Completed the fourth week, growth continues 💪💪💪

First grow since 2020, with around 250 grams for an outdoor which has kept me going as I'm not a big smoker. No option for outdoor this year so with summer coming to an end indoor it will be in my tin garden shed. Bit of a heat wave this week but likely to cool down by the time I plant. Then just hoping the weather gods are nice for the next 4 months. Not too hot. Not too cold...just right🙄 Soaked seeds last night and now in paper towels. Planning on 5 plants anyhow, will veg for 4 weeks and flower for 9 to 10 or whenever ready. Hoping to harvest early winter before it gets really cold. Coco coir perlite mix this time and using the whole Mills range. Should be fun anyhow. Not expecting the same rewards of my last outdoor, but anything over 100 grams I'll be happy with. Anyhow, as far as germination goes I have 5 seeds to play with. In a glass of water for 8 hours, then paper towel in a zip lock bag in a warm location, including my pocket and next to me sleeping. Within 24 hours 3 of the 5 had germinated. I have doubts that 1 of the 2 remaining will germinate at all as it's a small mongrel seed but who knows. Update...all seeds germinated even the last mongrel seed. I like keeping em warm, in bed with me, in my pocket when cold and not in bed. The last seed that I didn't think had a chance from the start popped 2 days after the rest, after I put the zip lock bag with the paper towel in my pocket for a couple of hours. 100% ain't bad that's for sure. Every time I grow I do the same thing, no u may not see this method recommended but it works for me. Last few grows I've germinated them in my underwear, while wearing of course. Nice and warm thats for sure, maybe its the fluctuation 🤣 Go on, do a google search on the underwear germination method, doubt any hits will be found 🤣

Day 61: For this week I needed to do some adjustments. Because of not having much time for 1.5-2 weeks and the beautifull weather I kind of lacked interest in them. So I didn't notice that the fresh air flow didnt reached a corner with plants, which resulted in them having heat problems and therefore falling behind. You can see this in the last 2 pictures. The buds stretched and didnt swell. It looks small and silly. Lets hope they will get better but I won't expect them to be as nice and thick as the others. Since I grow alot of plants, I do not mind, it doesn't harm me. I lifted a fan up and changed some plants location.

Look what I did to my girl, poor lady. But i'm sure she will bounce back, but with all that leaf shit It's hard to properly tie them down. So i broke off a total of 2 branches (yellow tape) and managed to attach one back to it. Otherwise she took all the stress LIKE A CHAMP - yet. We'll see. To be honest, i was quite lazy with her the last days, it was pretty stressful but look at her, she is basically growing herself! As long as you can cool it, have some sort of system to change water and some, basic nutrients and ph- DWC is the easiest system for me, 100% Look at the roots and i did not fill up the reservoir for like half a week, so a lot of it wsd exposed to air for a longer time still she is growing and growing. Two more weeks and i might have a problem with her in flower, because she will drink so much water the reservoir won't hold a long time haha. Almost forget, i need to add either more fertilizer /ml or give extra calmag. will probably do both kekw Cheers guys! (whoever reads this, this is your sign, get high 👌)

9/22 - Since all the ladies are now in flower it was time to adjust the temp and humidity in the 4x5 auto tent. I like to keep it at about 80°F & 50% humidity during lights on. With 70°F & 45% humidity during lights off (approximately). To accomplish this, I added a programmable dehumidifier and oscillating tower heater. 9/25 - Top dressed all with Roots Organics Seabird Guano, and Elemental. I also did a 24 hour brew on some compost tea. Fed that to them as well. They are really fattening up now and are covered in frosty trichomes. So far, one of them has a very deep purple while the other three remain a beautiful lavender color. Her smell is very potent. She smells like a grape SweetTart (remember those?).

