! The plant is showing its first pistils this week. This doesn’t mean its in flower. There is no bud formation yet, she is just letting you know she is female. It could be another 2-3 weeks or longer before buds start developing. Right now she is still in a veg state so no changes will be to a nutrient schedule that reflect a flowering stage. 🍶 12 May nutrient solution changed 🍽️ 12 May feeding schedule updated 💧 Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 🐉 Nutrient solution EC 1.7 at 70 degrees F 🔆 Light power at 50%, DLI 28 canopy coverage at 18hrs 😤 Using PYPABL, Air Pump, 400GPH That is it for this week. Was updated by email every step of the way. I did not pay the extra $25 for the ability to track my package, however ILGM did email me once product was shipped as well as when product was out for delivery. January 25th- Seeds delivered. Pkg was discreet. I would have like to see some type of pkg that took into account the cold weather, however I was home to pick up pkg so it wouldn't sit out in cold. January 26th- today is the day I attempt my first germination. I decided to germinate 6 seeds using the direct in soil method. Soil I am using for germination is Fox Farms Light Warrior. Watered with distilled water that was at room temperature with an avg PH of 6.2. Germinating in a seed starter tray using a seed heat mat. January 27th - Watered as needed January 28th- First seed sprouted. Germaninated an additional 6 feminized super skunk seeds using same method as above. Watered as needed. Recieved two tahoe OG seedlings from a friend. They are roughly a week ahead of mine. Both seedlings have a little yellowing on leaves. Both seedlings were transplanted into FF light warrior soil. Watered as needed. Placed in tent under ViparSpectra P2000 LED at 25% power 30 inches above. Tent at 71° F 65% Humidity at 18/6 light cycle. January 29th- two additional seeds sprouted. One seed from first batch pushed itself out from soil and tap root was exposed. Gently placed back in soil. (No change since) Second seed sprouted was from second batch germinated. Watered as needed using coconut water at 50ml/gallon. January 30th- Two additional seeds sprouted. Both are from second batch. Watered as needed. Added 10inch fan into grow tent set on low. January 31st- These two as well as sprout from yesterday were transplanted into Solo cups with FF light Warrior soil and moved into tent with same parameters as above except LED was moved to 40% power. Watered as needed. Feb 1st - started germanting 3 more SS seeds. Dug up the 4 seeds that had not germinated and trying a second time. No water for other seedlings today. Feb 2nd- no water Feb 3rd- 1 seedling emerged from the soil!! Watered with coconut water 💧 End of the week thoughts: I believe I watered both the seeds and the sprouts way too much. Backing off water until soil is dry. In the future I would like to try germinating in water and paper towel. I like this idea as I know whether or not the tap root pops... currently I'm left wondering 😔 Questions: At what point are the plants in VEG? Is it as soon as they sprout? Any idea why some leaves on the Tahoe OG are yellow? Some new sprouts are also more like green than others.. thoughts? 18/6 or 24 for veg.. thoughts?

Harvest time

Ayyy, look at her growing! i was away for a weekend and look at this jump. The first broken off stem attached itself after taping it. the Second branch i broke off, i tried to attach a cutting from another branch, fixated it with tape and a metal clamp. Which did not work but i think it's because i let too much green on it, so i dried up before it could fix itself. MAYBE. It's just my observation but i want to try every method i can think of, trying to attach a broken off stem again, and I will be successful finding the best technique for me. And i will share it, if i found it! Next time i will remove almost any green so it's just a little stump, i think the shorter the cutting the better. What do you say about the Training so far? (:

She has a sweet kinda fruity flowery smell at the moment. She is in the middle of bulking. I got the nute burn fro. Weeks ago is under control. She is Snelling and looking like she is gonna produce a good yield. I'm in love with the structure on this sugar cane. She takes training easily and has developed a beautiful canopy of tops without much effort. It's almost like she just knows what I want her to do. Day 35 is here. We are a week into flower and most the plants are just starting to hit that flowering stretch. I have been bending them down a little every couple days, but I need to focus on cleaning up some of the bottom branches so we can keep good air flow through the plants. Will work on that through this next week. I haven't done a water change, just been topping off the reservoir with fresh nutrients as they drink it up. Feeding half and half maxigro and maxibloom. Will cut out the maxigro in a couple weeks when I notice their stretch slowing down. I had a plant overflow this week because the drain line is getting full of roots. I noticed a couple roots have made their way into the reservoir already. I set a pump timer to 1 minute on and 20 minutes off so they can drain properly. I would like to make it through the grow without having to mess with the drains, but we will see what happens. I will make some modifications if needed. Other than that everything is running smooth and I hope we have some little pistils to show by next week. Thanks for stopping by ✌️
