Was a pretty smooth week for most the girls. Showing some steady growth. I topped all of the plants around day 12 other than the slurricane 7. Ph got a little high since the nutrient level was too low to buffer it at the beginning of the week. Slurricane 7 and sugar cane are the ones that took some damage. I think they will be ok though. I upped the nutrients to 1/4 tsp per gallon and the ph has held stable since then. Should be able to start some training the middle of next week and looks like we might be going 2 more weeks on veg before flipping them to flower depending on how this upcoming week goes. Guess you will have to show up next week to find out...

Amended for the upcoming flop to flower, These girls like to stretch a lot so I've tried to leave a lot of room. Also cleaned up the inside for better airflow and light penetration. Will be amending them will bloom minerals this week as they transition to flower.

Wow, she's looking great! Trichomes are clear and cloudy - checked with 200x microscope. One week of feeding with dragon force, then a flush and I think the trichomes should be a good mix of cloudy and yellow 👍 The smell is great and the buds are very sticky.

Day 86, 5th of December 2020: Craziest group I have ever had... Honestly I just want to see the end. I will be away for 2 weeks almost. Original Sensible Seeds ladies are dope. Gelato is very nice proper shape one of my favourite she is just nice and not problematic.... :) Runtz Gum is amazing nice big buds are on the way really nice! The same no problem with her at all!!!! Do-Si-Dos OG is just crazy.... She is not an easy lady... problematic... never met a plant like this one. ... Too much strech and now I need to tie and stand her up somehow i broke one branch.... I put a tape arounf so hopefully saves that bud tho....🤣 Her flowers kill her lol Black Ghost OG is sweet and good girl she is the easiest player from them she is good for begginners similar to Wedding Gelato even is shape haha.... Wedding Gelato from RQS is just perfect no problem with her at all... good for begginners as well... :) So This is how it is 5th week has started I just wanna get it done really long journey :) The lamp is now on 11 hours and off 13 hours. Every week 15 minutes was taken off and after 4 weeks here we go. Strated 12/12 and now 13/11 wanted try to imitate the nature as the light days are getting shorter. Fertilization has changed no more epsom salt from this week and I will stop giving nitrogen as well from next week.

Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Leider habe ich wohl etwas zu viel Kalium gegeben oder den Wasserstand zu hoch gehalten – die typischen Anzeichen von Adlerkrallen waren sichtbar. Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Das ist besonders bei dieser indica-dominanten Sorte wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da es zu einer besseren Verteilung des Blätterdachs führt. Dadurch verbessert sich die Luftzirkulation, das Risiko von Schimmel und Krankheiten wird minimiert, und die Lichtverteilung wird effizienter. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das weiter auswirkt! Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. Ich vermute, dass mein E-Feld-Experiment eine Rolle spielt. Um das zu bestätigen, werde ich nächstes Jahr einen neuen Durchlauf mit einer ähnlichen Sorte machen und prüfen, ob das elektrische Feld tatsächlich eine ungünstige Rückentwicklung der Pflanze verursacht. I had to change the light this week. To smaller lights because of some fan leaves was turn at the tips away from the lights

I purchased a pack of 3 seeds, and one of them didn't germinate. I must admit this is discouraging, and I believe reputable seed banks should address this by providing guarantees to us growers. I'm not wealthy, and when a seed doesn't germinate, it feels like I'm wasting money. Regarding the fertilizers, they come in powder form, but I didn't see the option to measure in grams, so I used milliliters instead. The iron supplements I use are effective; I even found it strange not to have Plant Prod around here. It's a very affordable Canadian fertilizer that delivers good results. Many brands don't want you to know about this fertilizer. Look it up and let me know what you think.

Week 5 ----- Day 29 ----- Fed 1100ppm at 6.4ph 23 Liters Everything's good. No real updates. Front right Glookies stretched a bit but has stopped. Plants are perfect, couldn't ask for a better beginning to week 5. *Update* Easy day, end of light cycle. 3 new pics. ---- Day 30 ----- Some fun photos today for this easy day. Humidity in basement FINALLY hit 40% this morning. Within 5 days it should be 30-35% residual basement and 45% tent for a good residual humidity. The hand shot has my fingers and palm forward from the bud tip, the bud tip is actually past my hand but it's nearly impossible to get a perfect shot with my arm in the tent and my other one far out trying to take a photo i can't see. The Tropicanna Popcorn nugs are already bigger than my thumb... gonna be fun in 4 weeks to see bud finishing sizes Wedding Cake - Cherry HubbaBubba smell Tropicanna Glookies - Pink Bubblegum with a strawberry like hint peaking through. Fattening up nicely. 1200 ppm 6.4 pH 23 Liters If anyone is wondering why I switched to Blackstrap Molasses I put up the Nutrition Facts.. in 20 grams you have carbohydrates, potassium, Calcium, Iron, B6 Vitamin, Magnesium, Zinc.. and that's only the "significant" nutrients (Human based for that picture) It also contains micro traces of copper and more. pH is quite nice too, with the nutrient regiment i'm on, it finishes itself at 6.4pH so I don't have to manipulate it with pH up/down... Loving everything so far. Humidity in basement was 39% today, SO damn close. Tent closed at lights on (highest residual humidity point) was at 48% ... woo hoo 3% more to go!!! ------ Day 32 ------ Wow. Wedding Cake larger buds I can't even wrap my hand around.. These buds are going to be mooooonstrous. Humidity was under 40% in basement, tent was 48% this morning. Great news for me. Easy day, pretty much standard operating procedures from here on out.. feed, drain dehumidifier, strengthen stems by shaking plants, open/close tents... rinse repeat. Both plants are amazing, great genetics so far regarding bud structure building/plant size. ----- Day 33 ----- 47.5% residual humidity Fed at 1150ppm 6.4pH 23L Everything's perfect, 30~ days left. ----- Day 34 ----- 48% humidity in tent, i'm a happy camper. Everything's perfect. Bulk has started, front right Tropicanna Glookies had double in thickness and diameter top buds of most stems. Wedding cake 14 inch stem I've named Big Bertha. Excited to watch her fatten up on the couch so-to-speak. I'm now on autopilot. Fed yesterday while half asleep, didn't even remember doing it. Thank god I take pics of ppm/pH before every feeding for data. One more feeding this week before week 6 happens tomorrow. This week Liquid Koolbloom ends, KoolBloom Dry begins for maximum bulk on week 6 first feeding (2 days into week 6) ----- Day 35 ----- Last day of week 5!!!