Mandarin XL auto is experiencing a solution that is too strong. She has mutated some. I diluted out a gallon of solution and brought the tds down some. Hopefully enough. I will find out in the days to come. Nothing else to report beyond that. Week 19, and it's like my plants have hit a leafy plateau – the growth seems to have slowed down, or maybe I've just gotten used to their leafy antics. But hey, who needs fast growth when you've got an overwhelmingly beautiful smell wafting out of your tent? When I open the tent, it's like stepping into a fragrant paradise. The smell is sweet, strong, and just downright heavenly. Is this how heaven smells? If so, sign me up for eternity in a leafy paradise! But it's not all sweet smells and smooth sailing. I've noticed a slight discoloration of some leaves, and I suspect it might be due to a pH issue. Time to put on my plant detective hat and make some adjustments. I'm switching to feeding only pH water for the rest of the grow, hoping to nip this issue in the bud (pun intended). So here's to Week 19 – a week of heavenly smells, pH detective work, and the ongoing adventure of growing these amazing plants. 6/13/2023 Week 10- Day 1 of Flower (Day 131 overall) (Day 70 of Flower) Auto Pilot Day 6.. Checked the Trichomes and the bud density and both are looking good.. Definitely needs a little more time for the Trichomes to be where I like, so based on my check I think we are still looking right around the end of the competition 22June to be done and ready for harvest. I do like that the fade is coming in the leaves nicely, so my chart I think is dropping off the Nitrogen exactly like it is supposed to. 6/14/2023 Week 10- Day 2 of Flower (Day 132 overall) Auto Pilot Day 7.. Decided I would take some contrasting pics today with my light up to 100 and my light all the way on Dim. I hope you enjoy the pics. 6/15/2023 Week 10- Day 3 of Flower (Day 133 overall) Auto Pilot Day 8.. Decided to take a look at the Trichome's today and Check to see where they are at and honestly if I might ho ahead and start my flush tomorrow and harvest on Sunday. 6/16/2023 Week 10- Day 4 of Flower (Day 134 overall) (Day 74 of Flower) Today I pulled an Armageddon however instead of darkness they are going to get 48 hours of light. The reason why they are going to get light instead of dark is when I was taking out the netting a lot of the buds were so heavy they fell over and exposed some areas I really want to get some light to... so 48 hours of light at 40% while I watch what should be a beautiful final fade as the plant eats up the last Nutes. If anything goes wrong I can abort take the photos and cut so will pay really close attention to how it is looking over the next 48 hours. Added 30 Gallons of PH only Water. Reduced Lighting to 40% removed program time off. 48 hours of light. 6/17/2023 Week 10- Day 5 of Flower (Day 135 overall) (Day 75 of Flower) I had someone tell me that a few growers had done as I did and Gone Armageddon on the plants. Filling it with PH only and said the plants did not respond well and they were taken out of the comp at the very end because they felt like the pictures just wouldn't come out right. Even though I did go Armageddon, The PPM is at 353PPM with the residue of what was left in the buckets after draining as well as what I am getting from the TAP so I think they are doing good but I am checking them every few hours to see how they seem to be doing and I think they are doing good still and are on track. I also started prepping the area for the pics tomorrow T-24 Hours until Chop 6/18/2023 Week 10- Day 6 of Flower (Day 136 overall) (Day 76 of Flower) (Harvest Day) What a day.. what a day.. what a day.. as I was setting up and trying to figure out how I was going to get my pics #3 stems started breaking, it fell over and other stems broke.. So no really stunning competition photo for her, she had such a nice purple fade.. #2 stayed up in the Tent so that is the one I had to go with to submit for the contest. I wet trimmed them as they went into the tent and they took up three rows hanging in tent. I also decided I wanted to try some so I put a little in the freeze dryer for a 48 hour smoke test.. I will weigh it and add that to my total weight for the plants when it is all done.

Ik heb wat slechte blaadjes gesnoeid. Ze groeit, maar er hangen sinds vandaag een paar slappe bladeren bij die naar beneden hangen. Misschien heb ik haar teveel voeding gegeven met de green sensation en had ik het langzaam moeten opbouwen. Even afwachten hoe dit zich voortzet.

