Flowers forming. Leaves getting yellow spots. Sprayed beam oil for a couple days and trimmed away sick leaves this week. New leaves were normal.

Was a good learning experience. I'm not going to get near the weight I expected from these, and though the bud turned out really tasty, I don't think I'll grow it again. I'm not sure I would recommend to a newbie. It was in some awesome living soil, but some deficiencies crept up in flower, and I wasn't impressed with the roots upon post mortem exam. On second look, even the photo on msnl's site shows some spots that looks like deficiencies. Definitely some grower errors here, but all of my ongoing grows faced the same challenges and these just seemed less adaptable. Anyhow, I've been graced with some clean meds for now, and I'm a happy growin hooman. 👽 I also probably won't do any more autoflowers moving forward. Just not my style. There are some great peeps doing outstanding work with autos though. Best to them and all! :) D82 - 12.12 - cut the second auto cheese yesterday. Let her go as long as I was comfortable. Think her run in with the gnats resulted in the the deficiencies. Awfully covered in trichs, so it should make for tasty smoke after dried, trimmed and cured.. Shall update

Week 5!!.. she's starting to fill out but getting a little darker than I like so we cut Grow solution this week (keeping bloom nutes consistent), we removed a few top fans and readjusted her ties again..she got a few new roommates but she's a real wide plant but we're doing our best to keep her under direct light..will update with more photos midweek, thanks for reading friends!! 🐱

The temperatures, humidity, and watering volume(if measured) in grow conditions are all averaged for the week. The pH is soil pH. Any watering done by me is well water which is 7.6 pH and 50° F. Any listed nutrients are ml/gallon of soil. Day 1 we had rain the previous night and intermittently throughout the day. Temperatures were in the low 70's with cloudy skies. Day 2 we had clear skies and sunshine. Temperatures were in the low 80's. Day 3 we had partly cloudy skies, low humidity, and temps in the lower 80's. I watered about 1.5 gallons from the hose. Day 4 we had lite showers in the morning, partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the low 80's the remainder of the day. Day 5 we had showers in the early morning until afternoon. Then it was mostly sunny with high temperature around 79. Day 6 we had lots of sunshine and temperatures in the low 80's. I watered about 2 gallons from the water hose today. I added dirt to these pots now that the plants can handle the excess rain. Day 7 it was mostly sunny with temperatures reaching 82°. I watered about 2 gallons per pot from the water hose. This week was a success. One of the plants doubled in height to 20" the other two were 17 and 18 " . I started adding soil with premixed nutrients. It seems the worst of the rain is over and these girls can handle the moisture. I added stakes on day 7 and will get these tied down to open up the centers.

So, with the harvest complete and the dry finished, the rest is now going into jars for the final cure and storage. Overall I enjoyed this grow, it needed minimal interventions and had a smaller work load compared to the other grows. The amount of dried flowers is 752g (1.11gpw) so a decent haul, I threw a lot of B grade buds in the hash bag due to the large number of low level flowering sites (I need to rethink my canopy management) and also with the lack of stretch after flipping made the internodal spacing a bit too tight. Managed to extract 215g of grade a hash from her as well which I have pressed into a slab (pictures). I learned many things along the way, namely root health and the importance of keeping organic additions as low as possible. I also decided to try out clones for my next run, just to get a little more canopy and growth consistency - those of which are in an aeroponics tub at the moment waiting to root (picture). Pistils are becoming orange. I lower the temperature to test if the buds will turn purple/darker.

*Jan26th-#plant2 was ready to cut Tuesday she's In the dry tent goon for a few days then will jar up. * Plant 1 is goin strong still. But they both are on a tap water diet till the end. We're at week 14 from seed and 8th week flower so should be done growing and filling out from here on hopefully.. Just glad the tents set up fully now with exhaust and dehumidifier so no more crazy spikes (would get up to 80% rh and 55°f .. cold and humid had me freaking out lol. But that's all sorted) All in all I'm happy with the lil test run on these, seeing how they did with minimal nutrients and light gives me hope for the next go. Still debating on running these with growdots , my next set will be with ganja farmer seeds and growdots. Should be fun may throw in a plat jelly or two aswell. We shall see once the beans get here.. Grow Diary Update: Week 5 - Pre-Flowering and LST Evaluation Entering Pre-Flowering Stage At the end of last week, the first pistils appeared, marking the beginning of the pre-flowering stage for my plants 🙌 There's much to manage now. To support optimal stretching, I've adjusted the nutrients following 2/3 of the Terra Aquatica feeding schedule: CalMag: 2 ml/l (Starting EC before adding nutrients: 0.45 mS/cm) Grow: 1.33 ml/l Bloom: 1.0 ml/l Micro: 1.33 ml/l The nutrient solution now has an EC of 1.3 mS/cm (638 ppm PPM-500/TDS) with a pH of 6.1. These adjustments aim to promote vigorous growth and prepare the plants for flowering. Weather and Growth With significant weather improvements, my plants are thriving at full speed. Every centimeter gained now counts towards maximizing the final yield, turning around from the challenging weeks prior. Pest Management I'm fortunate not to have encountered pests like spider mites, aphids, or thrips. However, the persistent snail issue remains. Nightly patrols with a flashlight have been effective, and placing old lettuce leaves away from the plants has helped trap and remove snails, ensuring the plants remain undisturbed. LST Experiment Results The two plants I trained with LST have responded admirably, showing healthy adaptation to the bending and vigorous growth. Yet, I'm at a crossroads regarding the upcoming stretch phase: should I continue to tie down branches to maintain an even canopy or allow natural upward growth to potentially boost vertical yield? Should I proceed with low-stress training to control canopy height, or should I let the plants stretch upwards for increased productivity? Beginning of week 8 and seems like a long way to go. Most of the hairs still white. Hopefully the buds will fill in more! As right now I’m planning to take it 10+ weeks. This week I will lower the CO2 slowly 50 PPM every day until I will reach 800PPM. Also I will lower the light intensity by 2% every day. This week I lowered the day temp to 79 degrees and next week I’m playing to lower it every further to 76 degrees Fahrenheit. Water temp is at 68 degrees and probably from week 9 I will lower it to 66. Beginning of week 8 TDS is at 550PPM. I sent adding the Late bloom enhancer from Current Culture! End of week 8 : lowered the TDS to 470ppm , she seems that it not eating so much nutrients anymore. She still drinking 3 gallons of water every single day.
