With my upcoming vacation, I am going to be hardening off these ladies to relocate to their outside location. I checked the expected weather forecast for the week. Looks good to start hardening off. Partly cloudy with temps in the low to mid 80s just like in their tent. So that’s good. Night temperatures were in the 50-60s. This is much cooler than what they are used to as our house is at 73. They need to get used to what mother nature will provide. Our summers are hot and humid. I had planned to bring the plants back in the sunroom but since conditions were similar, I let them stay outside every night. And every night but 2 it rained. I did not water or feed nutrients this week. I am attempting the scrog technique on all plants. I am using a peony cage as the support structure. The cages are about 2 feet high. This may not be enough side or top support as she grows and may have to resort to tomato cages. Took pics May 6, 9, & 11 Fractal is a vigorous gal and gets very bushy after defoliation & training. To achieve this, I am aggressively pinning down each branch coming off the main stalk while defoliating regularly to keep the top open. We back with some buckets! Time to fire up the pumps and get this show on the road. Soaked this beautiful little gem of a bean in some water until it cracked then threw it into the bucket with 100% perlite. Started them on a low dose of maxigro on day 3. Doing these diy Dutch Bucket style as always. Going to be running 8 in house genetics strains on the system with constant 24 hour a day irrigation. Not much exciting going on yet, but with a little luck that may change pretty soon.

Weekly update on these magnificent girls. They're flowering great and smelling even better. Half of the bunch look as they'll be finishing up in the next couple weeks. This strain grows fast and I can't wait to sample some. The purple pheno produces some picture perfect flowers. 👌

2020-07-21 (Day 62) This monster is growing about 10” a week. No sign of flowering yet but this thing is just insanely massive. You can see from the video that she dwarfs my other Autos that are done in about a week or so. She lost a large lower limb due to my murderous cucumbers 🥒. They climber the branch and broke her when I was away for a couple days. Stay tuned, hopefully flowering starts soon!

This week i need to change the reservoir again, the plants drink solution just as I add fresh water the EC stays at 2.7 and i need to add PK and Calmag so that's why. The weather outside is very cold this whole week around -18 degree Celsius at night...this made my reservoir water go under 15 degree Celsius. This was an amazing firat grow and I’m not done yet love mainlining. Depending on how these dry and the yields come out I may just do lst and get about the same amount of yield out of the grow but I still have another week or so till I chop the others

Gorilla Glue Auto Day 89 This week I continue watering with 1.5 litres of water and nutrients every other day. I continue to remove leaves that are obstructing the flowers. The flowers continue to swell. When I look through the magnifying glass the trichomes are some 50% clear, 50% cloudy, 0% amber. This #42 and #40 plants from Ganja Farmer Seeds where the best out of them all, this is a bias review though as they where not all grown in the same bucket system as these two and thus could not grow to their true potential. The bugs where solid rock hard and crystaly They are true keepers if your wanted a good performing auto for shits and giggle outdoors. The major downside is how easily they got pests and how the pests preferred them over the other weed plants. this is a bit concerning to me and makes me wonder why. Day 89!!!! I came back from vacation and started harvesting right away, so the girl grew really big, but I gave her too little light, and at the end of the growth I didn't remove the leaves :( because I was busy on vacation :( but basically I'm still incredibly happy, her flowers are not very firm, they have a lot of "AIR", but a lot of shiny sticky trichomes, the girl grew really well throughout her growth, next time I will definitely use LST, this growth was with very little LST, there will be an update when the harvest dries up :) good luck to everyone:).