It's been 68 days of flower now and they only got another week or week and a half left. I have been flushing them for 10 days now. Almost there 🤘🤘. I'm very happy how they have turned out, the color, the smell, the crystals 👍. Very proud of what I created. VERY IMPRESSED with the fc4800 and I was already very happy with the tsw2000 👍 The gals are still loving the new fc4800, TSW2000 and their new 8x8 mars hydro grow tent as much as I do👍 leaves are sticking straight up towards the light. Love how easy the zippers are to open and close. Nice and strong and guaranteed to last. It has extra material on the backside of the zipper that helps for light leaksand enough ports and vents for anything you need in it👍. the tsw2000 is still going strong and is also a very good light. Its been going almost nonstop for 6 months and still working the same as when I got it👍. not much heat off both lights but the fc4800 is alot cooler and the heat-sinks work extremely well. I have it daisy chained to the tsw2000 and 1 dimmer controls the other and i don't need to be reaching in too far to dim the other light, it's awesome and I can't wait to buy more lights to daisy 4 together👍. I would recommend this light to everyone that grows with leds and have trouble with temperatures getting too high. Even if you grow with HPS lights I think any mars hydro light is a MUST TRY. I like how heavy both lights are because I know it means they are built soild and strong 💪. Very good sign with the frost they are starting to get thanks to bith mars hydro lights. I can notice more frost under the fc4800 and I'm thinking it's from the UV DIODES they put on the fc4800 👍. 2 days ago they all smelt like my nuken, sweet marshmallows. But now I can smell the monkey dough and gorilla glue and skunk monkey coming through👍. I touched a bud on the gorilla and monkey fingers smelt like fruit loops👍 really pleasant smell. Lingered on my fingers for atleast 30 min. I'm glad mars hydro is under priced compared to some brands and for how popular they are. usually companies would charge more. Thanks mars you guys are awesome 🤘🥁🎸. I'm getting a new exhaust fan soon. An 8 inch that will work alot better than my 4 inch lol. Wayyy to small for a 8x8 Grow Tent. Dehumidifier is going almost non stop to try and get the humidity down. I love how both lights on 100% power only raise my temperature 2 or 3 degrees 👍. You can rest your hand on the lights and not much heat comes off them. Obviously there is some heat but for the brightness of the lights and only raising the temp that much is awesome 👌.  And if I wanted to I could remove the driver from the fc4800 and run it on the outside of my tent because the cord is so long but 2 or 3 degrees is barely nothing👍. The girls are starting to bulk up abit now and only 3 weeks of flowering, these lights are awesome 👌.  My last run of monkey dough and gorilla glue didn't start showing alot of crystals until week 4. These were only 2.5 weeks and I started noticing some frost. Next week I will be able to tell more about what these custom bred seeds will be like. I love how the smell is changing now. Didn't want all them to smell like nuken marshmallows lol. It's awesome that I can get right inside the tent to do any work i need👍. Even if I wanted an 4x8 tent. a lucky man I am. She is a regular seed and in its first germination was female. she grows healthy. in her second. flowering week .. 102.cm still does not show her potential...

Holaa, 6ta semana y ya vamos superando los problemas de temperatura. Recibí la manta calefactora y la temperatura con el led apagado subió a 16-17ºC, es un gran avance con respecto a los 13-14ºC que alcanzaba. Los esquejes van avanzando bien, el esqueje con la poda apical va desarrollando los tallos del centro y esta tomando una buena forma. El esqueje con LST esta tomando más fuerza en sus tallos principales y se vuelve más frondosa. Empece a regar agua con EC casi nula y no eh podido agregar los nutrientes básicos para llegar a un EC base de 0.4. Por esto es que creo que los esquejes están presentando una deficiencia de calcio para esto estoy a la espera del producto SENSI CAL-MAG XTRA de Advanced Nutrients con este voy a corregir la EC base del agua de riego y aplicare una fertilización foliar para las carencias presentes. Espero que los resultados sean los esperados. A los esquejes los acompaña la Negra 44 que tiene un diario aparte y un palto(aguacate). Cualquier recomendación sera bien recibida!!
