Pretty much the same state as last week, plants growing well, still have the runty Pink Kush plant but its pushing flowers out well and getting some good colour to it. Red Pure plants are growing great though one of them has some leaf spotting but its not seeming to hinder growth. Nutes same as last week, only watering when I get a full finger-depth of dry Coir and checking with soil probe for pH and Moisture too, getting a regular pH7 in the soil, I've got some pH Down to add a drop into my tap water just to ensure I'm watering with the right pH.

Plant 1 = 67 grams/2.3 oz Plant 2= 55 grams/1.9 oz overall= 4.2 oz (5-7 day dry) The Gorilla Cookies are soooo damn frosty and stinky…i’ll be drooling at them for a month until I can taste them!!!! Photos mostly of plant 2..1 was coated in resin but plant 2..the frostiness can be seen from far away! My first top shelf grow 😈…hopefully more to come! My glove was literally sticking to the stems and getting stuck with plant #2 The stench reminds me of thanksgiving dinner LOL..sausage stuffing and gas is what comes to mind..very savory aroma! One plant flushed partially the other not flushed and I can tell you that the flushed plant has much more flavorrrr..if this didn’t prove to me that flushing is absolutely essential IDK what would! LOL

I had a busy week moving the plants into NFT once roots started to show, put them into a tent give them a fan. Freebie seed shown slow recovery but decided to use it anyway.

Everything has been growing great this week! These autos sure do grow fast! but did have a slight issue with the Fast buds BlackBerry getting a little bit too top heavy so I moved her closer to the light. Week 5 of Flower is over and my Papaya Cake girl is showing her true colors and smells! She is in full bloom and pumpin trichomes like a Queen. Report: I’m seeing a “tiny” bit of nutrient deficiency pop up but nothing to be alarmed about. She been getting straight 6.2 ph water and nothing else from here on out. Shout out to the YouTube channel “Welcome to the Grow tent” and “Growweedeasy.com for pointing out a few mistakes I’ve made along the way and saving my ass when I thought it was a Nute defi but was just a root bound plant. Their reccs have made a HUGE diff in my yields and overall plant structure. The last run with this strain was nothing like this girl. The smell in the morning around 8:40 and 6:40pm in the evening is something you could write a book about.🎂 Your nose picks up faint odor of papaya and vanilla wedding cake. Hence the lineage she came from would make the most sense. Do you talk to your plants? I do and I know they are paying me back for the CO2 they need. I’m def enjoying the fruits of my labor as they say. Yep, I have been so lazy keeping my diary up to date, life gets in the way sometimes🙄 Im on week 19 or there abouts. So a few things, As of about a week ago, I thought I was close to harvest, I had advice to start harvest when around 60% of the pistils had turned color and curled along with the trichomes becomming cloudy. I cant really get a good look at the trichomes no matter what I try but a couple did appear amber which I was told you can probably get away with a few amber spots, but it is a good indication that its probably a good time to harvest? With that, I thought it be a good time to start flushing, so I started using just clean water to start the process at about week 18. Started getting from what it looked like last time, cal deficiency, so I added cal mag, slowly cleared but now it looks burnt either from nutrients or light🤦‍♂️🏽 4 days ago I noticed a sudden growth spurt with new growths throughout the buds, as you can tell in the pics. So I went back to adding just bud candy in the water..Stupid idea? And now today I have noticed fuzzy white mold and yellow gold spots in the soil. I dont know if it is harmful or a good indication? Should I just harvest it or let it grow further? Some advice would be much appreciated at this point. Other than that, it has been a super long and slow grow and I am so keen for it to be harvested already as you know, it is my first grow after all. Peace✌️😊

Hey folks, Into week 7! Top dressed last week and looks like they finnaly started to respond. Tons of new growtj. I have been using lst clips and wires to train the plant. Topping and defoliation was also used to keep the main stem from growing out of control and to allow side branching to keep up. I also have been focusing using molasas to help add carbs to the soil so the bacteria can feed the plant some co2 and help break down the organic of the soil mix. Looks like the plants are responding quiet well, showing praying during peak sun light. I belive molasasses sits at 1-0-4 nkp ratio for those who are wondering. Cheers guys

Plants with more direct UV showed much more purple across all 3 plants. The data shows that the number of terpenes in dried Cannabis flowers increases with a “No Red” light treatment for the final three days of production. Based upon these findings, we feel confident in recommending a spectrum control program that eliminates red light output from fixtures for the final 72 hours of the Cannabis flowering cycle. Terpenes are aromatic compounds that give cannabis some of its most distinct aromas from citrus and berry, to more earthy tones. Many species of plants produce and emit terpenes in a diurnal, or daily cycle that is regulated by a complex web of signaling. There are also many plants that emit terpenes at night to attract nocturnal pollinators (Marinho et al., 2014346). Regardless of when the terpenes are produced or emitted, these processes are often dependent upon cues derived from natural light/dark cycles via a native circadian clock (Dudareva et al., 2004). Several light-sensitive pigments are involved in these processes of production and emission, and the different photoreceptors are dependent upon different wavelengths of light to be activated or deactivated. Emission of terpenes is a process that is entirely dependent upon phytochromes and red/far-red light cues in most plant species (Flores and Doskey, 2015). For example, repeated light/dark phytochrome signaling is necessary for the emission of terpenes in tobacco plants (Roeder et al., 2007). Based on previous findings, we hypothesized that a lack of red light and phytochrome-mediated light/dark signaling on the part of the plant is responsible for an increase in terpene content in cannabis. Sound waves at 1 kHz and 100 dB for 1 h within a distance of 0.20 m could significantly promote the division and cell wall fluidity of callus cells and also significantly enhance the activity of protective enzymes and endogenous hormones. Sound waves stimulation could increase the plant plasma-membrane H+-ATPase activity, the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein, and amylase activity of callus. Moreover, sound waves could increase the content of RNA and the level of transcription. Stress-induced genes could switch on under sound stimulation. Sound waves at 0.1–1 kHz and SPL of (70±5) dB for 3 h from plant acoustic frequency technology (PAFT) generator within a distance ranged from 30 to 60 m every other day significantly increased the yield of sweet pepper, cucumber and tomato by 30.05, 37.1 and 13.2%, respectively. Furthermore, the yield of lettuce, spinach, cotton, rice, and wheat were increased by 19.6, 22.7, 11.4, 5.7, and 17.0%, respectively. Sound waves may also strengthen plant immune systems. No bug or disease problems. I even took her off veg nutes way too soon and she recovered like a fucking champ. I’m popping two more this week. Unfortunately i didn’t weigh it because Of some very unfortunate circumstances that I was dealing with at the time. I essentially had to vacate my premise within 24 hours. A few days after harvest. Anyways. I ended up smoking the whole thing with my friends and it was straight fire. The terps were crazy also. Super sweet. After curing she had a very sweet smell like bubblegum / grape. This was only my second harvest ever.

This is her last week. I let her dry out a bit too much mid-week 😢 Her leaves were going yellow before this though, she's been on plain water for a while now. Will be harvested within 24h 💪

Finally got my buddy to come out and add in a 20 amp outlet so I can fire up a better light. Still using quantum boards but with a 4500k spectrum. Got in a foliar with the Growzyme from green buzz liquids. Fed them right before I took the pics they look a little sad but hopefully they bounce back quickly. Not much else going on. 420 Fastbuds FBT2303 Week 3 Merry Christmas Grow fam. Week 3 for these beautiful plants. They seem to be progressing well with minimal issues. I did up the feeding to 1000ml every other day and so far they seem to be OK. All in all Happy Growing
