Continue to add flowering nutrients: Grower Master I added some Calmag one time. Watering 2L/plant every 3 days (2 days would be better) With humidity growing and the relatives hot temperatures: the predators are attacking plants. Everything appears so fast: Aphids, caterpillars, leaf miner flies. Did a general defoliation before spray my mixture Garlic + laurel (12cl Garlic juice + 5cl laurel infusion + 1L distilled water: beware PH!!). I sprinkled diatomaceous earth on top of soil to protect and minimize the infestation. Brake Pad Breath: still deep green and bushy. Flowering since 4 weeks. The most advanced, pretty good flowers with long pistils are growing. Spared until now: the plant is victim of Aphids, miner leaf flies and caterpillars in a « reasonable way »….try to eradicate the problem without shocking the plant at this stage. Flash Back#2: around 2 weeks flowering, stretched a few centimeters more, well developed plants with lot of blooming sites. Relatively spared by pests, just some aphids. GMO X Zombie Kush: some difficulties to recover….just engaged the flowering process, not to bad if she resist to the second pest’s wave. Royal Moby: uncertain destiny….recovering good, sativa style: 155cm, just starting the flowering stage…super late! Harvested a pretty auto flower: White Russian by Serious Seeds. Well developed plant, a little bit long to be ready but resinous and meaty buds.

I was learning a lot just about water itself. Currently the method I use was inspired by an article I found on Canna Nutrient’s website: Rainwater + tap water to EC 0.2 (100ppm) Add CalMag to reach EC 0.4 (200ppm) Ph down (first diluted a small amount in water) Nutes Day 58: Increased the feed to 3/4 Day 59: Replaced the tap water to liquid silicon. Flowering day 22 since time change to 12/12 h. Hey guys :-) Another great week that is over. They all develop exactly as it should be 💚. Since the last leaf and substrate application against tripse, I finally haven't seen any of the little biters 👍. Watering was done twice this week with 1.3 l each time (see table above for nutrients). The lowest shoots were removed so that the energy is not wasted in the lower part :-) . Otherwise, as always, everything was cleaned and checked. Fresh osmosis water was filled with stale tap water in a 100 L tank for the coming week 👍. Set 1&2 are out the green house in an outdoor setting but still under light....did some transplanting gonna do the rest in the upcoming week hopefully n maybe take some cuts other than that everything else running smooth Harvest the mother tree at the beginning of the week with would be about 6 weeks....took a few samples n she's hitting to say only dry a few days scent, flavor and effect are on point....still curing her out

Week 4 update 🌱✨ — the tent is filling out fast! The main plant is spreading beautifully under the trellis after topping + LST. Side branches are shooting up and filling the grid nicely 👀🔥. Second plant is still smaller but showing strong recovery — fresh green growth and stronger branching since the 5-gal transplant 💪. Feeding Corex + Eldex + Terra + CalMag + Mira (~1,400 ppm @ pH 6.0) always to 10–20% runoff. Both are drinking heavy now and responding well. Temps holding around 27 °C with RH 60–70% 🌬️ — leaves are praying all day. Trellis training continues this week as I prep them for a strong stretch before flip. Flowering is getting closer 🚀🌿.”

This girl is stacking so nicely for someone who got very little grow time outdoors before the onset of flower. 2nd generation of shogun I have grown but never smoked, so I still don't know if its any good. LoL Something tells me this one is going to be something special. Lets see.

I wanted to try a grow by the breeders earlier recommendation, and with this being an 8 week sativa, I HAD to try it. The effects at week 8 are HEAVY! The only downside is that the high only lasts for about an hour to an hour and a half, and then starts winding down for about an hour before being level again, and I don’t blame the strain, I blame myself for not waiting longer, but I wanted to see how the plant would be affected. The terps on both are consistent, and similar to the 3rd I’m currently growing in a different cycle. The genetics seem super stable and I will definitely keep a stock of clones and seeds for ZDF. Only down side is the hunger this girl has over the other plants, she EATS during flower.
