The week starts Monday, Dec-9 in vegetative stage. Started lowering the distance from the light to 45cm (18") over the coming week. The extraction fan on its lowest setting is too strong for the current growth environment so the humidity levels have been rather low (35% -> 50%). An attempt to stop/start the fan with 30min intervals caused both temp and humidity levels to swing wildly. The environment inside the tent is now stable, albeit low temp and humidity levels since the fan has been left to run continuously. Added a large tray of water with an aquarium heater warming it to raise the humidity level inside the grow tent. And added a large hanging wet towel. Both methods helped. The plant is recovering very well and stretching in its growth. The side branches are reaching out to the light. Starting to increase the frequency of fertigation to daily as the plant seems to be sucking up water/nutrients well. Run-off was measured at EC 0.94 and pH 6.2. Topping at 5th node - start of LBH’s Famous ScrOG Tutorial. Cut the stem above the 4th node. The topping should probably have been done a few days ago but I wanted to see the plant recover first.

I really like create this budzai auto plant. Don't grow as I expect. But a really beautiful plant. And create two nice buds. The smoke is amazing.

Ok on flower day 65 i did a prechop of sticky smelly Buds. This is the Rest for Ripening. 04.10. Its boring to wait. Just added some water. Aphid shit on my buds (i wash), Or using insectoxids. Now you know why i can not use Insecticide. Another part chop. On day 71

It smells like my high school years. The clippings I pulled out of my pjs which is now sitting on my dresser smells fresh. Very soothing. I grew up on oil so. This evening has had me wondering how hard and how much of my plants will be needed. IF I even get there. Im hopeful. They are on their 10th day of 12/12. All six of my girls are showing white pistols. Two days before the flip they were fed veg nutes, last sat they got bloom nutes, they look good today but they have flourished a bit. I think I’ll feed them another lower dosage of bloom nutes tomorrow. I have also defoliated them a fair bit tonight. .It’s been very hard to sleep. I want the best for them. I’m trying to learn to as I can to hopefully give them that best opportunity. They haven’t stretched in these first ten days as I thought. They have stretched don’t get me wrong. Drunken Bitch Slap has been growing great bbn under the Hortibloom Solux 350. I just changed her solution today. She is in the midst of bulking now. Super frosty and sticky buds. It looks like vg it is gonna be a excellent smoke. She probably has about 3 weeks left till harvest. Everything is going great. Buds bit squishy but covered with enough crystals had to harvest due to mould and to much died leaves had few smokes and it hits straight away nice smoth smoke with orange and almond taste. Damn im so hungry now! Happy growing people!

10/15 Same stuff, just keeping it stable is all I'm trying to do. Update 10/18 - Heat was ridiculous this week, had to turn one or more light features off, for example, turned off the HPS -AND- the LED circuit on the Phlizon on the hottest day because inside the tent it was like 91 degrees F. Yeah it may not be the perfect environment, but look at the growth from the 15th til today. Major flowering happening, unless I am tripping. I see a lot more healthy growth now, which in my opinion means the transplant idea was SO WORTH IT. I see a lot of crystals forming now and the tops the leaves are turning more white that I could hav imagined -- with two more weeks at least to go, I think I may have some bomb flowers if I dont fuck anything up. Northern light to the left in video has more to go and is not as far along as the Vanilla Frosting. 10/20 Added some new nutes for the last two weeks of flower, bubbling like a madman wanting this grow to finish. White Widow (three plants outdoors) will probably finish in the tent, its just really in stasis but it is getting some frosting of its own. BTW when I smelled the flowers yesterday I was blown away by how awesome they smell, like seriously boutique top shelf aromas going on, this is my first grow indoors and really the first time I have been able to give the attention and care these babies need. I have learned SO much. Especially about stuff I was clueless about before. Like which lights are good. What tent size to get. Ph, nutes, watering, relative humidity, cloning... all new stuff. I have become a better gardener as a result and my 200 sq ft community garden plot is doing way better and I expect next year to be bonkers because I really get the whole ecosystem thing now and how mycorrhizae helps everything. Black opium has done really well. She stretched a lot since last week. One of the 2 tops has grown taller, even though I've tied it down, but they are reaching towards the light, and the buds are developing quite nicely. So let's see what she can do! No water this week. The soil is still drying out due to fungus gnats appearing. I am getting some sticky traps, just waiting for tgem to arrive. There are so many, and it's definitely come from the soil. Days 33-35 Both ladies have been transplanted and moved into the Veg tent! If you look in the video you can see the setup. Both are in 10.5"x10.5" square nursery pots approx 3Gal each. Both were put into happy frog soil using azos and recharge during transplant. I have them under an optic 8+ with a cob as supplemental lighting Day 37: A light defoliation day today, especially for #1. I removed all the mature fan leaves that were blocking any bud sites or nodes at all. Essentially leaving the top 2 mature leaves in tact. I honestly did not want to do this! It was heart wrenching to mutilate such a beautiful naturally growing plant 🤷‍♂️ practicality wins in the end tho. I removed the 2 oldest lowest fan leaves from #2 as well. More for sanitation reasons. They werent8blocking anything but the uh were dragging in the dirt and starting to fade anyhow. I actually kept 1 leaf. My 1st time ever doing this. The leaf is so neat, overlapping itself. *transplant update day 37* In my very green opinion they look to be struggling a bit with the transplant. I like to wet my medium prior to placing the rootball in, sometimes it's great and the roots chase it. Sometimes they get a little water logged and it takes a week b4 watering. I'm thinking it's the latter in this scenario. Day 38; #1's top fan leaves are rolling in again. I figured it was heat but the surface area doesn't get above 78° which from what I've read is fine. Maybe it's a strain issue? Looks very imdica, ma uh be is accustomed to a cooler climate? Day 39: I lowered #1 about a foot further from the light. She is still all curled up tho. It isn't heat. I watered them at transplant per my usual routine. 2 other plants stranded extremely bad and these 2 are acting goofy. I probably over did it that day Day 42 and 43 In day 42 CMOG #1 needed some water. It's her 1st drink since transplant. #2 on the other hand is drinking a bit less. I also took 2 upper fan leaves off #1(I hate doing it, but gotta promote those bud sites!! Day 43nothing really to report. I videotaped myself plucking a couple lower fan leaves. I'm raising the fan a bit more above #2 to keep wind stress down. Day 44: 🚨⛈️Emergency!!⛈️🚨 Power is out! My light cycle is as follows: on at 6pm off at 12pm. Its 2:45am right now and the power has gone out. Which was wierd because it went out b4 the storm hit! It was fricken midday when the outtage happen!! My poor Chocolate Mint OG 😖 keeping humididty down is gonna be hard and my grow is very far from and natural light source even if they were on the same cycle as nature 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️ if ur reading this say a quick prayer! The Bruce bangers are huge and falling under there own weight but no complaints here. They are starting to produce alot of trycomes and put on weight. I'm feeding them 600 ppm every 2 days and they could still use more just worried about burning but so far they are just hungry. I harvested the white widow girl they are hanging and will give a final harvest dry weight when they are dry. 2 of the widows got some good purple but all are fire. 🔥 thanks for looking happy growing and god bless.!
